Zakat, infaq and alms is one of the important instruments in the life of the Muslim community. Because with those, the poor can be empowered and have easy access to capital to do business. The hope of the amil zakat institution to improve the procedures for collecting zakat, infaq, and alms is getting bigger so that it can provide better accommodation for muzakki to give alms, invest, and give alms to be distributed to the less fortunate. But in an era of technological advancement like now, the collection of zakat, infaq and alms in Malang is not as expected. A common example that still does not use technology is the Malang Mualaf Home Shelter Foundation. Every week there are 5 - 7 muzakki that take advantage of the alms collection feature. However, the collection of used goods alms at the Mualaf Malang Home Selter Foundation still only uses contact persons from the committee so that the collectors are less efficient. Along with technological developments and times, many closest route search algorithms have developed, one of which is the nearest neighbor algorithm. By utilizing geolocation data that is converted into distance units and the nearest neighbor algorithm, the alms collection committee gets a more efficient alms pickup route compared to manual technology which is currently still in use.

CV. Mufidah Terminal Print is a company in Gorontalo engaged in digital printing. Payroll system applied by CV. Mufidah Terminal Print is currently still being done conventionally, so data input errors caused by human errors often occur which lead to calculation of employee salaries, besides the payroll process is considered to take a long time, starting from the process of recording attendance, overtime, leave and permits until double checking the salary calculation results. Based on the existing problems, researchers aim to build an employee payroll system that is integrated directly with the fingerprint machine, as well as assisting in the management of overtime, leave and employee permits so as to facilitate the process of calculating employee salaries. In this study the system was built with the SDLC Prototyping model with the Evolutionary Prototyping approach. Implementation of the system is done with the Codeigniter framework and uses MySQL as a database implementation. The test results on the system both in the first and second iteration show a value of 100% valid on unit testing, integration and validation. In addition, compatibility testing shows the system can run well on various browsers and devices without any critical issues, major and minor issues.

MANET is a wireless network architecture where nodes can move freely and do not need to be connected to infrastructure. In MANET, all nodes act as a host and router that can receive and send data packets to other nodes. In addition, MANET also has limitation in energy usage. Nodes require sufficient energy resources when transmitting data packets. However, when the energy in the battery has been or will be depleted, that will cause process of data packet transmission to be disrupted. Therefore, limiting on energy usage are needed so data packets can be transmitted. The example protocol in MANET is Destination Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV). By using the energy model contained in NS-3.30.1, DSDV protocol is integrated with the energy model in order to read the remaining energy during the data packet transmission process. There are two schemes; (1) Scheme without Traffic Engineering and (2) Scheme with Traffic Engineering tested. Traffic Engineering that is built is limiting the data packets that can be forwarded based on an energy level of 500 Joules. The results show that the scheme with Traffic Engineering saving energy usage in each number of nodes with a percentage are 0,112%, 0,03% and 0,033% whereas the highest Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) value is all schemes without Traffic Engineering.

Character Building is currently a major concern in education. Characters are developed or taughtthrough education, social training and interpersonal experiences. To monitor the developmentnecessary information system is effective and in accordance with technological developments. Thepurpose of this research is to design an application to monitor the character development ofelementary school students through Android-based character Pocket book information System. Thecharacter Pocket Book application uses WebServices as an intermediary between applications andservers. The application will request data to the webservices, which then the request will be forwardedto the server. After the server provides a response to WebServices, webservices then converts the datainto JSON format, so that it can be read by Android applications. The programming language that isused is Extensible Markup Language (XML). The design of systems undertaken include: (1)architectural design; (2) sequence diagram; and (3) interface planning. The implementation of thesystem is: (1) implementation of functions and (2) interface implementation. While the testing ofinformation systems that have been made, to know the level of conformity of systems with therequirement specification is done, by teachers, parents and students of SD UMP. Based on the resultsof user acceptance testing, using the Functional code and Completeness indicators, and Usability, it isknown that the respondent's acceptance rate of the application is above 80%. It can be concluded thatGuru, student and guardian students can receive and use the Android-based character Pocket bookinformation System app.

Google Play Store has become the largest digital market place with more than 10 million products in it. Application developers make the product review column available on the Google Play Store one of the ways to find out user satisfaction. But not all reviews on the app have an alignment between ratings and comments, there are ambiguous reviews, that are reviews marked by ratings and sentiment of comments are not the same. Machine Learning (ML) has been very useful in the field of sentiment analysis. One method that is reliable and easy to use is Naive Bayes. C4.5 method is also very popular in solving the decesion tree problem which will be used for the sentiment classification process. While the Levenshtein Disance method is used to compare two strings for the word normalization process. The method flow start with text preprocessing dataset with Levenstein Distance, then the dataset will be divided into two for the Naive Bayes and C4.5 classification process. The sentiment text and text review will be processed by the Naive Bayes method while the rating and sentiment text will be processed by C4.5.The test results using the 10-Fold evaluation method are 85.3%. While the sentiment classification without using Levenshtein Distance is 85.6%, the difference is 0,3%, making the Levenshtein Distance method not significantly affect the classification results. Other test results with the application of the Edit Distance 1, 2, 3 and 4 limits were 86.9%, 85.9%, 87.1% and 86.1%, respectively. Testing Naive Bayes algorithm without C4.5 in classifying review texts has an 85.3% same result with previous test. The results of this test illustrate the effectiveness of this program in the classification of mobile application

One of many problems at Information System at Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya is that there is some undergraduate who have not graduated even though they have passed 8th semester. This can affect the accreditation assessment, because if students drop out due to reaching the semester limit then it will affect the accreditation assessment. For this very reason, initial steps are needed that can make students graduate on time. The solution offered in this study is to create a cluster, based on academic attributes. After that, Process Mining is performed in each cluster so that information and relationships that cannot obtained in the data. This research will use K-Means ++ algorithm for Data Mining and Fuzzy Miner algorithm for Process Mining. The results of the clustering process are four clusters obtained with their respective characteristics, and also for each of these clusters can be seen statistical information and models process of the thesis.

sexually transmitted diseases is one of the dangerous diseases that spreads every year, especially in the city of Malang. One of these educational cities has a growing human population each year so that it can be a trigger for the spread of the sexually transmitted diseases, especially for people who have sex. Based on information from the Malang Health Service, most people are exposed to sexually transmitted diseases without being aware of the symptoms that arise in them. Compared with women, more men who have a sexually transmitted infection. Sexually transmitted diseases in men such as Syphilis, HIV, Gonorrhea, Herpes and Warts have symptoms that have similarities in each disease so it is difficult to distinguish. To find out and reduce errors in predicting a disease, the Fuzzy k-Nearest Neighbor method is used in this study to help classify sexually transmitted diseases. The classification process consists of three processes are the fuzzy initialization process. The kNN algorithm process and the kNN fuzzy algorithm process. In the research test used the influence of K value testing, K-Fold Cross Validation test using 60 data divided into 10-fold and obtained the highest accuracy results of 91.67% with K = 5 then inter-class performance testing using confusion matrix to determine Precision and Recall values ​​on 30 test data.

Sexually transmitted diseasse are a type of disease that spreads quite quickly. According to a World Health Organization (WHO) report, cases of infection that spread through sexual contact can be found every day with sexually active populations, namely adults and adolescents, especially men. The similarity in symptoms for each disease and patients are generally less familiar with the initial symptoms so they cannot provide early help. By developing the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and using the asymmetric binary distance, the test result obtained on the effect of the K values of 100% in the 9th test. The K-Fold = 10 gets 91,67% results by using K = 9. And the Precision value = 1for Gonorrhea and HIV classes, and Recall value = 1 for the Warts and HIV classes.

STIE Widya Gama Lumajang Academic Information System (SIAKAD Wiga) is a means of managing academic activities regarding lectures and delivering structured and integrated information to users including lecturers and students. The system has never been evaluated on system usability. The purpose of research on SIAKAD Wiga is to find problems experienced by users when interacting with the system using Usability Testing and interviews and then design improvements to SIAKAD Wiga as a form of interface comparison. This study uses 8 respondents by dividing 2 types of lecturer and student users based on the intensity using by the system. From the results of interface improvements, an increase in usability test results on the learnability matrix by 2.0 dropped to 1.7 for lecturer users and by 1.5 dropped to 1.4 for student users. Matrix efficiency by 53% increase to 100% for lecturer users and by 86% increase to 100% for student users. The memorability matrix at the initial evaluation with an average number of clicks and an average working time of 48 clicks and 451.5 seconds dropped to 46 clicks and 223.5 seconds for lecturer users and by 50 clicks and 176.5 seconds dropped to 45 clicks and 121 seconds for student users. Matrix errors of 1.92% dropped to 0% for lecturer users and 9.84% dropped to 0% for student users. The satisfaction matrix at the initial evaluation of 40.62% increase to 76.25%.

Convection is a business that is engaged in the manufacture of clothing or textiles managed by individuals with an order scale of under 500 pieces. Convection performs the production process when there are orders and does not perform when there are no orders, also does not produce the clothes themselves to be traded. In general, the developed system has four important processes as solutions to existing problems. The important process includes direct design in system by consumer, negotiation process between consumer and convection, production process which consumer can monitoring the process by update from convection, and accumulation of production and turnover which convection can monitoring it. In the system development phase, the model used is to use SDLC Waterfall. The developed system consists of 38 functional requirements that are divided into two different actors. In developing the thesis system, several supporting technologies are used to make it easier to work. Supporting technologies used include MySQL Database Management System, PHP Programming Language, and PHP Laravel Framework. The process of developing system is divided into several structural phases which form the basis of this thesis research method. These phases consist of requirements analysis, system design and implementation, to testing. Testing method in this research are used white box testing method at the unit testing and integration stage, and black box testing is used in the validation testing stage. System testing carried out has overall valid results on the test cases that have been made. The test case created is based on the previous stage, namely the needs analysis and system design.
