Abstract

This research is to find out the influence of website and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for products sold at www.MatahariMall.com. Types of causal research. MatahariMall.com consumer population, the sample used by 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique sampling. The technique of multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show that the website has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, reflected in the complete information displayed. Brand awareness seen from brand recognition has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this shows that the website and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for products sold at MatahariMall.com, seen from consumers deciding to buy after going through the process of selecting product brands offered at www.MatahariMall.com.Keywords : Webiste,Brand Awareness, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Benefits of Financial Ratios in Predicting Profit Changes listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The design of this study is ex post facto. The population in this study is manufacturing companies. This study limits the manufacturing industry which is one sector that continues to experience growth from year to year. This industry has an important role in people's lives and is an industry that moves for the livelihoods of many people so that the potential for the community's economy, because at this time public consumption is a driving force in the Indonesian economy. Growth in the manufacturing sector is not as bad as companies from other sectors directly affected by the world crisis.The target population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and reported in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory from 2010 to 2013, with a random sampling technique, a sample of 31 companies was obtained. Data analysis tools used in this study are the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination.Based on the results of research and discussion, the following conclusions can be made that there is a significant effect between changes in Leverage Ratio, Operating Profit Margin, and Price Earning Ratio to Changes in earnings, there is no influence between changes in Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover on Changes in earnings and the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.238, this means that changes in earnings changes (Y) are influenced by changes in Current ratio (X1), Leverage Ratio (X2), Inventory Turnover (X3), Operating Profit Margin (X4), and Price Earning Ratio (X4) PER) of 23.8% while the remaining 76.2% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Leverage Ratio (LR), Inventory Turnover (IT), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Change in Profit

Abstract

Micro small medium enterprises (MSME) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, and even the world. The purposed of this study was to test empirically the effect of strategic decisionon  performances MSME sector food and beverage industry in Bandung Raya. The research used explanatory research to clarify the relationship between the study variables and test hypotheses. The sampling technique used is random sampling propotionate area. The sample used in the study amounted to 152 owners of MSME. Abstract

Financial Report is anoverview of the company's financial condition at any given moment. The instrument usedfor the analysis of financial condition as follows: Balance Sheet and Income Statement.The aim is to assess the financial performance of Generali Indonesia life insurance. From the analysis of the ratioof annual financial report  Generali Indonesia life insurance illustrate that any analysis of 2012-2017 the ratio is still below theindustry standard ratio. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability ratio represented by Return On Asset (ROA), Solvency ratio represented by Long Term Debt to Equity ratio, Liquidity ratio represented by Current ratio Activity ratio represented by Total Asset Turn Over, and Indonesian Interest Rates, which of variables those variables that have an influence on stock prices on Oil and Gas Companies Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2014.The type of research used in this study is quantitative research that is associative causal. The population in this study as Oil and Gas companies Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2014. used as a sample of 7 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data with panel data type which sourced from official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis with statistical model test using partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination. The results simultaneous test (F test) show that the variable Return On Asset (ROA), Long Term Debt to Equity ratio, Current ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, and Indonesian Interest Rates are influential positively and significantly tostock prices. Result of  partial test (t test) show Return on Asset are influential positively and significantly to stock prices. While Long Term Debt to Equity ratio, Current ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, and Indonesian Interest Rates does not have a positive and significant effectto stock prices at Oil and Gas companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Stock Price, Return On Asset, Long Term Debt to equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Indonesian Interest Rates

Abstract

The role of humans in a company is very important, because humans are the main driver of the smooth running of the production process. Established company is to achieve the goal of obtaining optimal profit, for that the company will try as much as possible so that the goal is achieved as expected. One of the companies carried out in connection with achieving its goal is to improve employee work performance with the hope that the product achieved is increased and can master a wide market. The purpose of this study is to find out the leadership style and motivation partially influence the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and find out the leadership style and motivation have a simultaneous influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk employees.The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the poor branch. The number of samples used in this study were 54 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Method of data collection used through questionnaires, data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of the study prove the leadership style and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri ( Persero) Tbk employees. This means that the success of an organization is influenced by employee performance. The results of the study also prove that : the leadership style variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Malang Branch, and the motivation variable significantly influences the performance of PT. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Company Size on Capital Structure . The method used in this research is associative research method with quantitative approach. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the existing criteria, there were 9 companies that became the research sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of analysis show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure.  Company size does not have a significant effect on Capital StructureKeywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Size.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the Effect of Compensation and Training on Employee Performance. This research was conducted using a survey method for employees at the UB's Faculty of Agriculture Malang with a total sample of 56 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation and training simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and Training partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the compensation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship and creative economy on the thinking patterns of the younger generation in entrepreneurship. The data of this study include: the results of observations, the response of creative economic actors and the response of young people to entrepreneurship. The resource person is determined by using considerations, the selection in accordance with the scope of the study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the data obtained are then analyzed descriptively.The results showed that there was a link between entrepreneurship and creative economy on the mindset of the younger generation in entrepreneurship. Most of the responses show that entrepreneurship is not a hard choice at present, because with new ideas and innovations and with mature strategies, entrepreneurship is the path to success. However, there are still opinions that state that although there have been examples of success through entrepreneurship, the choice to become an employee still guarantees more survival.The results showed that entrepreneurship with a creative economy that can be done more by young people has an impact on the mindset of the younger generation on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is not a difficult road to success and is no less compared to being a permanent employee.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Creative Economy, Young Generation

Abstract

There are many aspects and factors that can affect employee performance in a company. This study will observe about the influences of organizational culture and work motivation to the employee performance, the influence of organizational culture and work motivation to job satisfaction on and the influences of job satisfaction can affect to employee’s performance at PT. Asuransi Binagriya Upakara. This study uses literature and empirical methods with a survey approach (questionnaire) by taking a sample of 120 respondents, and statistical analysis of structural Equation Model (SEM). The research shows that there is a positive and significant influence of organization culture to employee performance (57%), there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation to employee performance (47%), there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction (49%), there is a positive influence of work motivation to job satisfaction (51%). Likewise, from indirect relations, there is an indirect positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction (87%), and indirect positive effects of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction (72%).Based on the study above to improve employee’s performance from organizational culture aspect, it is recommended through developing innovation culture, from motivational aspect it is recommend through improvement of behavior and work ethic, as well as an active role of the leaders in motivating and evaluating company’s standard procedure such as work system, procedure, and HR Provision. Form the aspect of job satisfaction it is recommended to create an encouraging working climate, evaluating and analyzing the need of work facilities and infrastructures, as well as analyzing and evaluating compensation and benefit for employees, so that will help to increase employee’s performance.Keywords:Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employees Performance
