Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job placement variables on employee job performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 50 respondents according to the population in the research object. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The research results prove that the independent variable in this study is the Job Placement variable (X) which has a positive and significant effect on the Job Performance variable (Y). Keywords: job placement, work performance

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to disclose the results of research aimed at finding out whether there is a significant difference in the financial performance of the company before and after the IPO (Initial Public Offering) of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population of this research is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the following criteria: 1) non-financial companies that conducted Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2018, 2) Availability of financial reports for the two financial years prior to (2015-2016) and two financial years after (2018-2019) conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or financial reports for 2015-2019. The analytical technique method used in this research is a quantitative method through the Non-Parametric Test (Wilcoxon Sign Test).The results showed that there was a significant difference in Current Ratio (CR) between before and after conducting an IPO. There is a significant difference in Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) between before and after conducting an IPO. There is a significant difference in Debt Ratio (DR) between before and after conducting an IPO. Abstract

The purpose of this research; 1) to identify and analyze cash flow and working capital turnover variables which have a partial effect on liquidity; 2) to identify and analyze working capital turnover variables which have partial effect on liquidity; 3) to identify and analyze cash flow and working capital turnover variables that simultaneously influence the liquidity of the Company. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling method with certain criteria (researchers). Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be seen that 1) cash flow and working capital turnover have a partial effect on liquidity in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2017, 2) Cash flow and working capital turnover simultaneously affect liquidity in the Company 3 ) Cash flow has a dominant effect on liquidity at Telecommunication Companies.Keywords: cash flow, working capital turnover and liquidity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance as seen from the Liquidity and Solvency Ratios in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017 - 2019 period. from 2017 to 2019. The sample in this study was selected based on the purposive sampling technique of collecting samples by considering certain criteria that have been made for objects that are in accordance with the research objectives. The samples in this study were 5 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019.The results show that the overall average current ratio from 2017 to 2019 with a value of 3.99 is said to be liquid. Overall, the average quick ratio from 2017 to 2019 with a value of 3.04 is said to be liquid. Overall, the average debt to assets ratio from 2017 to 2019 which has the same value of 0.50 is said to be Solvabel. Solvabel said that the average debt to equity ratio from 2017 to 2019 was 1.12 because short-term debt is greater than long-term debt.Keyword. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether leadership and occupational health safety (K3) have a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang, and also to determine which variables have dominant influence on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra. Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the method applied, it can be seen that the leadership factor has a partially significant effect on employee performance while the occupational health safety (K3) factor does not have a partial significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the leadership and occupational health safety (K3) factors simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the leadership factor has a more dominant effect on employee performance because it has a partially and simultaneously significant effect than the occupational health safety (K3) factor which only has a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, occupational health safety (K3), employee performance.

Abstract

This study is to find the effect of capital structure, liquidity and free cash flow to firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. Sample 12 companies taken by nonprobability sampling (purposive sampling) of 12 automotive companies and components listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The method of data analysis used in this research is explanatory, research with multiple regression approach with the help of SPSS 23. The result of research indicates that capital structure, liquidity, free cash flow of profitability as a moderation variable have no positive and significant influence to firm value and free cash flow have influence positive and significant to value firm.Keywords: capital structure, profitability, liquidity, free cash flow and firm value

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of incentives and motivations of work partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of madiun city election commission. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research population is all employees of the Madiun City Electoral Commission (KPU) of 46 people. The sampling techniques in this study used census methods or with saturated sampling techniques. Research instruments are questionnaires that have tested their validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: (1) Incentives partially affect the performance of employees of madiun city election commission. (2) Work motivation partially affects the performance of employees of madiun city election commission.  (3) Incentives and motivation of work simultaneously affect the performance of employees of madiun city election commission. Keywords: incentives, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the ability of human resources, infrastructure and work environment partially and simultaneously affects the performance of employees of PT. Duta Kharisma Sentosa. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research is explanotary research. The population in this study amounted to 65 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sample with a sample size of 65 respondents. From the research results, it can be concluded that the coefficient value of the human resource variable is positive and significant (the X1 coefficient is 0.441). shows the value of the coefficient of the infrastructure variable that is positive and significant (the X2 coefficient is 0.377). Keywords: Human Resource Capability, Infrastructure, Work Environment and Performance.

Abstract

Ethics is a norm or a rule to regulate everything to make perfectness in a system, or a norm (a rule) is used as a guidance in applying or conducting of employees or someone (everyone) correlated with good or bad manners. This ethics is commonly used in a business or profession. The Implementation of this ethics which is named ‘ethic code’ has some goals, those are : stimulate moral awareness with its limitations for employers or entrepreneur to execute their businesses to get along with their visions and missions ; also improved and to make a good climate in their operations. To reach subtely professional business of course, it outlook must be broaden, not only realistic practice but must be idealistic one. Business is not only how to create profits, but how to server customers, because profits are only symbols of society trusts. It means, because the society or community feel their requirements well provided by the company, so they will like or prefer its product (service) well, beside that they are satisfied by them. To make the business subtlety and develop, the managers or employers should be getting along with ethics applied by some developed countries. They adapt and adopt some good total quality management by using 5 steps or concepts, are : (1) Continously Improvement (2) Empowering of Employee (3) Benchmarking (4) Just-in Time (5) Knowledge of tools. Keywords : Business and Profession Ethics, Continously Improvement, Subtlely
