Abstract

Staffing Agency and Human Resources Development Batu City (BKPSDM) is an OPD (Regional Institute Organization) that uses information technology for the procurement and operational processes on the organization. E-Kinerja system is a system managed and created by BKPSDM to measure and assess the performance of Government Employees (ASN) periodically basis as a reference for providing performance benefits. The functional of system and information technology give good results because it helps on the internal operations organization, in other condition also have a bad impact and security issues that are not mitigated proceed correctlye. Problems that occur in BKPSDM Batu City never do an assesment focused on risk management and there are no regulations or policies related to information system security. This researcher supports to identification and provide information on BKPSDM Batu City related to weaknesses, challenges, system weaknesses, and provide mitigation recommendations. This study uses an OCTAVE-S work license to analyze risk and combined with standard ISO 27001: 2013 controls. The results of the study obtained 3 areas of security practices that have yellow traffic light status namely security management, physical access and management approval. As well as 3 areas of security practices that have red light status namely security regulations and policies, authentication and authorization, and security management. There are six areas of security practice were chosen as areas for mitigation. Control guidelines according to standard ISO 27001: 2013 so that they can be used as guidelines for the BKPSDM of Batu City in making improvements.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a subtropical climate and is good at growing fruits and vegetables and other crops. Various variants are easily available, one of which is Sky Rocket Melon. This melon is round and green or yellow in color. Melon fruit tastes sweet and juicy flesh. To assess the sweetness of the melon, it is necessary to separate the flesh and taste of the melon. When buying melons, buyers cannot choose melons correctly because they cannot immediately know the level of sweetness. From these problems, a study was formed to determine the level of sweetness of melons accurately by reading the texture of the skin. The advantage of this research is that you don't need to split and taste the melon first to know the sweetness, but only use the image of the melon skin texture. This study uses the Local Binary Pattern method to perform feature extraction calculations, P=8,16,32 is the number of neighbors to be compared, and R=1,2,4 is the center radius or pixel value of adjacent distances. The results of feature extraction are inputted into the K-Nearest Neighbor or K-NN algorithm, and classified into one of three categories (low, average, high) with values ​​of K=3, K=5, and K= 7. Testing uses up to 360 images of training data, up to 90 images of test data, and the test kit uses 15 melons as images. The results of the P and R tests of the Local Binary Pattern algorithm and the K value on K-NN provide the highest level of accuracy of 91.11%. By using the value of P = 8, the value of R = 1, and the value of K = 3. Testing the hardware system using Raspberry Pi 4, with the result that the accuracy rate is 80% and the average calculation time is 0.22084 seconds.

Abstract

Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding Office (Diskominfosantik) of Kabupaten Bekasi is an institute which responsible to manage information and communication for Kabupaten Bekasi region. There are problems regarding the management of IT resources, which is the lack of human resources caused multipled job. Lack of human resource inhibits management of infrastructure and application that are being improve to reach the smart village program. Another trouble is uncompleted standard operating procedure of IT resources management about responsibilities of IT resource and there is no mechanism of IT resource management where all responsible was given to vendor. Evaluation is required to overcome the current problems. Evaluation using COBIT 5 subdomain EDM04 and APO07 is appropriate to evaluate management of IT resource. COBIT 5 is able to detect value of capability level as is and to be and gap analysis. Based on result of this evaluation, capability level EDM04 is in 1st level and APO07 is 2nd level and gap analysis of each subdomain is 1 level. Recommendation given to make SOP for problem deviation, document priority arrangement of IT resource management, giving competency training about management of IT for employee

Abstract

Lesehan & Kolam Pancing Kresna is a restaurant located in Pacet, Mojokerto which is experiencing problems during the financial management process. The problem is that the financial recording process is still done manually, which causes a mismatch between the recorded money data and the money data held by the restaurant. Another problem is in the reporting process, where the activity from the reporting process is too long to require more effort in making financial reports. The formulation of the problem from this research is how to build an information system that makes it easier to record and prepare financial reports. The purpose of this study is to simplify the process of financial recording and financial reporting. The solution obtained is the creation of a financial management information system which was developed using the evolutionary prototyping method. The conclusion obtained to solve this problem is to simplify the current business process activities (as-is) into a recommendation business process (to-be) by using information systems to facilitate activities. The information system is tested using two types of tests, namely validation testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validation testing is carried out to determine whether the system already has a feature under the request and can run smoothly, while user acceptance testing is to measure the level of user acceptance of the information system. The results obtained in the user acceptance testing test are 87% which indicates that the user strongly agrees with the information system that has been developed

Abstract

One key exchange method that has been developed is Diffie-Hellman key exchange (DHKE), which can be used to securely create shared secrets between the two devices over an unsecured network. The two devices running this algorithm have their own secret variables, exchange two public variable values, and perform calculations using accepted variables as well as randomly obtained secret variables to obtain shared secretes. In this study built a system with ESP32 microcontroller as data processing, has Cryptographic hardware acceleration one of which is a random number generator (RNG), supporting Wi-Fi communication protocols. The DHT11 sensor collects data with measuring parameters and is transmitted to a gateway connected to ESP32 and monitored wirelessly. Average computing time and delivery from ESP-1 to ESP-2 and ESP-3 is 0.084 seconds and 0.079 seconds.While the delivery from ESP-2 and ESP-3 to ESP-1 amounted to 3.315 seconds and 3.307 seconds. It can be concluded that the factors that affect the length of delivery time are client requests first to the server and queues on the server in serving the client.

Abstract

The production of fruits in Indonesia tends to increase on a yearly basis. During harvest season, so much of those fruits would be left unsold or left to rot even though the sales value would also be lower than usual. Thus, a way to preserve the shelf-life of those fruits are needed so that they would not lose their value as quickly. One way to preserve fruits is to process them into dried fruit snacks, which is the expertise of CV. Arjuna 999 located in Batu, East Java. However, the process of turning real fruits into dried fruit snacks takes a while, which is why a strategy plan is needed to anticipate rising demands and the time it takes to make dried fruit snacks. The prediction uses an artificial neural network method, backpropagation. The dataset used contains of monthly dried fruit snacks demands of CV. Arjuna 999 starting from 2017 until 2019, with 80% of overall data used as training data while the other 20% is used as testing data. The result is a MAPE score of 4.429% which was derived from a combination of parameter values such as 10 (9 + 1 bias) hidden neurons, a learning rate value of 0.8 and a maximum iteration of 900.
