Abstract

Vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) is a wireless network technology that allow vehivle can communicate with ohter vehicle. VANET have 3 way to communicate, that is vehicle to vehicle communication (V2V), infrastructure to vehicle (I2V) or (V2I), and infrastructure to infrastructure (I2I). This study focused at the distance placement in each road side unit (RSU). This study focused at the distance placement in each road side unit (RSU). Communication in VANET, its need good performance in sending data from vechile to vehicle for communication between vehicle to vehicle as well as vehicle to RSU or the other round can be delivered faster and the percentage of success information arrived is increasing. In this study protocol greedy perimeter stateless routing (GPSR) will be implement with RSU to know which distant in each RSU is better to implement. Implementation will be worked with Network Simulator (NS-2) and SUMO. The result from this implementation will be analyzed with test parameters that is throughput, end-to-end delay, and packet delivery ratio. From the result based on vehicle density, RSU with distant 300 m have better value, that is 1570 bps and 85,7143% compared from RSU with distance 400 m, that is 1530 bps and 500m with value 1520 bps. And also the value of packet delivery ratio for RSU with 400 m is 77,7778% and 500 m with 75%. However on implemention result based on vehicle speed, RSU with 400 distance 400 m have same performance with RSU distance 300 m. In other word, RSU placement with distance is taking effect toward routing performance.

Abstract

BPPSDMK is one of the departments within the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and in the execution of its duties, the responsible accountable directly to the Minister of Health. BPPSDMK have a responsibility in developing and empowerment of existing human resources in the ministry of health. BPPSDMK has had 21 applications one is Information Systems Training Needs (SIBULAT). At this time, in SIBULAT yet there is a Standard OperationaI Procedure (SOP) written so that the evaluation of the performance of the system can be more difficult to do and causes the plot to be irregular according to the schedule and can change at any time.. By therefore, therefore, research needs to be done with how to identify the business processes contained in the BPPSDMK, create a business process model and conduct an evaluation of the business process SIBULAT in order to facilitate the evaluation process and in the future SIBULAT have better business processes as well as efficient. Interview Data and eventlog is used in the evaluation process as a source of data, then the data will be processed using the methods of process mining and proceed with the analysis using the tool help Disco and ProM 6 Tools. After that, the method of Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) is used to perform a follow-up evaluation. In this method the comparison is done between the target value with the value from the results of the interview as well as the value of the eventlog. 7 quality factor obtained from the output evaIuasi that has been done, with the results of the calculations show that there are 4 quality factor that is not in accordance with the target which means that the processing time recorded in the eventlog exceed predetermined targets.

Abstract

In the Information System Study Program of the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya, website is one of the facilities developed by information system study program in providing information to their students. In order to maintain the quality of education by providing qualified facilities, and part of managing quality assurance, it is necessary to measure the quality of the website that has never been done before, this measurement is carried out using the WebQual 4.0 method in which there are three dimensions, the dimensions are information quality, service interaction quality , and usability, this method is carried out to find out whether the current performance of the website meets the interests or expectations of users. In supporting the measurement, the IPA method, conformity analysis and gap analysis are also used. The IPA analysis is carried out to find out which attributes on which dimensions require more attention to be prioritized for improvement. The results of the analysis conducted on data taken from 99 respondents showed that there were no attribute included in the first quadrant (high priority) but there were seven attributes included in the third quadrant (low priority) so these attributes that must be considered even with low priority. Other attributes do not have priority in improvement because they already have good performance and should be maintained for quality or even those that have excessive performance.

Abstract

Twitter is a microblogging social network where one can write up to 280 characters in one tweet. Indonesia emerged as the fifth largest country in terms of Twitter users. Seeing how many Twitter users in Indonesia can certainly be used by companies in creating new business strategies to serve their customers, but some social account users objection if they have to reveal their identities. These problems can be solved by developing a system for classifying based on tweets from users, this system is certainly useful because it saves time. The system is designed using the BM25 method for calculating similarities between documents and KNN for classifying data. the system used 1000 documents, then the document is tested with K-Fold Cross Validation using K = 10 so that 900 training documents and 100 testing documents are obtained on each K. The next test is about neighbor values, neighbor values used are 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50, the test results show that the optimal neighbor value is k = 3. At k = 3 the value of accuracy, precision, recall and F-Measure of the average Cross Validation 10 fold are 68.6%, 67.63%, 71.52% and 69.34%.

Abstract

Internship is an activity that held in PT Indonesia Power UP Suralaya regularly supposed to look for competent prospective workers according to a company standard. Furthermore, the internship is a synchronization process between educational program in school or college of mastering the skill throughout the work activity directly. Welcoming the street vendor acceptance, the preparation begins by making an agreement on the amount of capacity each division and informing the capacity to the street vendor. Nevertheless, some trouble found is a quota submission flow conventionally which is the person in charge directly comes to the division provided. In addition, there is no any quota information yet for the internship participants. The internship participant management is committed manually, such as providing the internship participant letter, identity card, inputting the score and certification distribution. Therefore, the research is conducted by supposed to solve those troubles and produce the information system for managing the internship participant using framework laravel. Rapid Application Development is the expansion to start. As a result, the system produces 51 functional needs tested by using unit testing and validation produced valid in each test case. Non-functional necessity testing gets two, using sortsite application for compatibility as a result that system could be used for determined web browser. User Acceptance Test (UAT) is also done for each task given with a 100% result.

Abstract

SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang is an educational institution that has human resources, especially teachers. Teachers have an important role in schools with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, and directing students. In this role, to achieve optimal learning, teachers must be able to improve their performance and professionalism. Improving teacher performance can be improved by making efforts in the form of teacher performance appraisal (PKG). SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad has never conducted teacher performance appraisals before, so it is necessary to seek in-depth information and needs regarding the flow and components of teacher performance appraisals. On the other hand, teacher performance appraisal is needed to improve teacher quality and as a consideration for school principals to determine teacher salaries. This study aims to obtain the flow of teacher performance appraisal and be implemented in a web-based teacher performance appraisal information system. We built a teacher performance appraisal information system using an iterative approach and implemented using the Laravel framework and the Stisla framework. The results of the implementation of the information system are evaluated by conducting validation testing and browser compatibility testing. The validation test results produce valid results in every test case, while the browser compatibility test results show good results and there are no problems in the eight versions of the browser.

Abstract

High or low usability level of an application is tested by usability testing. Usability testing is used to test the level of usability of the system. This researcher uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method to answer research questions about user satisfaction. SUS was chosen because in this method the testing is done by involving the end user, where testing with this method is more emphasis on the point of view of the end user so the test results will be more in accordance with what is faced by the user. The number of complaints from PLN Mobile users is the main reason for testing the usability section of this application. The usability test results on PLN Mobile is 22.77% where the user is still not satisfied with PLN Mobile so the assessment given is not good. Improvement with the discovery prototyping method will collect improvement suggestions from users with a direct interview that will be made into a prototype improvement reference which will then be tested again. Suggestions for improvements obtained from respondents such as adding settings that can change the user's personal language and personal data stored in the application, improving the layout of features, placing the most important options and grouping menus in icons that are easy to understand on the main page. The usability testing result on prototype is 85.26%. Comparison of test results has increased by 62.49%.

Abstract

Abstract The development of the world of robotics is increasingly rapid, there is a human urge for all problems that arise around it so that it can be resolved quickly and efficiently. These problems are human limitation in processing control and a very long time, so that the more advanced the new technological era is, the more it is founds. For example in controlling speed on wheeled robots in terms of helping humans. The speed control system will be researched and applied to the skidsteering wheeled robot. This robot is equipped with an optocoupler sensor, Arduino UNO microcontroller and Motor Driver Shield L293D. this research method used is the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID). The access used is in the form of uphill and downhill roads on the slope of 10°, 15°,20° with the distance about 2m. From the simulation, the results are able to provide good control system performance criteria which can be seen from the comparison of the controller without using the PID controller and by using the PID control. PID contorl paramaters used to control DC motors are able to provide the most ideal control respone, with values of Kp = 0.2, Ki = 0.12 and Kd = 0.01. And when the robot run in the incline and descent area with an angle of 10°, 15°,20°, it has experienced a significant decrease in speed

Abstract

City Branding "The Heart of East Java" is one of the efforts used by the Malang District Tourism and Culture Office to market the region in the context of increasing regional tourism. Ratings and reviews relating to tourism in Malang Regency are numerous in the internet. One site to give ratings and reviews is on TripAdvisor. This study tries to analyze reviews from the public about Malang Regency tourism through sentiment analysis and is classified into two classes, positive and negative. In this study, sentiment analysis is carried out in several stages or processes. The process consists of preprocessing data, word weighting which is implemented using the BM25F algorithm, Neighbor Weighted K-Nearest Neighbor for document classification and Chi-Square for feature selection. K-Fold Cross Validation was tested (with K = 5) on the parameter 𝑘 for the classification of NWKNN, bc, boost and k1 for BM25F. The test results show that the determination of stream weight values ​​on BM25F sufficiently influences the results of the NWKNN classification. While the best final results for F-Measure, Accuracy, Precision, and Recall are produced at k = 30, chi-square ratio = 40%, constant (bc) = 0.5, boost head = 2, boost body = 5 and k1 = 1.9 as the best value for each parameter

Abstract

PT Astra Honda Motor as a manufacturer of Honda motorcycles has many interrelated activities, one of the most important aspects is after sales service. After-sales service is a form of responsibility of PT Astra Honda. Putra Jaya Malang Motorbike Workshop is a Honda authorized workshop and dealer company engaged in motorcycle service. Service transactions, customer receipts, motorcycle history records and inventory records available and sold in the form of motorcycle parts are still done manually. Based on the problems that occur, it is necessary to develop a system of motor service management information in the workshop. This research uses the waterfall method in the development of information systems and uses the PHP programming language that is implemented in codeigniter frame-work. This information system has been tested using themethod blackbox for validation testing that produces 20 (twenty) test cases with 100% valid results, themethod whitebox for unit testing and compatibility testing for testing non-functional requirements on 3 (three) webs abrowser differentwith the results of the system running well.
