Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) is to determine the effect of partial communication on the performance of the Bantur Subdistrict Office, Malang Regency, (2) to determine the partial effect of the work environment on the performance of the Bantur Subdistrict office, Malang Regency, (3) To determine the communication and work environment in a partial way. Simultaneous significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Bantur District Office, Malang Regency.The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique is census or saturated sample with 30 respondents. The data in this study used a questionnaire measuring instrument using a Likert scale. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classification assumption, multiple linear regression, T test and F test. Based on the test results, the t-count value of 4.417 is greater than t-table 2.052 which shows a significant effect as well as the F-test results which show that the calculated F is 27,382 and the F table is 3.35 showing significant results.Keywords: Communication, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Information and communication technology indeed continues to bring a change and a significant impact in our daily lives. Of course, the community and business people continue to adapt on a large scale to all lines, in this case, especially the business sector. This change in doing business has finally shifted buying and selling trends between businesspeople to consumers or vice versa. Based on this phenomenon, the application of the concept of e-business is considered to provide many benefits in business activities. Interestingly, this e-business has become a driving force for the current digital transformation process. Of course, all the rapid changes that occur are related to the existence of e-business which is currently widely used. So it is not surprising that nowadays, people are competing to innovate to prioritize further all things that support the existence of this e-business.Some perceived benefits are a lot, especially for a company. This article describes some of the direct benefits of business people and consumers that can be described through a website for a start-up company that sells furniture. With digital technology and e-business, this company has increased profits and introduced new experiences in buying furniture. In the past, buying furniture was considered a waste of time and shipping costs, now this problem has been successfully answered by this company.Keywords: e-business, benefit, company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of the quality of human resources and employee performance on consumer satisfaction at Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center Malang. The population in this study were consumers who bought hearing aids at Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center Malang during the 2020 period, amounting to 208 people. Samples taken from the population (208 people) in this study were 137 people using the Slovin formula calculation and a margin of error of 5%. The data collection method used is through the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study prove the quality of human resources and employee performance partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction Kasoem Hearing and Speech Center Malang. The results of this study mean that consumer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of human resources and employee performance. Keywords: quality of human resources, employee performance, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets Ratio (ROA), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on the Dividend Policy (DPR) of property sector companies, which listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019. This research is an associative causal research and the type of data used is quantitative data obtained from audited company financial statements in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the research period. The population of this research are all property sector companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The total population of the company is 70 companies. Based on certain criteria the number of companies that meet the sample criteria are 12 companies. The technique used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the study simultaneously show the simultaneous effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets Ratio (ROA), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on the Dividend Policy (DPR) of property sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019. The results of the partial test show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and insignificant effect, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, while the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) has no effect on dividend policy (DPR) in property sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019 Keywords: Current Ratio, Return on Assets Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) Factors on Student and Alumni Satisfaction Levels by using Student Advisors and Soft Skill Training as Intervening Variables at Lp3i Sidoarjo. The total population of students is 278 people and the total population of alumni for the 2-year professional program is 215 people. The sample used for this study was 160 students and 136 alumni and the results were processed using a simple linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS 21.0 for windows.The results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000 <0.050 and has a t value (F-count) of 39.885 which is greater than t (F-table) of 2.305. This means that there is a significant joint influence between the Quality of Educational Institutions (X1), Focus on Students (X2), Human Resource Management (X3), Leadership (X4), Continuous Improvement (X5) on Student and Alumni Satisfaction (Y ) So that the hypothesis stating that it is suspected that the factors of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the form of the dimensions of the quality of educational institutions, focus on students, human resource management, leadership and continuous improvement affect the level of satisfaction of students and alumni at the Institute of Education and Professional Development. Indonesia (LP3I) Sidoarjo proved correct.Further results show that the influence (linear relationship) between Student Advisor and Soft Skill Training (Z) on Student Satisfaction and Alumni (Y) shows the magnitude of the influence of Student Advisor and Soft Skill Training (Z) variables on Student and Alumni Satisfaction (Y) of 0.722 or 72.2% or considered significant. This is reflected in the significant figure of the variable (Z) to the variable (Y) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. So that the hypothesis which states that the Total Quality Management (TQM) factors that influence student satisfaction, and (influenced) intervention by the variable role of student advisor and soft skill training at the Indonesian Institute of Education and Professional Development (LP3i) Sidoarjo, are proven to be true. Keywords: total quality management, student advisor, soft skill training, student and alumni satisfaction

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover have an effect on Return On Assets in the infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive research approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, the data collection technique used is non-participant observation technique. And in this study, the sampling method used is the Purposive Sampling Method. From 57 companies, a sample of 27 companies was taken. The results of this study indicate that partially, the Current Ratio variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover variables have a significant effect on Return On Assets. And simultaneously, the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Return On Assets in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return On Assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation and how big the role of leadership style on employee work motivation, as well as what leadership style is suitable to be applied to PT. Greetings Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) Surabaya. The results of SPSS processing for correlation, it is known that the relationship between leadership style (X) and employee performance (Y) is 0.265, this means that the two variables have a positive relationship.The results showed the results of R = 0.265 and R Square = 0.070, this means that the relationship of leadership style (variable X) affects employee performance (variable Y) by 7% (0.070 x 100%), so it can be said that the performance of employees of PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines which is influenced by the democratic leadership style factor by the company is 7%, while the remaining 93% is influenced by other factors not examined in this thesis research. the t-count value of 5.446 obtained with a significant level of 0.000 0.05 (α which is used in the calculation), it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the survey indicators distributed, the Democratic Leadership Style is suitable to be applied to employees of PT. SPIL Surabaya.Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies in the Indonesian Capital Market for the 2016-2020 period. Working capital turnover is calculated using the Working Capital Turnover ratio, liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, solvency is measured using the Debt to Assets Ratio and Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. This type of research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method.The results of the analysis show that working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency have a significant effect on company profitability. This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis which shows the value of r2 = 0.831, which means that there is an influence between working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability. Partially, each independent variable has a significant effect on profitability.Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, Solvency, Return on Assets

Abstract

This study analyzes several variables that affect consumer satisfaction at the Gambir Tiga Putri Kediri Cracker Company. Some of these variables are consumer confidence and customer satisfaction. By analyzing a sample of 86 consumers who bought Gambir Crackers from the Tiga Putri Kediri company and analyzed using multiple linear regression, the results showed that consumer trust had a significant effect on consumer loyalty by 0.257, and consumer satisfaction influenced consumer loyalty by 0.525. The results of the analysis also show a coefficient of determination of 0.833 which means that consumer confidence and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resources and Equipment Facilities on the quality of services provided to general outpatients at the Sukorejo Community Health Center either partially or simultaneously, and which factors have a more dominant influence. data collection method using questionnaires and data processing using multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that the factors of Human Resources and Equipment Facilities had a partial effect on the quality of service. This can be seen from the results of the t-test where both tcount is greater than ttable, namely 6.013 and 15,470 (ttable = 1.6607). Simultaneously these two variables are also proven to have an effect on service quality according to the results of the F test which shows that Fcount > Ftable (205.340 > 3.0902). While the factors that have a dominant influence are Facilities and Equipment with a regression coefficient greater (0.746) than the Human Resources factor (0.290). This shows that to improve the quality of service, attention to the repair and improvement of facilities and equipment is very important.Keywords: Human Resources, Equipment Facilities, Quality of Service
