Abstract

The rapid growth of social media does not make Twitter left by its users. Twitter is one of the social media that allows user to interact each other, share information, or even to express feelings and opinions, including in expressing film opinions. Comments or Tweets about movies that exist on Twitter can be used as an evaluation in watching movies and increasing film production. To figure it out, sentiment analysis can be used to classify into negative or positive sentiments. In Tweets contain many languages ​​used in the form of non-standard languages ​​such as slang, word-outs, and misspellings. Therefore it takes special handling on Twitter comments. In this research used non-standard word dictionary and Levenshtein Distance normalization to improve non-standard word to standard word by classification Naive Bayes. Based on the result of the test, the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure value are 98.33%, 96.77%, 100%, and 98.36%.

Abstract

Research in the field of communications technology today has grown rapidly. This is indicated by the use of the Internet as a medium of communication. The development of technology can cause harmful effects, such as cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is any form of violence committed in the virtual world that can cause health problems for victims, such as physical and psychological problems. Lack of concern about cyberbullying issues, and the unavailability of cyberbullying data to actuate preventive action is the problems to overcome cyberbullying issues. The study was conducted with the aim of seizing the attention of the government through the communications and informatics ministries on cyberbullying cases and can serve as a basis in mobilizing preventive actions, by providing data on cyberbullying and visualizing the information into a system dashboard. Stages in this study started from literature studies, information gathering, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In this research, there are several software development processes, which is done with waterfall development model. The developed system in this study is a web-based system that can display the percentage of cyberbullying in a location with data obtained from tweets on Twitter that have been classified using sentiment analysis. The developed system in this research integrates between the framework used, the Twitter API library as a data collector, and the library of sentiment analysis to classify the data. The testing strategy in this research is done by unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing, with the result all valid value for all test cases which means that the built system can run as intended and free from failure

Abstract

The technology is highly developed from various aspects without the crew one quadcopter. the majority still use a quadcopter applications Android-based. simple movements control can make to control the quadcopter. Emergence of innovation of Natural User Interfaces (NUI), language human-like voice, movement, or view to communicate with quadcopter technology. In the system research created a control harness innovation from NUI quadcopter from users. The user's hand be detected using leap motion. Leap motion is a device where optical and infrared sensors to detect a hand gesture. Leap motion and quadcopter programmed either using javascript. and speed, the resulting percentage accuracy of movement of 100%.the generated quadcopter to movement of the pitch, roll, yaw, gaz that is directly proportional to the value obtained from the user's movement, this indicates when the input from the user, then the greater the quadcopter will grow quickly and so vice versa. the system delay is the user moves the hand in accordance with quadcopter user instruction generates a delay of 0,26 seconds.

Abstract

According to the data from Indonesian Center for Rice Research, until today there is already 48 varieties of inpari, 19 varieties of hipa, 11 varieties of inpago, and 9 varieties if inpara that has been relased and there is a possibility that this ammount will increase each year. This amount does not include the high yielding varieties that are still cultivated to date such as ciherang, IR 64, Cibogo, IPB 3S, and others. The excessive ammount of varieties of rice crops along with their own criteria can cause problems, how do farmers choose the right varieties to maintain their crops maximally.There is a solution for this problem that is using a Decision Support System (DSS). In this research, the system is created by combining 2 DSS methods, that is Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Those methods was chosen because it is considered to produce a more accurate decisions and more objective than using one method alone. The AHP method will generate the weight of criteria that can also be used in the weighting process in the TOPSIS method. The Input from the system created is divided into 2. In the AHP using pairwise comparison table data from the criteria of superior varieties, the TOPSIS method uses data description of varieties that become the alternatives. The results of the system made shown as a ranking of alternatives from best to worst. System testing is done by matching the results of the system with the results of the experts, based on testing conducted, obtained the results of accuracy at 83.33%.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the major factors in which a contry can be said to be growing. Various ways undertook by the the Indonesian government to improve economic growth in indonesia, on of which is to suppress poverty in the territory of indonesia. Indonesia region that has a considerable povery level in East Java province, district of Situbondo regency Distric Mlandingan. Many ways are done by the government Situbondo to cope with poverty, especially by providing funds intended for the poor. However, the provison of funds is less appropriate target because there are still critizens who are categorized as capable, who are considered capable should not deserve help. For that need a decision suport system, to assist the Situbondo government to provide recommendations for candidates for help. By using AHP-TOPSIS method that will be applieds to an androids based application with 6 criterian that serve as a reference to get accuracy. Then by the TOPSIS method used to search from the preference for rank. In this research, a test is done to know the value of accuracy in TOPSIS method, and the result of accuracy with a value raching 80% by using TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Energy conservation is a very important thing as the growth of the times and technology. Making energy-efficient buildings needs to be done by optimizing the use of tools for cooling and heating the building without affecting the health and comfort of the user of the building. Energy-efficient buildings can be achieved by calculate heating (HL) and cooling (CL) loads. HL and CL are the heat flow rates to be taken or added from the building to maintain relative air temperature and humidity of the building under desired conditions. The prediction of HL and CL will be used in calculating the power loads of heater or air conditioner. Currently HL and CL calculations still have constraints such as very complex calculations, time consuming because many disciplines are involved and it use very varied parameters. It needs learning machine to predict HL and CL easily, and quickly. The author uses the algorithm Extreme Machine Learning (ELM) to predict HL and CL. In the test analysis using ELM algorithm performed using binary sigmoid activation function, 3 input, 1 hidden neurons, 2 output targets and 130 dataset, the best Mean Absolute Error Percentage (MAPE) is 24.73% and it takes 0.0176 seconds to complete the process.

Abstract

Water is an absolute necessity every day that has an important role. One of the utilization of seawater used for the industrial sector is PLTGU in PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali. This makes the electricity industry has treated the sea water into fresh water called desalination process. However, in the PLTGU process often experience problems in water treatment such as the occurrence of leaking pipe due to corrosion, the difference of water filling treatment, and the long-time desalination process resulted in unstable turbine performance. With some problems that arise, then needed a solution. In this study, researchers have proposed a water forecasting system using the method of extreme learning machine (ELM) with the optimization of Genetic Algorithm. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the input weight values obtained randomly on the ELM method. Meanwhile, to represent chromosomes using real code. At the reproduction stage using extended intermediate crossover method and random mutation method. The result of ELM test method and genetic algorithm resulted in average MAPE value of 0.428 with a parameter value of crossover rate (Cr) value 0.4 and mutation rate (Mr) equal to 0.6, popsize amount 200, number of generation 1000, and training data amount 80% of the entire dataset. From the results obtained MAPE, shows that the combined ELM method with genetic algorithm able to minimize the error value in forecasting compared with the ELM method.

Abstract

Sleman District is one of the largest areas affected by the eruption of Merapi Mountain. According to interviews with Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) of Sleman Regency, Merapi Mountain is predicted to erupt anytime in the near future. Some conditions that support it among others the activity of lava is still high, the lava is increasingly reaching the surface, the lava pipe used as a lava exit and hot steam has been enclosed by hardened lava. Currently, BPBD does not yet have any data related to areas affected by eruption in each year in the form of maps. This data can be used as data for disaster mitigation and predict the large of areas that may be affected in the event of another eruption. To obtain the data, supervised classification technique will be used by using Semi Automatic Classification Plug-In (SCP) from Quantum GIS application. This technique is used for mapping erupted areas in Sleman District by defining polygon training data. Then the results of the mapping will be displayed by using Web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS), so it can provide the mapped results properly and clearly for users. WebGIS architecture is divided into 3 layers, i.e. Client Layer, Service Layer, and Support Layer. Based on the mapped results, it was found that the eruption of 2010 was an eruption that had the greatest impact with the area of 3.309,55 ha and the percentage of 47.6%. While the accuracy test results obtained the accuracy is 92% and the precision is 86.2%, which means that the mapping results have high accuracy and precision.

Abstract

Augmented reality is one of the new trend in the way of playing game and pretty popular among video game fans nowadays. Augmented reality become pretty popular among video game mainly because the high level of interactivity and immersivity for the game that using augmented reality. One of the technique that can be used in playing video game is projection mapping technique. Because all of that, in this thesis' project, the 2D platformer game developed with projection mapping technique. This game designed with methods such as game's formal elements, which in turn digital prototype to be used as metod to develop the game's prototype. Based on the result of functionality testing using basis path testing, it can be shown that functionality of 2D platformer game are running well. Based on the gameplay testing can be concluded that 2D platformer game that has been developed with projection mapping technique is pretty interesting, interactive, and immersive.

Abstract

The needs of potato each year has increased, but not offset by increased production and land area for commodity crops of potatoes. To boost production in an increasingly limited land, aeroponics techniques into one solution for farmers who have no land availability. Aeroponics potato production techniques have yields more good than conventional techniques and with the land. PH is one of the elements that greatly affect the growth of aeroponic plant. The ideal pH range for an aeroponics system ranges between 5.5-6.5. Then the system control and monitoring is required in an aeroponics techniques. In this research for controlling and monitoring the State of a pH using wireless transmission. There are six nodes that is two nodes, one node sensor Coordinator, and three nodes of the actuators. From the test results obtained by the sensor data reading of pH value of 1% error within an error reading of 0.08 degree pH. Sensor data transmission using wireless data on delivery without hitch has the accuracy of data delivery of 99.98% with one node of the sensors and 96.13% with two sensor nodes. On delivery with the hitch has the level of accuracy of the data delivery of 99.93% with one sensor nodes and of 92.99% with two sensor nodes
