Abstract

The use of technology affects social life to support each individual's needs. One of the uses of technology is a website. The MAN 2 Serang City website acts as an intermediary for educational service information. On the MAN 2 Serang City website, there are several problems, namely the lack of information about majors that often causes students to choose the wrong major, the absence of information about student interest and talent services to support student activities and the use of online services on the MAN 2 Serang City website which is still minimal and the need to measure and analyze the quality of the MAN 2 Serang City website based on user satisfaction. This research uses the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to be able to produce maximum improvement evaluation. Based on the results of the suitability analysis, the MAN 2 Serang City website has an overall value of 91.87% and the results of the gap analysis of -0.34 which shows that the quality of the website has not been able to satisfy users. The results of quadrant mapping show that the first quadrant has 6 attributes, the second quadrant has 4 attributes, the third quadrant has 4 attributes, and the fourth quadrant has 5 attributes. The results of the hypothesis show that the usability variable does not significantly affect user satisfaction. Variables in the quality of information and variables in the quality of service interactions have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Providing suggestions and recommendations for improvement focuses on the first and third quadrants of the 3-dimensional Webqual 4.0.

Abstract

Ultra High Temperature cow's milk is a type of milk that is widely consumed by humans from children to adults because milk has a myriad of health benefits, but if the cleanliness of the processing is not maintained, milk quickly becomes unfit for consumption and can cause various adverse effects for a person who consume it. There are many ways to determine the appropriateness of consuming milk, such as by looking at its color, smelling the aroma, or tasting the milk, but these methods are ineffective and raise doubts about whether milk is still suitable or not suitable for consumption. This study designed a system to determine the feasibility of Ultra High Temperature cow's milk based on pH parameters, ammonia gas content, and color. To determine the value of each parameter, a PH 4502C sensor, MQ135 gas sensor, and TCS3200 color sensor are used to carry out the process of determining the feasibility of milk using the Naive Bayes classification method which is processed with the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. The results of the accuracy of the system test to determine the feasibility of milk Ultra High Temperature cattle based on pH parameters, ammonia gas content, and color with the Naive Bayes classification method using 40 training data and 20 test data is 85% with a computation time of 1,911 seconds.

Abstract

The development of highly advanced technology allows for the transmission of data without media or what is commonly called wireless (wireless) including sending power commonly called Wireless Power Transfer (WPT). Many factors are known in power delivery at WPT, one of which is the coupling coefficient (k) value. So far, the k-value approach has been carried out by entering values between 0 and 1, making this WPT research inefficient. Therefore, the solution that researchers can provide is to design a coupling coefficient detection algorithm based on frequency response with the Manhattan distance metric. This algorithm will detect the coupling coefficient value based on the frequency and power values at the input. The output result of this algorithm is the corresponding coupling coefficient value. The dataset used in this study consisted of 19 classes with each class totaling 1000 data so that the total dataset was 19000 data. The test results of this study are based on test data, namely getting an accuracy of 95% for coupling coefficient detection, the average computational time required for testing is 0.0274 seconds, and the percentage of error rate from the comparison of the algorithm with the simulation results is 0%..

Abstract

Today, governments or any office attendance system still uses paper or RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and finger prints in their office, and if someone needs to work outside the office, it will be difficult to maintain and monitor their employee. Therefore, the writer suggests an attendance system with their selfie picture based on their location. Because everyone nowadays uses their smartphone for communication, implementing this attendance system is the best solution, as the employee begins by logging in with their credentials, uploading a selfie photo with geotagging, and displaying their time and location. The server that maintains their data must be checked, and testing the network performance from outside the office using either a cellular network or fixed broadband from the employee side started with filling out their credentials to upload their picture, which contains geolocation, and showing up their time and location for monitoring.

Abstract

Wireless energy transfer technology has enormous potential, in the field of transportation, for example, to charge a running vehicle. Many variables can affect the efficiency of energy transfer that occurs, one of the discussions in previous research by Akbar, S., et. al. (2021) regarding wireless power transfer, namely the effect of entering the frequency value on the value of the power transferred through a particular wireless power transfer circuit. In this study a frequency generator is made to output a signal that can be used in a wireless power transfer circuit. This research discusses the engineering of the generator frequency using a microcontroller, to produce a PWM signal with a certain frequency, and an IRF3205 Dual Motor MOSFET H-bridge to convert it into an AC signal. The engineered system also uses button and screen interaction with the user as well as monitoring the power drawn by the WPT circuit with the sensor. Based on testing, the system has succeeded in delivering energy and the effects can also be seen at different frequencies. For the output of the system itself, there is an average frequency error value of 0.27% and a maximum error value of 1.01% at a frequency of 121kHz.

Abstract

Plagiarism is an act that harms other people and educational institutions. Currently there is software that can prevent acts of plagiarism, especially in the academic field, namely turnitin software. Turnitin also adopts Artificial Intelligence technology where the system will check the text in uploaded files to find out if this file is affected by plagiarism or not. The use of turnitin software as a plagiarism detection tool raises various perceptions. Through the use of turnitin software, students who commit acts of plagiarism can be detected, so that the writing they write will be obtained and it will be known how much the percentage level of plagiarism is in the writing. While the lecturer's view is that the rules for writing papers that are declared plagiarism must have standards. This is done in order to reduce the level of plagiarism. Thus, this study aims to determine the differences between lecturers and students in viewing turnitin to avoid/detect plagiarism as well as things that are perceived as detrimental/beneficial in using turnitin. At the data collection stage it will be carried out in the lecturer room for lecturer sources and for student sources it will be done online. The interview method used is semi-structured interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings of this study resulted in two themes, namely the use of turnitin software by lecturers and student behavior regarding the use of turnitin software with 9 categories and 16 codes.

Abstract

Many essential sectors of life are affected by Covid-19, one of them is religious sector. The Ministry of Religious Affairs issued a Circular Letter of the Minister of Religious Affairs 2022 concerning the Implementation of Worship/Religious Activities. In that circular letter, there are restrictions on the distance and number of congregations present. GPdI Hope Jombang is one of the churches that implements the congregational data collection process. GPdI Hope Jombang requires its congregation to register their self before coming to worship. The registration and attendance process that is carried out manually makes the registration data and attendance of the congregation often lost. In order to help the manager and congregation of GPdI Hope Jombang in carrying out all of the spiritual activities, the author designed the user experience application for church information system using the human-centered design method. For the effectiveness aspect, tested using usability testing and the result is 93% for the manager's display and 91% for the congregation's display. For efficiency aspect, tested using usability testing and the result is 0.163 goals/second for the manager and 0.104 goals/second for the congregation. For user satisfaction aspect, tested using the system usability scale (SUS) and the result is 96 for the manager's display which it's in the Excellent category, and 92 for the congregation's display which it's in the Excellent category. Then for the user experience questionnaire (UEQ), results for the manager's display and the congregation for the aspects of attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty in the excellent category, while perspicuity gets the above average category.

Abstract

A Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a network consisting of multiple nodes that are interconnected to exchange data. Nodes act as routers to route packets to other nodes. A routing protocol is needed to exchange data. Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) is an example of a reactive routing protocol often used in MANETs. Nodes in a MANET have limited energy, so energy conservation is necessary. One method for conserving energy in nodes is by engineering the energy level and by selecting the appropriate routing protocol, such as the DSR protocol. This research uses two testing scenarios: one with energy conservation and one without. The parameters used are packet delivery ratio (PDR) and remaining energy. The results show that the scenario without energy conservation performs better in improving system performance with the DSR routing protocol. Optimal energy use can improve system performance with the DSR routing protocol because it ensures that there are enough nodes with sufficient energy to continue sending and receiving packets. This will increase the packet delivery ratio (PDR) because more messages are successfully sent and received. On the other hand, if energy use is not optimal, then there will be more nodes that run out of energy before all messages can be sent and received, resulting in a lower packet delivery ratio (PDR).

Abstract

The Vertical takeoff landing Flying Robot Contest competition, which is one of the branches of the Indonesian Flying Robot Contest (KRTI) in 2021, provides a new challenge, namely that there is an obstacle that will hinder the movement of the flying robot which is likened to a building whose placement is will be carried out randomly and the competition will be held indoors causing the GPS and Barometer values to be unusable. This system uses the Pixhawk flight controller, Raspberry Pi 4, RPLIDAR, OpticalFlow, Ultrasonic GY-US42 and robot operating system (ROS) frameworks. The Bug2 algorithm can be a solution because it has a lightweight process and only requires input parameters from the Lidar sensor distance and global position from the OpticalFlow sensor. The application of the Bug2 algorithm uses a speed value of 1 m/s and a detection distance of 1.5 m according to the test by simulating the Gazebo. For obstacle detection, the Bug2 algorithm gets success results at 90%, a travel time of 24.3 seconds, and CPU usage of 63%.

Abstract

One of the problems when chickens breeding is that many chickens become stress or even die due to the condition of the chicken coop, which suddenly becomes dark due to a sudden power outage. Of course, this will be detrimental to chicken farmers. One solution to keep the lights from going out suddenly is to use a UPS. UPS usage is temporary and the light will remain off when the battery runs out. Therefore, the author wants to create a system that can back up power using an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and can predict the remaining UPS on time using the linear regression method based on the results of the UPS battery voltage readings made by the voltage sensor. This system is connected to the lamp power and system output, namely the UPS battery voltage. The prediction of the remaining UPS time can be accessed at the website address which will be sent to the user's telegram when the system detects a power outage. Based on testing, the voltage sensor has an average offset value of 0.27V with an error rate of 2.1%. The linear regression equation obtained from the initial dataset is Y = -81.33 + 7.85X. The results of testing the prediction accuracy of the remaining UPS on using the linear regression method on this system obtained an MAPE value of 6.64%.
