Abstract

Skin is one of the largest organs in humans. In order to carry out these functions, the skin must be properly guarded and cared for. Especially on facial skin. Besides being able to attract attention, beautiful and healthy facial skin can also increase self-confidence. Choosing facial skin care products should not be arbitrary because it can cause the skin to become irritated and dehydrated. It is very important to see if the skin and problems are first. However, in fact there are still many who choose the wrong care products. Based on these problems, a system of recommendations for skin care products was developed based on skin types and web-based skin problems. To get recommendations, the method used is AnalyticaI Hierarchy Process (AHP). The system development process is carried out using the waterfall method with an Object-Oriented (OO) approach and web-based. Testing on functional requirements is carried out by unit testing and validation. The results obtained are 100% valid in all tested cases. Testing on non-functional requirements is carried out with compatibility testing and the results obtained indicate that the system can be accessed from various browsers and different operating systems. Testing the recommendation method performed with accuracy testing produces a value of 66.67%. The results obtained indicate the system can function properly according to the AnalyticaI Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.

Abstract

Game with point and click genre is game where player interact with pointing location to virtual object in screen and then press button on device that use it. Point and click game that developed in personal computer have an advantage with acurate pointing device and large screen size. On smartphone android in other hand, user point some place in screen with their finger where accuracy is less. Screen size on smartphone is smaller than on personal computer so that resulting in object appear smaller. This becomes challenge to develop point and click game for smartphone android. The game is designed with DPE framework that divide design with several layer as follow: learning, storytelling, gameplay, user experience, and technology. Testing for this game is black box testing, usability testing, and fun testing. Black box testing is for testing the functionality of game that being developed. Usability testing is to determine is the purpose of the game already fulfilled. Fun testing is for find the fun factor of the game that being developed. From result of tests conducted, that all functionality is valid, the respondents are positives about the game, also there is three fun factors and three not fun factors.

Abstract

One of the sport that is often played by the general public is futsal where is the futsal follows the basics of football, but the difference with football is that futsal is played by a few people and is played on a relatively smaller place or field. In every futsal game, of course there must be a player who suffered an injury. Slippery and uneven field conditions are the factors that affect futsal players that can easily fall and subsequently suffer injuries during futsal games. The existence of a system that can classify the types of injuries suffered by futsal players will greatly help solve this problem. Utilizing the modified k - nearest neighbor method implemented using Java language, a maximum accuracy of 97% is obtained from different K values.

Abstract

LPMI Al-Izzah Batu City is an educational institution that was established on July 17, 2006 by implementing Islamic basic values that ​​integrated with technology and science with the aim that students are able to maintain Islamic sharia. In addition, LPMI Al-Izzah of Batu city also has a web application that can be used by employees in planning daily activities called the Daily Plan. Based on the analysis and testing of the initial design, the results obtained on the aspect of effectiveness of 71.3%, 34.25 seconds efficiency aspects, and aspects of user satisfaction by 41.66. Then the researchers then did the design of improving the interface appearance by applying the Human Centered Design approach, Usability testing method and System Usability Scale. From the evaluation results of the appearance improvement design that has been done, researcher get a percentage of 100% in the aspect of effectiveness, 19.38 seconds in the aspect of efficiency, and 87.83 in the aspect of user satisfaction. From this research, it can be concluded that the Human Centered Design approach is able to produce a product or system that is able to help users and stakeholders achieve their goals.

Abstract

PT XYZ (the name of the company is disguised) is a company engaged in telecommunications that has distribution areas throughout Indonesia. PT XYZ offers B2B (Business To Business) cooperation services in terms of selling pulses and Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) to its partners. Based on the results of interviews and observations found problems in the PT XYZ PPOB system. The absence of a bridge to connect the many supplier systems with existing applications at PT XYZ causes problems that arise in the PPOB system. The first problem is the number of suppliers and the presence of new applications at PT XYZ will make coding by the PT XYZ IT be inefficient because they have to change one by one in the coding of the application, even though the time can be used for other IT tasks. The second problem is in terms of supplier management where for the active supplier turnover process and supplier product price changes must be done one by one on the PT XYZ application. This requires a long time in the process. The third problem is that currently in the PPOB PT XYZ business there is no Host to host (H2H) service so it is said to be lagging behind its competitors. Based on these problems, a solution can be given by creating a module in the form of a web service to bridge between suppliers with PT XYZ applications. This module is used as a form of interoperability due to the diversity of the system in PT XYZ's PPOB system. Modules in the form of a web service system and management system that will become the standard for PT XYZ in running PPOB business. The method of developing this module uses the waterfall.

Abstract

Swimming is a sport which done in water, either in fresh water or sea water. There is somewhat problem in choosing a swimming pool based in people's interest due to many available swimming pools in Malang city. Each swimmer in a group who had different preference on swimming pool also complicates the process of choosing pool among groups.There are three factors which affects people's interest in choosing swimming pool such as distance, ticket price, and pool's rating. Therefore, the solution to choosing swimming pool is by developing an Android based group decision support system. The system generates swimming pool group recommendation using Topsis Borda method. The system also uses criterias such as distance, ticket price, and pool's rating as reference for Topsis method. Distance criteria provided by measuring distance between user's location and swimming pool's location using GPS, thus the developed application is a location based service. The generated recommendations displays informations such as pool's name, a photo, distance between user and pools, ticket price, and pool's rating. Blacbox testing on implemented system reached 100% of functional validity. Algorithm validation testing is considered to be valid because the manual count and implemented Topsis Borda method count in the system shows the same results. Lastly, the usability testing on the implemented system obtained 84.5 score from five respondents. That score shows that system is on B grade, with user acceptance category as acceptable, and adjective rating as excellent on SUS Score.

Abstract

Wheeled robot is a robot that moves using wheels under certain conditions so that a good navigation system is needed. Whether or not the robot navigation system is influenced by the software system and the algorithm that is running. Over time, artificial neural network algorithm is much in demand and developed because it has good flexibility to the nonlinear environment. Therefore, in this study a backpropagation artificial neural network algorithm is designed for navigation of wheeled robots. Artificial neural networks have advantages, among others, the level of accuracy is better than pattern recognition algorithms such as fuzzy and KNN. Besides artificial neural networks also have good flexibility in solving problems with multidimensional classes. Backpropagation artificial neural network is a supervised neural network in which there is a network training. In network training there are several factors that influence, including hidden layers, momentum, and learning rate. In addition to good training, robot speed regulation also needs to be considered so that the robot has good stability in its environment. Based on the time and error values ​​in the network training, the number of hidden layer nodes of 5 has the best results on input and output of 4 nodes. Whereas in the PWM motor 150 value setting obtained a fairly good movement stability for the wheeled robot used.

Abstract

One type of beverage that comes from plants is coffee, coffee is made from processed coffee plant crops in the form of seeds. Coffee belongs to the Rubiaceae family with the genus Coffea. Coffee can also be included in the class of psychostimulant drinks which can temporarily relieve drowsiness, reduce fatigue, and increase energy as a physiological effect. The increase in the coffee industry in Indonesia is marked by the increase in consumption of processed coffee products with a percentage of up to more than seven percent in 2016 and continues to increase every year. Given coffee middlemen, as one of the coffee industry players run by the munte family, which began in 2000. Given's coffee middleman business process, which starts with purchasing coffee beans from the harvest that must be done on market days, from Thursday to Saturday every week is considered not effective to meet the needs of three tons of processed coffee stock every month. Furthermore, the sales or promotion process which is still by word of mouth is considered outdated and often reduces profits because there are often brokers who promote products to buyers and ask for profit sharing for their promotions. Based on these problems, a system is made to simplify the process of buying and selling coffee beans at given coffee wholesalers. The system development stage includes the stages of needs analysis, implementation, and testing. In the analysis step, there are 32 functional requirements and one non-functional requirement. The implementation stages use the PHP programming language on the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL in the database section. Then the testing step consists of several tests such as functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing consists of unit testing that successfully runs the test path based on 3 test cases, integration testing on the method obtains valid status and validation testing obtains 100% validity from 49 test cases. Non-functional testing using usability testing obtained system results that were acceptable to users with a final score of 73.25.

Abstract

Coupling is a fundamental attribute of software which has a great influence on software quality. Couplings negatively affect the quality of the software. The higher the coupling value, the more difficult the changes to the software will be made. Changes to software during the life cycle are a certainty. Changes that are not implemented properly can cause damage and increase maintenance costs. So that software maintenance can be carried out efficiently, it is important for developers to keep the coupling values low. Various coupling metrics are proposed by the researchers, one of which is Aggregated Coupling Measure (ACE). ACE metrics combine structural and conceptual coupling metrics into aggregate coupling metrics so as to better identify couplings than separate measurements. However, there is no application that applies the ACE metric, so the calculation is still done manually which of course will take a lot of time and effort and is inefficient to apply to large and complex applications. Therefore, an aggregate coupling measurement tool was developed for Java-based software using the ACE metric. The tools have been verified from the unit level using the white-box strategy to the validation of the overall functionality using the black-box strategy. Testing the accuracy and performance of the system produces an accuracy value of 100% and an average of 385 times faster than manually counting.

Abstract

Today's business development utilizes technology to manage information and provide efficient and effective services for consumers. This facilitates all business processes, as well as minimizing business risks. This research takes a case study of the Mobil Kampus company, which is a service company that offers tour package services in Malang, Batu and surrounding areas. Mobil Kampus was founded in 2011 and became one of the recommended car rental companies in Malang. However, there are often obstacles for consumers, such as the mismatch of information about the cars available on the spot, as well as miscalculations of transactions that become obstacles for company owners. Therefore, an information system was created to help companies to list the available cars, types of tour packages, culinary information and cost information. The web-based information system uses the development method Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)with the model waterfall. In the system design stage, modeling is done in the form of UML diagrams based on functional requirements, then implemented through program code using the PHP programming language and the framework Laravel. Then tested with themethod black box testing and testing usability. Black box testing obtained 100% valid results andtesting usability obtained a score of 72.5 which was included in the good category, with a grade scale C and acceptance value is acceptable.
