Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) is a Ponorogo Regency Government Institution that is engaged in investment and licensing services with a one-stop system. However, based on the results of the researcher's interview with the Head of Service Division of DPMPTSP Ponorogo Regency, there are problems in licensing services. This is because there is already a-based licensing information system, web but in its application, the public as applicants for licensing documents still experience problems in applying for permits and uncertainty in the processing time of documents. To solve these problems, an effective and easier-to-use information system is needed in licensing services. The purpose of this research is to develop Sistem Informasi Perizinan Terpadu (SIPT) and android application that uses the SDLC method Waterfall. SIPT will be the backend of the based permit application which android will be the frontend of the application. The system design is carried out using an object-oriented paradigm, while the system implementation is carried out using Laravel framework for the backend and Android Studio for the frontend application which is integrated using web services. The testing phase is carried out using Validation Testing which obtains valid results for all application functionality, as well as by conducting User Acceptance Testing for stakeholders which produces an acceptance value of 80% and Compatibility Testing using Android Virtual Device (AVD) produces compatible results for all devices tested.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important needs for human civilization, especially for children and teenagers. The current pandemic condition is forcing education to use online learning alternatives. Codemaniac is one of the e-learning which is builded using gamification techniques to increase student motivation. However, Codemaniac does not yet have adaptive features that can maximize the behavior of each user. To overcome this problem, further development of Codemaniac will add adaptive features by utilizing the recorded user behavior contained in the log file. Based on the recorded user behavior, clustering will be carried out using the fuzzy c-means algorithm so that three types of clusters will be formed, each cluster will present a different user interface. This system is compiled using SDLC waterfall with the addition of the Python programming language. In its development, it produces 3 actors, with an additional 5 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. To test the system, the wthite box method is used for unit testing and the black box method is used for validation testing.

Abstract

At the time the Covid-19 pandemic had made many changes and the impact of this pandemic was initially a face-to-face learning system in the classroom and then distance learning was implemented. The distance learning procedure used by Brawijaya University is with two teaching models between lecturers and students based on the time of the learning process, namely synchronous and asynchronous. The purpose of this study is to find out the experiences during the distance learning process by students with visual impairments and problems that can be solved or assisted by applications in the learning process. The data collection experience analysis using a semi-structured interview method. The respondents studied were 3 students with disabilities with visual impairments (blindness) adjusting the availability of respondents who were willing to conduct interviews related to research. Aspects of College Student Characteristic, Instructor Characteristic, Learning Environment, Information Technology, Knowledge Technology, and Support as well as problems encountered related to Technology and Assistance were analyzed. Then the data is processed using the Atlas.ti application by means of thematic coding analysis. The results of the analysis that are known are descriptive explanations of the conditions experienced by students then accessibility to documents has not been evenly distributed, the inability and limitations of applications in carrying out an order thus require a companion under certain conditions.

Abstract

The medical record information system is a system that facilitates the service, recording and archiving of patient personal data in a health service in order to reduce errors that often occur. Ramdani Skincare & Spa is one of the beauty clinics in Malang City, the management of medical records at this beauty clinic is held by the Admin which includes inputting patient registration data, collecting patient history data and sending reports to the main director. Several problems were found in the medical record management process at Ramdani Skincare & Spa which was done manually using hardcopy, causing ineffective patient data archiving and the absence of continuity of patient visit history. Another problem that arises is that the service process from registration to clinical reporting is very slow, this triggers customer dissatisfaction. From the problems, a web-based application was made so that the management of medical records runsquickly, precisely and accurately. System development at Ramdani Skincare & Spa Malang using the prototyping method. System development includes the stages of needs analysis, implementation, and testing. The requirements analysis stage gets 82 functional requirements obtained from 1 iteration. Implementation stage uses PHP programming language CodeIgniter framework. Testing stages include functional and non-functional testing. Functional testing includes unit testing that successfullly performs a test path basedon 3 test cases and validation testing produces 100% valid from 73 cases. Non-functional testing using compatibility results can be accepted by users and can runwell on the browser.

Abstract

Mejakita is one of the website-based learning media that can improve student learning experiences independently and help students complete school assignments. The reason for using the MejaKita website as a usability evaluation topic is because based on the results of interviews with 11th-grade teachers majoring in Multimedia at SMK Negeri 5 Malang, recommendations for learning media are needed that can solve problems for students who have difficulty doing homework and school assignments. Initial user research conducted on 11th-grade students majoring in Multimedia at SMK Negeri 5 Malang found problems. The question content icon on the PR Discussion menu still seemed messy, it was difficult to find notes according to the school level and the desired subject, users found it difficult to write a description of the question, the comment column did not provide interaction, the arrangement of Mejakita website features is too complicated, there are problems when searching for formulas. The evaluation was carried out using the usability testing method and administering the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The results of usability testing recommendations after calculations have obtained a value on the learnability component using the success rate equation of 24%, the efficiency component using the time-based efficiency equation gets a value of 0.07 goal/sec, the errors component using the defective rate equation gets a value of 2%, and the components satisfaction using the SUS questionnaire got a score of 71%.

Abstract

Senjani Kitchen is a start-up company engaged in food in the city of Malang. Daily Catering Senjani Kitchen uses a coupon system, so customers must buy coupons and exchange the coupons for food according to a schedule. The current condition is that orders are still through the Whatsapp chat application using a smartphone, so customers are too dependent on admin replies. This study aims to develop an information system that aims to make it easier for customers to order food and better record keeping to minimize company losses. Progressive Web App is an application built by optimizing a website, PWA is used so that customers get a more comfortable experience. This development using the waterfall method as a system development life cycle (SDLC). The requirements definition stage produces 2 main business processes, 2 actors, namely customers and admins, and 18 use cases described in use case diagrams and use case specifications. At the system design stage, 18 activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, and 26 interface designs were produced. At the implementation stage using the concept of Model View Controller (MVC), React Js as View, and CodeIgniter as Controller and Model. In the testing phase, in the validation test 31 test scenarios run as expected and the usability value is 82.75 (adjective rating excellent) for the customer side and 72.5 (adjective rating good) for the admin side through the usability scale system

Abstract

The implementation of health services in a hospital has a very complex organization and organization. Currently, many hospitals, clinics, health centers, and doctors' practices have used information systems to facilitate data management and improve the quality of service to patients. However Dr. Hospital Iskak Tulungagung still faces difficulties in patient registration and searching for medical records. One patient takes 5-15 minutes to complete the registration process, including monitoring patient medical records or creating medical record documents for patients who are first seeking treatment. Seeing these problems, the authors developed an online registration system and electronic medical records, so as to reduce patient queues at registration and maximum patient care. This system will apply the waterfall model for its development process. This model takes a systematic and sequential approach. The test was carried out using a test unit with the whitebox testing method on 3 functions, namely data input, physical examination, changing profiles, adding to the drug list. Of the three test units that have been carried out, it can be declared that they have passed the unit test. The validation results in a valid value in each test case against the 84 tested cases based on 46 functionality, therefore the system is declared to have passed the validation test. In the compatibility test using SortSite resulted in a web that is able to run well on 9 out of 11 browser versions. On the usefulness, the total answers to each of the 10 questions were tested to 20 respondents. The results of the reusability test of this system obtained an average score of 80.4 which is included in the above average classification.

Abstract

Kebaya Iffah boutique is a brand that is engaged in the fashion business, which sells various kinds of self-produced kebaya. The boutique business process is still carried out by two methods, namely offline coming directly and online through social media to promote products. Found problems with online methods that are considered less effective and safe for customers to make transactions and have not had a big promotional impact, the mechanism for buying custom products, customers must come to the store Payment processing, many requests for payment method choices, also for admins still checking payment status manually and not in real-time. So from the existing problems, the Kebaya Iffah Boutique E-commerce Website was developed which was integrated using the midtrans payment gateway. System development is carried out using the waterfall method. The results of this study obtained 18 different functional needs and actors. The distinguishing feature of e-commerce can be done by customizing the size of the kebaya. This system is built using the codeigniter framework and boostrap as a system development aid. After being designed and implemented, testing is carried out using the black box testing method with 100% valid results, which means the function is running well, compatibility testing which means the system can run in different environments, and user acceptance testing (UAT) by obtaining a percentage result of 90.3 % which means the system is made according to the user's needs and is accepted with very agree results.

Abstract

In suppressing the growth of non-performing loans (NPL), Bank industries focuses on debtors who neglect or forget to make payments, so that the Bank collects payments every month. To get maximum results from employees who manage billing in the field, one of them is done by ranking employee performance. The ranking is done to fill spending to become the employee with the first rank. Bank BTN assesses all billing sections with a simple system using Microsoft Excel. This study was conducted by using the AHP-TOPSIS method to rank region 1 of Bank BTN in order to assess the performance of CCRD employees. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a method of making decisions by making comparisons between choice criteria and also pair comparisons between existing choices. The TOPSIS method is based on the concept that the best chosen not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution, but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using the Euclidean distance to determine the closeness of an approximation to the optimal solution. The results of the tests that have been carried out, obtained an overall final average of 86,38889%.
