Abstract

Basic ingredients are something that must be fulfilled in order to support the survival of all humans, one of the main ingredients is rice. Rice is a major commodity of staples needed by humans in several countries in the world. As a result, if the price of the staple food of rice experiences erratic price fluctuations (fluctuations) which can cause a reduction in the purchasing power of people with low incomes, the rice mills stop operating to avoid losses. Therefore, to avoid and reduce the risk of food security problems in the future, we need a system that can be able to predict the prices of rice so that it can help reduce the risk of loss and can ensure that rice prices can be reached by the wider community. In making this system, of course, a periodic data method (time series) is needed that can process real data in order to predict the price of rice staples correctly. In this study the method used is the Least Square method. This method can predict rice prices by using data in the past to be used as forecasting guidelines in the future. From the prediction results, the smallest error search calculation (error) is carried out using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The data used in this study were 132 data. Which consists of 132 training data and 12 test data the latest data. After the prediction process is carried out the result from the prediction prices of rice for 12 months in 2021 are obtained. The results of the prediction of rice prices for 12 months in 2021 are obtained. The test results from this prediction are in the form of the smallest error value (error) which is considered very good in accuracy to predict rice prices using the least square method, which is 5%.

Abstract

COVID-19 or Coronavirus Disease-19 is a virus that infects the respiratory tract with mild to severe symptoms. The government enforces a regulation, namely the Penerapan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) to reduce the number of positive COVID 19. Pros and cons occur among the community. People usually express opinions on social media, such as Twitter. So that the public can express a public opinion about government policies regarding PPKM. From the public opinion on Twitter, we can analyze the sentiment. Sentiment analysis is used to determine whether a comment is negative or positive. In this case, sentiment analysis determines public comments on PPKM regulations on Twitter social media. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm is used to find out the sentiment in tweet comments. There are 500 Twitter commentary documents with a comparison of training data and data of 80% and 20%. Parameter search was conducted with the best results on the degree kernel polynomial value 3, the learning rate value 0.0001, and the Complexity 1 value. The results of the K-Fold Cross Validation test using the best parameters, namely the average accuracy of 77.2%, precision 83.3%, recall 68.7%, and F measure 75.11%.

Abstract

The human body has a pair of kidneys that are shaped like the seed of a pea. Although it has a shape that is not so big, the kidneys have some crucial function in the human body. One of the functions of the kidneys is detoxification, which is removing metaboic waste that will become toxic if not removed from the body. One of the diseases that can attack the kidneys is kidney failure. Kidney failure is a condition when the kidneys cannot perform their functions and work properly. Kidney health should not be underestimated, then we need a system that can identify kidney conditions as early as possible to anticipate kidney damage in the human body. In this study, there are three parameters used to determine whether the kidneys are in normal condition or have kidney failure. First. To calculate the level of ammonia gas from bad breath with the MQ-135 sensor. Second, to calculated the RGB value of urine color using TCS3200 sensor and thridly, to measure blood pressure using the MPX5700AP sensor. These three parameters were choosen because they can beidentified using sensors. The data processing system in this system uses Arduino Uno. In addition, the selected classification method is support vector machine (SVM). After testing 10 times on 20 input training data. The level of accuracy of the test that have been done is 80% and the average computation time required is around 37.10 second.

Abstract

During the pandemic, MSMEs find it very difficult to sell their products offline. Because of this, at this time offline sales have begun to be replaced with online purchases. MSMEs have been provided with a place to sell their goods, namely the marketplace. However, in Indonesia, there are many marketplaces that have developed. The number of marketplaces makes users confused because each marketplace has a different way of opening accounts, selling products, and promoting. In addition, the absence of an analysis of the marketplace makes users confused in choosing which marketplace is suitable for selling their products. Therefore, designing a marketplace learning user experience will help overcome these problems as well as smooth learning about marketing in the marketplace. The human-centered design method is used in the design with the first several stages, namely literature study which is used to collect information from reading literature. Then next, analysis of the context of use used to analyze the characteristics of the user. After that, analyze user needs to find out what features the user needs in the design. Then after that, making a solution design in the form of a high-fidelity prototype design. After that, do testing by measuring how useful the application is, with usability testing and UEQ. Usability measures 3 aspects, namely the effectiveness level produces a value of 87.14%, the efficiency aspect produces a value of 95.9% and satisfaction of 77%. While testing with a user experience questionnaire resulted in an attractiveness value of 2.02, a perspicuity value of 1.91, an efficiency value of 1.90, a dependability value of 1.58, a stimulation value of 2.04, and a novelty value of 1.81. After that, the results of the test were carried out to improve the design of the solution so that the results were better.

Abstract

CV Mitra Solusi is a company engaged in services in repairing computers, printers, cctv, banking tools and others. Within one day CV Mitra Solusi made repairs for more than ten customers. Not infrequently, CV Mitra Solusi is flooded with computer repair service rentals. This is what lies behind the problems that exist in CV Mitra Solusi. On the external side, sometimes many customers experience anxiety because they do not know the progress of the ongoing repair work process. So far, customers often ask about repair progress and pick-up times only by telephone. Of course this is considered less effective if the number of repair queues is dense. Another problem faced is the lack of payment options and payments are still manual. Not infrequently payments are hampered because of money change problems or the payment confirmation process that takes time. This research develops a monitoring and payment system for computer repair services to overcome these problems. System development is carried out using the waterfall method with 18 use case diagrams, 18 activity diagrams, 16 sequence diagrams, 11 class model class diagrams and 14 class controller class diagrams, 19 user interface designs, 9 tables modeled on the Physical Data Model (PDM). In implementing the system, the MySQL DBMS is used with the PHP programming language and Laravel 8 is used, the system is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway and the Whatsapp API. There are 3 tests, black-box testing gets 100% valid results, Compatibility testing gets the system results are compatible, but there are some major issues and minor issues. The results of the Usability Testing (NUA) obtained a final score of 81% which means the system is very feasible.

Abstract

Kasiati Wedding is a wedding service that provides makeup and decoration services for prospective customers who will carry out weddings. There are problems in the ordering process which is still manual using a book. Order data recorded in the book has order dates that are not sequential because the ordering of orders is not based on the order of the date of the message. This makes it a little difficult for the owner and takes time in receiving reservations so the owner needs to make sure in advance to be able to accept new orders. Then, the owner will coordinate with employees to work on the order. Order data will be a reference for employees in making orders from customers, such as the date of the message, the address of the event, and the service ordered. Constraints that arise in employees who often ask the owner again about the order data on the next schedule which has previously been submitted by the owner. To solve this problem, a mobile-based wedding service recording application was developed to manage services by the owner and make it easier to view orders for employees. In developing this application, we utilize the Laravel and React Native frameworks that communicate with the REST API and database implementation using PostgreSQL. Tests carried out using black-box testing and user acceptance testing. Black-box testing resulted in 100% valid from 17 test cases. Meanwhile, user acceptance testing scored 80.5. Based on the test results, the level of user acceptance strongly agrees with the mobile-based marriage service registration application.

Abstract

Paddy a crop that produces rice is a is the most important product for the people of Indonesia. Rice at an affordable price for the community is one of the important factors to maintain national resilience and government stability. In this case, forecasting rice production can be used as a consideration for the government to take a policy because forecasting rice production can provide an overview of information in the form of the number of products produced in the future. This study uses the Backpropagation method to forecast the amount of rice production and to evaluate the error value using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Forecasting paddy production is carried out in several provinces such as DKI Jakarta, West Java, North Sumatra, Riau, and Banten. This study resulted in the smallest MAPE value with a value of 7.39%. This value is generated from data from the province of West Java with 10 neurons as input neurons, 3 hidden neurons, with initial weight and bias range value from -0.8 to 0.8, a learning rate value of 0.6, and an epoch of 50 times.

Abstract

This time, various kinds of activities can be carried out more easily because of the rapid development of technology. The example is when communicating between humans in the world, communication activities can be carried out more easily by using online meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet. The application is widely used to conduct video conferences or online meetings because it is easy to use and also had some of interesting features. One of the interesting feature is the feature to change the background of the user's camera view. The feature to change the background is widely used during webinars, work meetings, distance learning, or during other activities that use video conferencing applications or online meetings. In this study, a qualitative analysis will be carried out to determine the background of the use of uniform backgrounds in online meetings and also the views of the online meeting committee on the use of uniform backgrounds. This study involved 21 sources to collect data using interviews. The data that has been collected will be processed using the thematic coding analysis method. From the results of this study, it was found that there were five aspects that became the view of the online meeting committee on the use of uniform backgrounds and six aspects behind the use of uniform virtual backgrounds.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) are individual businesses in terms of business that refer to productive economic efforts following the statutory benchmarks described in Law No. 20 of 2008. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic has hampered the movement of SMEs in several ways such as production and marketing. But in the current modern era, the development of existing technology can be utilized as best as possible, of course by SMEs who are in difficult times. The intended use of technology is the use of online buying and selling media such as e-commerce or social media that can reach a large area and have minimal mobility. There is content needed in doing marketing digitally, one of which is images and videos. For this reason, training is needed for MSMEs to be able to create content that sells their products, especially for SMEs who do not have experience in the world of digital marketing. Design (HCD), which is the process of reimagining a product or service by prioritizing the needs of users. It is also a design philosophy by revealing user needs, behavior, characters, pain points, motivation through ethnographic research to get a better user experience design. The process of extracting data conducted in this study is by conducting interviews of concerned sources (SMEs), then continuing to design the context specifications of use and specifications of user needs. After that was made a solution design that is UX design in the form of the low-fidelity prototype in the form of a wireframe, which then conducted a wireframe usability evaluation of five application user representations (SMEs). From the results of the implementation and improvement of the low-fidelity prototype, a high-fidelity prototype was obtained. These results are then evaluated by three expert evaluators using heuristic evaluation methods. At this evaluation stage found six findings of problems that had an average severity rating with minor categories. Then seven problem findings have a severity rating with a medium category. Then four problem findings have an average severity rating with major categories. The findings of the usability problem then made improvements by the advice given by the evaluator, so that the results can be accepted by the user later.

Abstract

UD. Lancar Jaya Motor is a shop that sells various auto parts in Bajulmati Village, Wongsorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency, which has been established since 2002. In carrying out his business, the owner of UD. Lancar Jaya Motor is assisted by 2 employees. Even though UD. Lancar Jaya Motor has been running its business for a very long time, but the business processes that occur are still manual. From the results of interviews with the owner of UD. Lancar Jaya Motor, found several problems in ongoing business processes. Some of the problems that occurred among others is there is no product management inventory which requires employees to record every item that runs out as a reference for the owner to make purchases from suppliers, the sales transaction process is still being carried out by writing on notes and adding up using a calculator making the transaction process less efficient and calculating store revenue which is done independently by the owner makes the working hours longer. Therefore, a solution is offered to solve the problems that have been described, one of the solutions offered is to build a web-based application. Website-based application development in this study uses the waterfall model software development method, PHP programming language with the help of the Laravel framework and MySQL database. This research produces 3 actors, 38 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement. The website-based application that has been built has been tested in the form of unit testing which results in 100% valid in 3 test cases, validation testing which results in 100% valid on 38 functional requirements and compatibility testing which shows the application can run well on 6 web browsers.
