Abstract

Land use and land cover is important in understanding the human activities with the environment. Trenggalek regency agricultural potential is a potential that support the economy. Development in the trade industry sector is also increasing the lead to endangerment of the availability of agricultural land if it is not managed properly. Endangerment of food resistance, loss of livelihood of farmers and the loss of agricultural infrastructure is an example of the impact of conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural. The need for geographic information and updates are very important in land management and field operations. In this study constructed a mobile GIS application for the analysis land cover and land use in Trenggalek regency. This application is built using hybrid technology with HTML5, CSS and javascript. In this research will help to provide information about land use and land area of ​​the period 2014, 2015 and 2016 and also information of farmland protected area regulations or Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B). This study uses a semi-automatic classification plugin (SCP) is a Quantum GIS plug-in to process and classify satellite image data. Satellite imagery used include sentinel-2 2016, Landsat-8 in 2015 and 2014. Spatial data that are already classified will be exported and displayed on mobile devices android and ready to used as a reference in the field operations. With the information directly from mobile device expected governmental Trengggalek easier to manage land for future development and Trenggalek people also more selective in choosing and using the land.

Abstract

Swadaya Graha (Semen Indonesia Group) is a company engaged in the manufacture and construction services. Based on the observation results of the company project report document can be concluded that the manajer proyek at PT. Swadaya Graha has the task to manage the project (project management). There are problems that occur in the current project management process, including the need for tools to facilitate the process of planning activities and project costs, tools to control the discrepancy between the plan and the realization of the project, tools that can reduce the number of report documents that must be filled, and can provide Project data in real-time. This study aims to develop a project management application system that can assist planning, project monitoring, real-time reporting data, and as an information tool for stakeholders. Built using a software development model called waterfall, the programming method used is object-oriented programming and embraces the concept of view controller model, besides the main method used in the project activity planning is the critical path method, aims to assist the process of project preparation and project scheduling . The results of the research indicate that at the testing stage there are 3 unit tests which resulted in conclusion that the functions are easy to understand, implemented and tested, 68 validation tests showing 68 functions to work properly, and compatibility tests showing the system can be used well on 8 type of web browser.

Abstract

Kampung Batik Jetis is one of the tourist village located in Sidoarjo regency. However, tourists who visit the Sidoarjo regency is less knowing of the existence of the village. Therefore, there are emerging needs of the village of batik, which currently do not have a profile web-based information portal with the purpose of showing all information for the public. Website development is done by using Rational Unified Process method. This method allows to systematically control the changes that occur in the software during the development process. Website development use object-oriented analysis and design approach where each requirement is grouped in several objects. Diagrams used include use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The test was performed using black box testing method and white box testing method. The solution for the lack of media introduction Kampung Batik Jetis one of which is the development of a website profile. Black box testing results using the use case testing techniques of 18 features tested entirely valid. While testing with white box testing method with basis path testing techniques resulting in three valid test results. The expected results with the website profile, residents, especially craftsmen Kampung Batik Jetis can promote the village to the maximum.

Abstract

One of the psychiatric diseases that affects many Indonesians is schizophrenia. Schizophrenia causes a person to sustain delusions, hallucinations, chaotic thoughts, and behavioral changes. According to Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) in 2013, prevalence of schizophrenia is 1.7% per 1000 people or about 400,000 people. For very wide territory of Indonesia with total population around 237 million, the number of psychologists or psychiatrists about 616 people is still very small. With this limitation, a system that can be used to assist paramedics in diagnosing and classifying psychiatric illnesses of schizophrenia. In this study applied fuzzy K-nearest neighbor algorithm to diagnose and classify psychiatric illness of schizophrenia. Types of schizophrenia used in this study are paranoid schizophrenia, hebephrenic schizophrenia, catatonic schizophrenia, undifferentiated schizophrenia, and simple schizophrenia. The classification process consists of three processes are the fuzzy initialization process, the K-nearest neighbor algorithm process, and the fuzzy K-nearest neighbor algorithm process. The testing consists of the effect of K value and the effect of K-Fold. Based on the test results on the K value, obtained the highest accuracy of 38.33% at K=5. The effect of K-Fold test results obtained the highest average accuracy of 34.17% at K-Fold= 10.

Abstract

Technology is now growing rapidly. One of them is Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) which is a network connected to devices such as sink node, router and sensor node. However, the development is a problem if the node sensor in the Wireless Sensor Network to configure it manually. Each node in Wireless Sensor Network have the same frequency when communicating and local time is different, allowing node to send data at the same time that resulted in a collision data so that data is not received and can not be propagated on other nodes. To solve this problem, then applied the method Treecast and Reference Broadcast Synchronization (RBS) will be integrated. Treecast gives the address to the sensor node in a dynamic and keep the communication in order to remain able to do even if there are failures. While Reference Broadcast Synchronization is able to provide time equalization on each node. With a node beacon as the sender of the reference, beacon to give the order to synchronise. Next the nodes receiver synchronizes and share time with other receivers to get time difference and is used as time synchronization reference. This makes the node is able to provide guarantee in terms of sending and receiving data and no collision. The research results obtained are capable of dynamic addressing Treecast implemented in practice and is able to provide an address and a time to get the address of each sensor nodes in a sensor network network.Then for time synchronization using Reference Broadcast Synchronization node receiver uses 4 and 5 reference package that can achieve accuracy time synchronization to the unit millisecond time.

Abstract

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a dynamic architecture, manageable, cost-efficient, and easy to adapt. One example of a program that can be implemented on SDN is routing. One of the routing algorithm is Dijkstra's algorithm. A routing protocol using Dijkstra's algorithm is an Open Shortest Path First (OSPF). In OSPF, the cost of each link will be configured by network administrator. The administrator can choose to set all costs to 1 (Static Cost Dijkstra). The link with the the smallest hop count will be chosen without considering the presence of network traffic and delay. By using the paradigm of SDN, artificial intelligence can be implemented on a network. For that the authors have implemented a system of determining the weight of links using fuzzy logic for routing with the parameters used are traffic and delay. The results of the simulation of the system is that the system has been able to determine the cost of links for routing based on traffic and delay. Based on the results of testing the throughput, these systems have greater throughput significantly superior compared to the Static Cost Dijkstra algorithm. Then based on testing packet loss, the packet loss of this system has ranged between 0-5%, compared with Static Cost Dijkstra algorithm that has increased packet loss significant when the number of clients more than 39. But on this system have the convergence time worse then the Static Cost Dijkstra algorithm.

Abstract

Lecturers are teacher for students, besides teaching, lecturers also have many other activities by utilizing the expertise they have to develop the potential of the lecturer. Some of the characters that each lecturer are so different, such as education, research, dedication, administration, and support. The difficulties faced by the campus, one of them is related to the grouping of assignments to lecturers. The assignment is related to further studies, recommendations, structural related positions, filling an event, commission, etc.So that required a system that can classify the academic performance of lecturers optimally. In this study to classify the academic performance of lecturers using K-Means method is optimized with genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm acts to optimize the cluster's initial center on K-Means.Data algorithm used in this research is the data of lecturers in UB's Computer Science faculty in 2016. The data obtained from GJM faculty of computer science of Universitas Brawijaya. The result of clustering test of academic performance of lecturer using GA-Kmeans algorithm has higher cluster quality that is 2,74% compared to K-Means algorithm without genetic algorithm, where the cluster quality obtained using Silhouette Coefficient method.

Abstract

Named Entity Recognition (NER) is useful to help identify and detect entities of a word. The biomedical field has many literature so NER is highly demanded in this domain. Since biomedical has a large scale, research will only focus on biology cell documents. This research will use rule based and Naive Bayes Classifier for NER in biology cell documents. With 19 training documents which processed and annotated manually to search for Named Entity (NE) and obtain 1135 word training data. Test documents are denoted and tagged by tagger site then search for bigram and trigram. Furthermore, rule-based process, if in the rule based not found solution, it will continue on feature extraction process and NBC. Using 16 NE classes, 18 rules, and 7 features were tested with three scenarios: rule based testing, NBC, and a combination of both. The highest average precision, recall and f-measure with micro average on rule based is 0.85. With macro average the highest recall and f-measure obtained combination is 0.66 and 0.45, while the highest precision obtained rule based is 0.39.

Abstract

According to a survey of 82 respondents, only 12 respondents prefer to use VLIVE, while the rest choose to stream using Youtube. This study will provide user experience comparison analysis on VLIVE and Youtube websites subjectively and objectively. The objective analysis will be tested using scenario based on parameters: task completed, error during task performance, time per completed task and number of clicks during task completion. The subjective analysis was conducted by interviews of respondents based on user experience honeycomb factor. There are two groups of respondents: VLIVE groups and Youtube groups, each have 3 respondents. As a result of the objective analysis, this studies reported that Youtube is more effective and easy to use compared with VLIVE based on the parameters of task completed. Based on the parameters of error during task performance, VLIVE can be regarded as a website that is more effective and easier to use. While VLIVE more efficient based on parameters of time per completed task and parameter number of clicks during task completion. The result of subjective analysis of user experience factors is: useful: both websites have different content categorization, usable: both websites are easy to use, desirable: the content of VLIVE is more exclusive, findable: The features is contained in the VLIVE and Youtube websites only different on the provided feature name, accesable: required internet connection to access, and credible: VLIVE can login using social media account, while Youtube uses email. This study also conducted each of the characteristics both the advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

Nowdays, technology is already evolve and help human in terms of obatining information. One of the technology that being concern is Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). WSN is a wireless sensor network consisting of multiple nodes connected in one network. WSN technology has several delivery protocols one of which is Flooding Routing. Flooding is sending data by flooding the network with data to be sent.The problems that occur from Flooding is the occurrence a lot of data redundancy that will meet the network.Another problem facing the collision of data at the time of delivery due to local time difference. Therefore there will be data collisions that render the data unacceptable. In this research the author will solve the problems that occur in data transmission in WSN and Flooding by integrating the synchronization reference time synchronization instruction protocol and data flooding transmission. This system will schedule the sending of data to be sent. To support the scheduling the local time of each node must be the same. Therefore, the reference broadcast synchronization protocol is chosen as time synchronization between nodes. Furthermore, scheduling the delivery using Time Division Multiple Access method.Time synchronization and data transmission scheduling will be applied for the delivery of flooding data. Based on the result, each node on the WSN network is able to synchronize its timing according to the RBS method. Furthermore, the scheduling with TDMA method is also capable of being applied. So, between nodes can send data in accordance with the schedule that has been given. The system also capable of implementing the flooding protocol well. Node beacons are also able to overcome the problem of data redundancy that occurs by providing a header on every packet sent. The average packet delivery delay using flood is 1869.2 micro seconds.
