Abstract

Mobile App Learning Kanji is learning app that focus to learn Japanese Languange Provience Test (JLPT) at N5 to N3 levels. 5 Respondent give us the problem from interview we had held, that they were struggled to learn kanji, to solve that problem, we use Mobile App Pembelajaran Kanji. In its development, researcher use feature to give user list kanji from N5 to N3, feature to know the kanji's details like meaning, kun-yomi's writing, total stroke, reading with hiragana, example how to use it in everyday life, and kanjis's sounds using Text-to-Speech, all that detail data obtained from Kanji Alive API. Evaluation feature has quiz to know how much the user's knowledge. Support feature has MLkit Text Recognition to recognize the kanji with kamera and show meaning of that kanji. Result of this research in effectiveness side is all respondent give statement effective in aspect of learning, kanjis's meaning, and kanjis's example sentecence, but in evaluation aspect, 2 respondent want a enhancement and detailing. Usablity has result usefulness has 86.8 %, easy-to-learn has 81%, easy-to-use has 83.125% and satisfaction has 74.5 %.That result give us very agree point at first three aspect and agree at last point.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Gresik (Dinas Kominfo) is one of government agencies which is responsible for implementing E-Government based public services. In providing public services and government administration, Dinas Kominfo only provides services in the form of infrastructure and networks, in this case, called a supporting service. Problems found in service operations including the absence of a policy the management of information technology services that resulted in service managers ignoring these important needs and influencing the value of services, the ability of human resources in the field of IT is inadequate. Limited resources in carrying out all assigned tasks and functions result in gaps in other tasks. The thing that becomes a common focus is management commitment is needed to improve service quality. To find out the form of service management, its necessary to evaluate the maturity level of data center infrastructure services. The condition of the data center infrastructure doesn't meet the standards and management of services is not carried out regularly. This evaluation uses the ITIL Framework Domain Service Operation that aims to produce recommendations to improve the management of information technology services. During the evaluation process, data collection was conducted with document studies, interviews, and questionnaires so that a maturity level analysis of 1.26 (initial) was obtained, meaning that there are still many processes for managing data center infrastructure services that haven't been yet implemented and service management functions not clearly defined.

Abstract

The use of android smartphones already part in people's lives to make ends meet. The English language is the international language that is widely used in the world today, because it's been a lot of Applications that can help learning the language of the English, but still a lot of people wrong or incorrectly pronounces the English language vocabulary, therefore designed an Application learn pronunciation of vocabulary English based android smartphone, users can learn the language of United Kingdom digitally with ease whenever and wherever. Because the purpose of Application to train pronunciation and vocabulary of the language of United Kingdom, then this proposed research on android Applications by applying voice recognition using Application programing interface (API) text to speech and speech to text. Applications created with the java Programming language, SQLite database API and google Text to speech and Speech to text. Application development using the method of prototyping because the Application is expected to match the needs of prospective users and how to learn that Application has been applied according to train pronunciation of the English language vocabulary. Testing the Application using requirement validation testing with 100% valid results, usability testing with the results of the sytem usability score is 85 which means Application feasibility and testing the accuracy of the google speech APIS with 100% accuracy with the terms of the pronunciation of the user must be clearly and not too fast.

Abstract

Internet marketing is a form of marketing through internet media. Social Media Advertising (SMA) is one way of internet marketing who use social media. Facebook is one of social media can provide advertising or SMA, that have advantages with a large excess of users. Digital Marketing Malang (DMM) is a service company that offers paid advertising on Facebook. In practice, the DMM will experience difficulties when overseeing the number of many ads that are running, because when advertising a product, it requires a lot of splitting. Splitting is a strategy of breaking up ads with different compositions to get the most effective ads. For this reason, is necessary to build a dashboard application to analyze the effectiveness of online marketing that can automatically check ads every 1 hour in a set of ads that will stop advertising less effective. Application will be development with sequential waterfall model. The stages in this study are: literature studies, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, conclusions and suggestions for future research. This application is built using a website base with the PHP programming language. Functional testing carried out in the form of unit testing, integration and validation that produces a 100% valid value. While the non-functional testing is done using compatibility testing with the results of the application can run well on 4 different browsers.

Abstract

Sejahtera 1 Depok Senior High School is one of the educational institutions in Depok city under the auspices of the family sejahtera bandung foundation. Main tasks Sejahtera 1 Senior High School is practice the learning process, evaluate of study result students, and graduate qualified students with the required standards. However, there are several things such as the process of registration new students is still manually, and the process of evaluate students, the distribution of ratings for student report is very complex. Therefore the need for information systems that can help deal with the problem. Development of school academic management information systems using waterfall model. Which is conducted phase is requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. After the result of the User Acceptance Test given to the BPTIK teacher as a admin (the percentage of UAT by 90%), the teacher as student assessor (the percentage of UAT by 90%), and prospective student as registrant (the percentage of UAT by 85%).

Abstract

As living things, humans need to survive. One of the basic need human's bodies require to survive is food. Foods provide nutrients that contain carbohydrates, protein, minerals, fats, and vitamins for boosting endurance. Basically, foods can be easily identified with human's eyes. But it is not like the brain-computer that require the introduction or features extraction from food objects for classification. The features extraction used are HSV Color Moment for color features and Haralick for texture features. Then, the results of the features extraction will be classified using the Naive Bayes classifier method. The data set used are based of the primary data that contains pictures and the pictures were taken by the smartphone camera consist of 276 foods images.. This research uses 2 testing processes, that are the comparison of the amount of the training data and testing data, and the testing of the used features. Based on the testing of the comparison of the amount of the training data and the training data using K-Fold Cross Validation, it showed that the best accuracy is 61,95% that using 166 training data images and 110 training data images. Then, the accuracy from the features test that was just using the HSV Color Moment feature is about 57,66%. The accuracy from test that using the Haralick feature is 36,67%. The accuracy from the combination of 2 features of the HSV Color Moment and Haralick are better than only using the texture features with the 56,33% accuracy. The image processing technique using HSV Color Moment and Haralick features extraction can be used for foods image classification using the Naive Bayes classifier method.

Abstract

BSA (Body Surface Area) is used as a way to get information on a person's body condition. Paramedics use these calculations in patient data collection and require a long time. In previous studies using image processing techniques to speed up data retrieval. Data retrieval is carried out front and side view then processed using pixels by cropping the image. From these studies, researchers have the idea of using a mini pc to further speed up data retrieval and be efficient. BSA calculations are included in the mini pc Raspberry Pi and assisted by webcam cameras as image takers. This tool is useful to help paramedics to collect data on body weight and height, faster and more efficiently. The object of the research that was sampled was 20 people, male and female, consisting of children and adults. Data collection was carried out 22 times each in children and adults. The data obtained is calculated by the Bounding Box accuracy value. The results of height accuracy in boys were 91.4%, girls were 87.8%, male adults were 98.34%, and female adults were 98.2%. While the results of accuracy for weight are based on the k value of each object. The k value for boys is 1.34 with an accuracy of 75.32%, girls 1.34 with an accuracy of 79.76%, male adults 1.26 with an accuracy of 95.6%, and adult women 1 , 22 with an accuracy of 92.38%.

Abstract

Software development cycle has many phases and software will undergo one of these phases, namely the testing phase where unit of program or program will be tested before being given to client to ensure the software already has things that match the needs that have been defined and each unit is in accordance with its specifications. Moreover, purpose of the testing phase is to find program defects before use. Ability of software to maintain its performance level under specified conditions for a time period is called reliability. Measurement of software reliability is centered on failures and failure intensity where failure intensity is the number of occurrences of failure in a certain time period. Failure intensity can be seen from predictable failure rates with many techniques, one of which is Musa 's algorithm that can be used at the start of testing. This system has been tested using the white box testing method with basis path testing techniques in unit testing and integration testing and black box testing methods in validation testing. This system has an accuracy rate of 100% and the duration to calculate the failure rate using the system is an average of 2000 times faster than manual calculation.

Abstract

PT Petrokimia Gresik is a state-owned enterprise that produces subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers. In the distribution activities, there were several problems found. The first problem felt by a staff of the Department of Regional 1 was having problems in processing reporting data from the buffer warehouse because of the large amount of data available. The second problem was felt by the Regional 1 Manager who complained of the difficulty of monitoring the condition of the stock in the area quickly and efficiently. The third problem was complained by the Department of Regional 1 staff regarding the reporting of damaged fertilizer in Warehouse Buffer, the process that occurs now is inefficient and there are no media that can monitor the delivery of damaged fertilizer to the central warehouse for recycling. The fourth problem complained by the staff in the inventory section complained that the process was not efficient because the results of the stock inventory must be manually adjusted to the stock listing. Based on these problems, the system developer will do this research that can solve the problem. The waterfall method is used in the software development process in this study. The stages carried out in this study are literature study, needs analysis, system design and implementation, testing, taking conclusions and suggestions. The development of this system is web-based using the CodeIgniter framework. To create a map of the condition of the regional stock used the Google Maps API is equipped with KML layering. Unit and integration testing is done using the white box testing method with 100% valid results. Validation testing uses the black box testing method with 100% valid results. Compatibility testing is done with three different browsers with 100% valid results.

Abstract

Traveloka is an e-commerce company that operates in the field of hotel reservations and tickets online. In 2018 Traveloka was able to win the Top Brand Award as the first choice of users as an airline ticket reservation, travel and hotel site. However, the various features offered by Traveloka are still not able to provide convenience to its users. Various user complaints can be seen in the Google Playstore, such as the Traveloka application, there are still frequent errors, difficulties in returning funds, failure of transactions, and various other complaints. Analysis of the quality of Traveloka services is a research objective to find out the loyalty of its users. The variables used were e-recovery service quality, e-service quality, loyalty intentions, and perceived value. The sample of this study was 105 users of Traveloka application using non probability sampling as the method and purposive sampling technique in Traveloka application users who had transacted on tickets and hotels. The instrument used in this study used a questionnaire. Multiple linear regression is used to determine the relationship between variables in the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that e-recovery service quality and e-service quality do not have a significant effect on loyalty intentions through perceived value. E-recovery quality and e-service quality have a significant effect on perceived value. E-recovery service quality, e-service quality and perceived value independently significantly influence loyalty intentions.
