Abstract

The Bekasi Regency Population and Civil Registration Office accommodates several services in community identity documents under their tendance resident identity section. The section serves three services namely, recording electronic KTP, issuing resident identity certificates, and issuing electronic KTP. However, the service business process often inconsistencies with organizational targets so that evaluation is necessary. The stages begin with modeling a business process using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), then using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method to determine which activities are experiencing mismatches. After that, problems with non-conforming activities will be identified using the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) method so can be identified which activity need to be the main concern through the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value. Furthermore, fishbone analysis is used to determine the root of the problem. The results showed the quality factors the mismatch of the number of electronic ID card recording application files that enter to be served by the admissions counter officer (Throughput) with RPN 120 had root causes from the aspects of the machine and technology category, measurement, and method. Meanwhile, the quality factor the reception counter clerk checks the completeness of the application file (time to access) with RPN 36 has the root of the problem from the aspects of the category of machinery and technology and materials.

Abstract

In this era of rapid technological development, information needs have become a necessity that must be conveyed quickly and easily. As one example, namely Paramarta Development, this private-owned company located in Malang and its surroundings, the company provides the sale and purchase of houses located in Malang City. This company has several business process activities, one of which is the employee business process activities. The business process that has been carried out is quite complicated, confusing, and does not yet have an application to support existing employee business process activities. After the researcher conducted an interview with the owner of the company, the researcher found several problems. The first is absence, the attendance is still using a checklist or direct signature, the second is the recruitment, for this problem the company still uses a brochure when a recruitment is being held, the third is an employee salary slip, for this problem it takes a long time. From the existing problems, researchers can draw conclusions, namely the need for a system. Researchers will carry out several development activities including: Designing an personnel information system based on the results of analysis and users, modeling object interactions into sequence diagrams, carrying out object models described in class diagrams, tables containing data storage, several interface designs, and some algorithm design. This staffing information system is a website-based information system and has several features including: login feature, can access employee data, add employees, add recruitment, employee salaries, employee absences, employee status, and performance results, for test results that have been conducted by researchers declared valid. Abstract

Sensor Network is a technology that has been widely researched, one of which is in the field of health (healthcare). This technology is used for health monitoring and intensive patient monitoring. Based on intensive care room data from RSUP Dr. In the July-September 2014 period there were 239 intensive care patients. Therefore, a system that can work efficiently in multi-patient monitoring is needed. Use Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol to manage route search for AODV is needed only when there is a routing request. Zigbee can be used in areas with difficult environmental conditions with a transfer speed up to 250 Kbps. WiFi uses an overhead frame measuring 34 bytes and consumes 400 mA when transmitting and 20 mA when standby, while ZigBee uses an overhead frame measuring only 2-7 bytes and consumes 28-44 mA when transmitting and has a sleep mode to save energy . This researched applies a routing mechanism where the coordinator available to sending and receiving packets through the router node. Router nodes can receiving and forwarding data packets to end devices and coordinators. End devices can receiving and sending data packets to the coordinator. This mechanism using four scenarios produces an average end-to-end delay in 100 meters distance is 4.209 seconds. This mechanism with four scenarios results in convergence time in 100 meters distance is 5.293 seconds.

Abstract

Health is very important for everyone's life and if it is not cured immediately, it can interfere with activities so it can cause death. According to several studies, one of the diseases that is often experienced by everyone is a disease with symptoms of shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. Chronic shortness is most often caused by heart diseases such as congestive heart failure or respiratory disease, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Several studies reported that the compatibility between a diagnosis by a general practitioner in primary health care and a final diagnosis by a specialist is only less than 50%. So in this study an expert system was made to diagnose congestive heart disease (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and asthma using a combination of the K-Nearest Neighbor method to classify diseases with the Certainty Factor method to determine the level of confidence from the previous classification results using 20 symptoms. The data used is patient data at Jumpandang Baru Public Health Center in Makassar City with a total of 100 data. The best accuracy results in testing variations in the K value are 100% when the K value is 3 and the results of testing the comparison of accuracy when using a combination of the K-Nearest Neighbor - Certainty Factor method and when only using the K-Nearest Neighbor method it produces the same accuracy value.

Abstract

PT. The Malang branch of the Indonesian Trading Company (Persero) is one of the state-owned companies (BUMN) as one of the BUMNs engaged in domestic trade and international trade in the Malang region, East Java. Through the trading business of various products and commodities handled from upstream to downstream, exports and imports which are also trusted by the government to handle and maintain price stability and availability of national food stocks and or other community needs. In an effort to provide easy job evaluation and customer grouping for the marketing division, there is a recommendation for a solution in the form of a dashboard to display commodity and customer values. This system was built using the PHP programming language assisted by Boostrap and MySQL for database management. This dashboard uses data processing in the commodity database and customer data which is used as graphics and digital maps. In making a digital map using the coordinates of several areas for commodity purchases by customers in East Java province.

Abstract

Monthly report (LB1) is disease data report containing ICD-10 data code, distribution of disease cases according to age group, and new cases or old cases. The report of disease data has done routine in every month, quarter, and annual report. The problem of Public Health Center Dinoyo in recording and reporting are still manual or conventional way to process, maintain, and deliver the report. The average amount of disease data at the Dinoyo Public Health Center was recorded 2000 - 3000 in every month by use manual system and it caused the record taking long time process, incomplete data so that it affected on the accuracy of LB1. Furthermore, late delivery of the report made the Health Office of Malang City could not monitoring, evaluating, and have difficulty to know the public health center's around Indonesia which not sent the report. Based on these problems is built the system based on website with waterfall model development, Codeigniter framework, and PHP programming language. The result is information system can be used for managing medical records, monthly report (LB1), and monitoring the monthly report (LB1). Based on the testing that has been done produce 100% valid value on unit testing, integration, and validation which shows that the system function already fulfilling the needs. The result of usability test is using usability scale system method obtained the score up to 77 which could be concluded the system has been acceptable and has provided user convinience.

Abstract

PT Astra Honda Motor as a manufacturer of Honda motorcycles has many interrelated activities, one of the most important aspects is after sales service. After-sales service is a form of responsibility of PT Astra Honda. Putra Jaya Malang Motorbike Workshop is a Honda authorized workshop and dealer company engaged in motorcycle service. Service transactions, customer receipts, motorcycle history records and inventory records available and sold in the form of motorcycle parts are still done manually. Based on the problems that occur, it is necessary to develop a system of motor service management information in the workshop. This research uses the waterfall method in the development of information systems and uses the PHP programming language that is implemented in codeigniter frame-work. This information system has been tested using themethod blackbox for validation testing that produces 20 (twenty) test cases with 100% valid results, themethod whitebox for unit testing and compatibility testing for testing non-functional requirements on 3 (three) webs abrowser differentwith the results of the system running well.

Abstract

Lalapan Ala Dewi Restaurant inventory management still uses conventional notes and reports. The number of branches and the need for raw ingredients of each branch becomes a weakness for the conventional way when managing the supply of raw ingredients. Such weaknesses affect the performance of each branch because it often runs out of raw ingredient supplies. A web-based raw ingredient inventory management system is needed to help with the problem. The raw ingredient inventory management system will record the raw ingredient inventory and report of each branch. The system is designed with a waterfall model method and uses an object-oriented approach. After the system was developed, the system was tested with white-box testing techniques and black-box testing techniques. The result of this research was raw ingredient inventory management system.

Abstract

Strategy is one of many thing that influence the success of a person in running a business. Implementing the right strategy is crucial so that the business runs as desired. One of the strategies that can be applied is Customer Relationship Management (CRM), namely by regulating segmentation and how to treat consumers. In conducting analysis, business actors must carefully consider each consumer with their respective habits when conducting transactions to be grouped into certain segments. It is not uncommon for consumers to be in a segment that does not match their characteristics due to errors in the analysis because it is done manually. Therefore, this study will apply the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method to Barbershop customers in segmenting. In this study, using 489 customer data from RichDjoe Barbershops Malang which were taken from May to October 2020 in the form of the latest arrival date of each customer marked with an ID number, the number of arrivals of each ID during a certain period of time, how much money was spent by each customer, and the accumulation distance from the oldest to the most recent date each ID number. The Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method is known to have a good ability in grouping data by making a hierarchy gradually from data in the form of singleton / individual until all data are grouped. The distance measurement method uses Manhattan Distance with the distance parameters used are Single Linkage, Complete Linkage and Average Linkage. This study uses the Silhouette Coefficient in evaluating the test and produces the highest results from 489 data at the 391 cut point, with an average silhoette coefficient value of 0.968850698 on the single linkage parameter and the average linkage resulting in 8 clusters and silhouette coefficient for each data resulting in 376 of 399 the right data are in the group and the silhouette coeffcient of each cluster formed shows that 6 out of 8 clusters are formed correctly.
