Abstract

Online shopping application or also known as e-commerce is a device for spreading, selling, purchasing, marketing goods and services through electronic system such as internet. Among so many e-commerce industries in Indonesia, two of them are Lazada and Matahari Mall. They are online shopping sites that offer several advantages in daily needs. In the early observation, the researcher found the satisfaction aspect, experience and effectiveness in using the application, those aspects are important point in developing the products. Method or scientific model which can help in finding out user's needs to design the product that can fulfill the user's needs, is doing analysis on the users themselves. Analysis on users can be done by GOMS (Goals, Operator, Method, and Selection) model, which is task analysis model. Beside using GOMS, to measure efficiency and the use of the application needs usability method. Usability is one of the user experience. To measure the usability level from an application, we need an approach using USE (Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of use) questionnaire at 1-7 likert scale. Usability level measurement is done to know the level of the usability from Lazada and Matahari Mall and also to know the score of usability level on recommendation design which is a new prototype and result from this research.

Abstract

Dogs are one of the favorite animals used as pets. When petting and playing with dogs, oxytocin, stress-related and relieved hormones are released, helping to lower blood pressure as well as cortisol levels. Although dog maintenance has many benefits, the owners should be careful in caring for their dogs. Not a few dogs are attacked by various diseases caused by viruses, protozoa, bacteria and parasites. Dogs who are sick if not immediately get treatment and treatment have the risk of transmitting to dogs and other animals or even to humans. The method used Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor. (FK-NN) is a variant of K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method with fuzzy technique. The FK-NN method assigns a class membership value to the sample vector instead of placing the vector in a particular class. FK-NN can be implemented for the diagnosis of diseases in dogs by several stages: calculating the distance between the train data and the test data, taking the smallest distance between the train data and the test data as much as K, Fuzzification and Defuzzification, Class with the highest defuzzification value used as the class for the result classification. The value of K affects the accuracy of the system where the higher the value of k then the tendency of accuracy will decrease. The highest accuracy obtained from the test results is when K = 5 ie with a value of 98.67%.

Abstract

One of the form of disaster is fire. Fire is a condition where buildings in a certain place or settlement, factory, market, and other places are hit by fire which cause victims and loss. Forest and land fire gives many negative effects in various fields such as biology, health, economy, and climate. Fire in Indonesia is one of the general problem which need to be noticed because it happens in every year. Fire can be observed through satellite by detecting hotspot on Earth surface. Fire occurrence rates which keep increasing every year need to be observed and prevented. That's why, there is a need for research to predict the number of hotspot which identify fire disaster in a certain time. This research proposes and creates program to predict the number of hotspot occured in Java Island using Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani. The data used is hotspot data in Java island from the beginning of 2012 to the end of 2016. The reason why Java island is chosen is because hotspots in Java island is easier to be observed because there are more civilian and lesser forests than other islands. There are three testing method in this research, with testing data of 2 years, 1 years and 6 month. Testing is done to know the accuracy of the number of hotspot prediction in 10 days period. Testing result shows that the system can predict the number of hotspot with quiet good result. 10 days period hotspot prediction has MSE value of 5432.37196 with testing data of 2 years. 10 days period hotspot prediction has MSE value of 5381.73457 with testing data of 1 years. 10 days period hotspot prediction has MSE value of 9483.8878 with testing data of 6 months.

Abstract

Cancer is the most deadly disease besides heart disease. A common cause of cancer is gene mutation in protein 53 that serves to control the replication of DNA as a regulator of the cell function resulting in the wrong protein sequence. The protein sequences is used as a basis to classifying the types of cancer and then it can ease in determining the right handling or therapeutics method. The classification of cancer using the Fuzzy k-Nearest Neighbor (Fk-NN) method. The data used are 752 protein sequences with 393 sequence length on every sequence. The classification class includes non-cancer, breast cancer, collorectal cancer and lung cancer. The Fk-NN method calculates the degree of membership of each class at the k smallest distances generated from k-Nearest Neighbor method. The highest average accuracy rate is 52.56% of the test results using k-fold-validation. The optimal k value of the Fk-NN method is k = 5 with the average accuracy rate of 54.99%. The large variation in the amount of training data that is 90% of the dataset results in the highest accuracy rate of 55.33%.

Abstract

In the information system development process, information system required the presence of definition and determination of priority functional requirements. The purpose of the definition and determination of priorities is to help organizations found out where the functional requirements are indeed important and necessary. This research was conducted on the definition of the functional requirements and the determination of priorities by using the method of Quality Functional Deployment (QFD). QFD method used to discover the functional requirements of the system based on the desires of the customer. The matrix was used in this research is the matrix of House of Quality (HoQ). This research was conducted using qualitative methods to interview informants that add up to 8 people. From the result of preparation of HoQ produced a number of 24 VoC and 28 functional requirements, as well as of the calculation of the weighted importance rating with weights relation obtained priority value for the 28 functional needs.

Abstract

Cows are one of the staple food items needed to meet consumption needs in Indonesia. To produce a quality cow required good quality seed of cow. Based on data from Artificial Insemination Center (BBIB) Singosari, fluctuation in the value of the amount of frozen semen production due to decrease in the number of cow population and reduced production of fresh cement with good quality. Cattle feed is one of the factors that affect the quality of cement in cow. Provision of feed with good nutritional content and the right composition can improve the quality of cow. The Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is chosen for optimization as it is easy to implement and faster in finding the optimum solution compared to other optimization methods. This problem uses initialization of particles, initial velovity, velocity updates, position updates, finding the fitness value of personal best ​​and global best. After conducting the experiment using the weight of the cow of 1114 kg, in obtaining the most optimal parameter result that is on the swarm size of 180, the number of iterations of 45, the inertia weight of of 0,4 and of 0,5, and the acceleration coefficient and respectively 2,5 and 0,5 and the values ​​of and respectively 0,5 and 2,5. Feed recommendation result by system can retrench fund as much as 32,104% compared to recommendation of feed at BBIB.

Abstract

Toko Buku Galuh is a company engaged in retail business. Toko Buku Galuh has stood since 1998, and has grown to the present. Vision Galuh Bookstore to be at the forefront of the retail business of books in Sidoarjo. Problems arise as the company grows larger that there is no written business process that becomes the benchmark in running the business, so that the decisions made can be changed based on the conditions leading to less effective and efficient business processes. For that required analysis of business processes using Business Process Improvement (BPI) Framework. The first phase of editing Toko Buku Galuh business process uses Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), the second phase performs Process Validation, Time Validation and Resource Validation on business processes. Then determine the streamlining used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. From the results of the proposed analysis obtained increased time on sale transactions 64.37%, buyer transactions 77,9%, price tagging 30%, and edit items data 25.9%.

Abstract

Implementation of AODV protocol on Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (Manet) is basically done using simulation software. Using software like NS-3, OPNET or OMNET. Disadvantage of those simulation software is there is no obstacles because of the ideal condition. The lack of AODV protocol implementation on the manet is using real devices. To overcome the mistakes made by the software, in this study applied the implementation of mobile ad-hoc network (manet) by using AODV protocol on nRF24L01 hardware to send data inputted by user and to test the system functionality by running it with any obstacles like doors, walls, and glasses. From the results of this research, is that each node can communicate with each other on ad-hoc mobile network using Arduino UNO as microcontroller and nRF24L01 wireless module. The AODV protocol as an inter-node protocol routing method has been successfully implemented. Each node has also successfully process performed. On 15 times the system test functionality, where the scenario is a static node without any obstacles, the node moves dynamically without any obstacles and the node moves dynamically with the obstacles of doors, walls, or glasses, all nodes was sending and receiving data with the percentage of success is 86.6%. This proved that the system functionality has been successfully implemented properly.

Abstract

Website hd.kfcku.com increasingly relied upon by KFC company as an additional service provided to improve the customer experience in ordering online via the website. However at this time hd.kfcku.com website has decreased the number of subscribers to order through the website and many complaints obtained related to website services that are less than the maximum as the display of a website that is slow to respond, the address can not be detected by the website, product or goods not until the time or even the order does not arrive to the customer, the message is not immediately confirmed, and the desired information can not be accessed properly. Of the complaints received indicate that hd.kfcku.com website service is not enough to satisfy the customers. The purpose of this research is to know whether the satisfaction and trust will directly affect customer loyalty to use the website hd.kfcku.com. On this basis, the researcher tested the influence of satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty of hd.kfcku.com website by adopting E-customer loyalty EID research model through path analysis technique. Researchers use hd.kfcku.com website customers in Malang area as sample of respondents from this research. The results show that simultaneously customer loyalty is influenced by all variables of user interface quality, information quality, perceived security, perceived privacy, e-customer satisfaction and e-customer trust. While individual loyalty customers hd.kfcku.com website influenced high enough by the variable e-customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the most important sectors to increase the economic growth of the Indonesian people. One of the most important factors in agriculture is the quality of agricultural land. To find out the quality of agricultural land regularly, the monitoring system of agricultural land using the MQTT protocol can be designed as a system that can monitor agricultural land in real time. This system is made using a soil moisture sensor which serves to read the value of soil moisture and also the DHT-11 sensor which serves to read values ​​from air humidity and temperature. Soil moisture sensor reads moisture with values ​​between 0-1300. As high as the value, the condition of the soil will get drier, if the value is lower then the soil conditions get wetter. For the DHT-11 sensor the first can read the value of air humidity that has a range between 0-100. The higher the value of the sensor reading, the higher the humidity value. For the second, it is to read the ambient temperature with units of degrees Celsius. The range of values ​​on this sensor reading is 0-100. The higher the value of the sensor readings, the higher or more heat the environment temperature. The sensor is processed by the Arduino microprocessor. The ESP8266 wifi module as the data sender to the IoT platform will be displayed on the Thingsboard webserver. Data from sensor readings are displayed in the form of diagrams, graphs and also real time conditions. From the implementation of the system, it can be concluded that this system can work optimally because it can display the results of reading sensor values ​​that can be displayed on the Thingsboard webserver.
