Abstract

Integrative-inclusive moral education can be interpreted as a formulation of a broad and holistic moral education process. Moral education materials can work together with all subjects, school culture, extracurricular activities, and even with the community. It is said that the integrative scientific structure does not mean that the various sciences are merged into an identical form of science, but rather the character, style, and nature of the science are integrated in the unity of the spiritual material dimensions, revelation, secularl-religion, physical-spiritual, and the world hereafter. Integration requires the existence of a relationship or unification or synchronization or greet each other or alignment between each existing scientific fields. Each scientific field cannot stand alone, without greeting each other with other scientific fields. While inclusive education, is a matter relating to many aspects of human life based on the principles of equality, justice, and individual rights. So integrative-inclusive education means that an educational process must cover a broad and comprehensive scope. Integrative-inclusive moral education has a holistic scope. Keywords: Moral education, integrative-inclusive Abstrak Pendidikan akhlak integratif-inklusif dapat dimaknai sebagai suatu rumusan proses pendidikan akhlak yang dilakukan secara luas dan holistik. Materi pendidikan akhlak dapat bersinergi dengan seluruh mata pelajaran, budaya sekolah, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta dengan komunitas. Dikatakan struktur keilmuan integratif bukan berarti antara berbagai ilmu tersebut dilebur menjadi satu bentuk ilmu yang identik, melainkan karakter, corak, dan hakikat antara ilmu tersebut terpadu dalam kesatuan dimensi material spiritual, akal-wahyu, ilmu umum-ilmu agama, jasmani-rohani, dan dunia akhirat. Integrasi menghendaki adanya hubungan atau penyatuan atau sinkronisasi atau saling menyapa atau kesejajaran antar tiap bidang keilmuan yang ada. Setiap bidang keilmuan tidak dapat berdiri sendiri, tanpa saling menyapa dengan bidang keilmuan yang lain. Sedangkan pendidikan inklusif, merupakan suatu hal yang berkaitan dengan banyak aspek hidup manusia yang didasarkan atas prinsip persamaan, keadilan, dan hak individu. Maka pendidikan integratif-inklusif memiliki makna bahwa suatu proses pendidikan harus mencakup ruang lingkup yang luas dan menyeluruh. Pendidikan akhlak secara integratif-inklusif memiliki cakupan yang menyeluruh dan holistik. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan akhlak, integratif-inklusif

Abstract

As a management concept in the field of education management, School Based Management (SBM) was born in the midst of an era of freedom that has emerged since 2004. Through a central government policy that gives flexibility to each education unit in the region to manage their respective institutions. The aims of this article is to analyze: 1) Philosophical foundation of School Based Management (MBS) implementation at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, 2) The role of school headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education at Muhammadiyah 4 SMP Malang. Therefore, this research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. By using observations, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques, this study concludes namely: 1) The philosophical foundation of policy implementation in SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang refers to the vision and mission announced by the school, 2) The headmaster of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang has carried out a managerial process well. Melalui kebijakan pemerintah pusat yang memberi keleluasaan pada tiap satuan pendidikan di daerah untuk mengelola lembaganya masing-masing. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk menganalisis: 1) Landasan filosofis implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, 2) Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang. Oleh karenanya, riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, penelitian ini berkesimpulan antara lain: 1) Landasan filosofis implementasi kebijakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang mengacu pada visi misi yang dicanangkan oleh sekolah, 2) Kepala SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Malang telah melakukan proses manajerial dengan baik. Namun, pada tahapan evaluation terdapat beberapa aktivitas yang belum dilakukan proses evaluasi dengan baik, sehingga tidak mampu menemukan letak kekurangan dalam proses kegiatan yang dilakukan. Abstract

Education in Indonesia is faced with the problem of low morals, in particular among teenagers, such as brawls between students, promiscuity, drugs, and a lack of respect for teachers. In the field of education, the cultivation of students’ character needs to receive great attention. Strengthening character education in the present context is very relevant to overcome the moral crisis that is happening in this country. This condition of moral decadence indicates that the inculcation of religious teachings and character values obtained in school has not been entirely successful because they have not shown significant results on changes in student behavior in their lives. Character education in Islam is in principle based on two main sources of Islamic teachings, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. Thus the parameter of good and bad in a person's character has a certain standard according to the Qur'an and Hadith. As the basis of Islamic education, the Qur'an and Al-Hadith are references to seek, create, and develop paradigms, concepts, principles, theories, and techniques of Islamic education, even in every educational effort. Because it is sourced from the two main teachings of Islam, Islamic education is called the foundation for character education. Keywords: Islamic education, character education Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia dihadapkan pada masalah rendahnya akhlak terutama di kalangan remaja, misalnya adanya tawuran antar pelajar, pergaulan bebas, narkoba, serta kurangnya sikap hormat kepada guru. Dalam bidang pendidikan, penanaman karakter terhadap peserta didik perlu mendapat perhatian besar. Penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam konteks kekinian sangat relevan untuk menanggulangi krisis moral yang sedang melanda di negara ini. Kondisi dekadensi moral ini menandakan bahwa penanaman nilai agama dan nilai karakter yang didapatkan di bangku sekolah belum sepenuhnya berhasil karena belum menampakkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap perubahan perilaku peserta didik dalam kehidupannya. Pendidikan karakter dalam Islam pada prinsipnya didasarkan pada dua sumber pokok ajaran Islam, yaitu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Dengan demikian, parameter baik dan buruk dalam karakter seseorang memiliki standar tertentu menurut Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Sebagai dasar pendidikan Islam, Al-Qur’an dan Hadis dalah rujukan untuk mencari, membuat, dan mengembangkan paradigma, konsep, prinsip, teori, dan teknik pendidikan Islam, termasuk juga dalam setiap upaya pendidikan. Karena bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadis yang merupakan pokok ajaran Islam, maka pendidikan Islam disebut sebagai fondasi bagi pendidikan karakter. Kata kunci: pendidikan Islam, pendidikan karakter

Abstract

Covid-19 is a contagious disease that has the potential to cause a public health emergency. Therefore, preventive measures against these types of infectious diseases are mandatory as soon as possible. Indonesia as a nation of law, the prevention of infectious diseases is mandatory to be formed in a rule or regulation. The urgency of forming rules related to the prevention of Covid-19 is obliged to be formed in government regulation and regulation of the Minister of Health because both regulations are the implementation rules of Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning Health. Based on the author's analysis, there are 5 government regulations that must be established in order to perform countermeasures and prevention of infectious disease threats such as Covid-19 and there are 11 mandatory ministerial health regulations that are required to be established In anticipation of the Covid19 threat. Both types of regulations are very useful in anticipating health emergency that ultimately leads to the health of Indonesian people. It is expected that both of rules can be made immediately in order to give legal certainty in preventing the spread of Covid-19 widely. Keyword: Forming Rules, Management, Covid-19 Abstrak Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang berpotensi menimbulkan kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, tindakan pencegahan terhadap jenis penyakit menular tersebut wajib dilakukan secepat mungkin. Indonesia sebagai negara hukum, maka pencegahan terhadap jenis penyakit menular tersebut wajib dibentuk dalam sebuah aturan atau regulasi. Urgensi pembentukan aturan terkait dengan pencegahan Covid-19 ini wajib dibentuk dalam Peraturan Pemerintah dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan karena kedua peraturan tersebut merupakan peraturan pelaksanaan daripada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan. Berdasarkan analisis penulis, ada 5 Peraturan Pemerintah yang wajib dibentuk dalam rangka melakukan tindakan penanggulangan dan pencegahan ancaman penyakit yang mudah menular seperti Covid-19 dan ada 11 Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan terkait yang wajib dibentuk dalam rangka mengantisipasi ancaman Covid-19. Kedua jenis peraturan tersebut sangat berguna dalam hal mengantisipasi kedaruratan kesehatan yang pada akhirnya menjurus pada kekarantinaan kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia. Kiranya kedua jenis peraturan ini segera dibuat dalam rangka memberi kepastian hukum dalam mencegah menularnya Covid-19 secara meluas. Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Aturan, Penanggulangan, Covid-19

Abstract

Pesantren has contributed to a system of values of local wisdom that has become a tradition and is believed to be a core value and belief. However, not a few pesantren traditions are underestimated, valued by the Orientalists as old-fashioned, traditional, sincretic, etc. The existence of a shift in the view of the pesantren tradition, encourages authors to deconstruct salaf pesantren traditions using the study of Barthes's semiotics and Derrida's deconstruction theory analysis by: 1) Finding the meaning of denotation and connotation through signs, signifier and signified, 2) Tracing the elements of aporia (paradoxical meaning, contradictory meaning, and irony meaning), and 3) Reversing or changing the (conventional) meanings. The results of the study concluded that: 1) The traditions that have been developed in the Salaf pesantren are the accumulated interpretations that have been passed on by the ancestors as the treasures of human psychology (al-makhzun al-nafs) which act as guide tools in a boarding school environment; 2) analysis of the deconstruction of the salaf pesantren tradition is done by severing the epistemological relationship to all authorities that shape the knowledge tradition by overhauling the standard and frozen relations system into a fluid system of relations, further accounted for giving reasonable sides in all the traditions that developed within. Keywords: Semiotics, Roland Barthes, Deconstruction, Jacques Derrida, Pesantren Tradition Abstrak Pesantren telah melahirkan sistem nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang menjadi tradisi dan diyakini sebagai nilai dasar (core belief and core values). Namun, tidak sedikit tradisi-tradisi pesantren dipandang sebelah mata, kolot, sinkretis, jumud dan kuno oleh kaum orientalis. Adanya pergeseran pandangan tersebut, mendorong penulis untuk mendekonstruksi tradisi pesantren salaf menggunakan kajian semiotika Barthes dan pisau analisis teori dekonstruksi Derrida dengan cara: 1) Mencari makna denotasi dan konotasi lewat tanda, penanda dan petanda, 2) Melacak unsur-unsur aporia (makna paradoks, makna kontradiktif, dan makna ironi), dan 3) Membalikkan atau merubah makna-makna yang sudah dikonvensionalkan. Penelitian kualitatif ini berlokasi di Pesantren Darussalam Mekar Agung Madiun. Melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Tradisi-tradisi yang telah berkembang di pesantren salaf merupakan akumulasi interpretasi yang telah diwariskan para leluhur sebagai khazanah kejiwaan manusia (al-makhzun al-nafs) yang menjadi pedoman dan piranti dalam lingkungan pesantren; 2) analisis dekonstruksi tradisi pesantren salaf dilakukan dengan memutuskan hubungan epistemologis terhadap segala otoritas yang membentuk tradisi pengetahuan dengan merombak sistem relasi yang baku dan beku, menjadi sistem relasi yang cair dan dinamis, dari yang mutlak menjadi relatif, dari ahistoris menjadi historis yang selanjutnya dipertanggungjawabkan untuk memberi sisi-sisi masuk akal (reasonable) dalam segenap tradisi yang berkembang. Abstract

In the concept of Islamic education, Qur'an is the main source that guides the ongoing education process. It contains principles that are closely related to educational values, including the education of parents to their children as contained in the surah Luqman verses 13-19. This article seeks to uncover patterns of relationships between parents and children which are interpreted through the relationship between teacher and student in terms of their rights and obligations. The method used in this research is content analysis combined with the thematic interpretation method (maudhu’i). This study concludes that teacher and student have rights and obligations that are complementary and constitute a unity. That is, the rights of a student are the obligations of a teacher and the obligations of a student are the rights of a teacher. Both teacher and student have the same rights and obligations in order to obey the commands of Allah SWT. Keywords: Rights and obligations, teacher, student, Surah Luqman verses 13-19 Abstrak Dalam konsep pendidikan Islam, Al-Qur’an merupakan sumber utama yang menjadi pedoman berlangsungnya proses pendidikan. Di dalamnya terkandung prinsip-prinsip yang terkait erat dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan, diantaranya adalah tentang pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada anaknya sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam surat Luqman ayat 13-19. Artikel ini berusaha mengungkap pola hubungan antara orang tua dan anak tersebut yang diinterpretasikan melalui hubungan antara guru dan siswa dalam hal hak dan kewajiban keduanya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi (content analysis) yang dipadukan dengan metode tafsir tematik (maudhu’i). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa antara siswa dan guru memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang saling melengkapi dan merupakan satu kesatuan. Artinya, hak seorang siswa adalah kewajiban seorang guru dan kewajiban seorang siswa adalah hak seorang guru. Keduanya, antara guru dan siswa, memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama dalam rangka menaati perintah Allah SWT. Kata Kunci: Hak dan kewajiban, guru, siswa, surat Luqman ayat 13-19

Abstract

This study aims to explore the values ​​of Islamic Nusantara as the reason of religiousity and spirit of religious-social movement in Indonesia. Islam Nusantara in its development comes as social-religious movement for moderate society to maintain the existence of tolerant Islamic teachings. Through the historical-sociological approach, the results of this research show the fact that there are four factors that encourage the indigenous Islamic Nusantara emerged as a social movement in Indonesia. Firstly, the historical fact of the santri-kyai's contribution through the Jihad Revolution in defending independence has reinforced that there is no dichotomy between religious teachings and nationalism. Secondly, as a result of the internalization of the value of character education through “pesantren” and “madrasah” that has proven to be a stronghold in the face of religious radicalism. Thirdly, as a continuation of the ideas of the predecessors (moslem scholars) to present a friendly, tolerant and peaceful of Islamic doctrine. Fourthly, as the realization of the responsibility of religious organizations that rely on the understanding of Islamic teachings based the value of Ahlussunnah waljamaah.

Abstract

Immanuel Kant is one of the most influential philosophers in the history of Western philosophy. His contributions to metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, and aesthetics have had a profound impact on almost every philosophical movement that followed him. This portion will focus on his metaphysics and epistemology in one of his most important works. The Critique of Pure Reason, A large part of Kant’s work addresses the question “What can we know?” The answer, if it can be stated simply, is that our knowledge is constrained to mathematics and the science of the -natural, empirical world. It is impossible, Kant argues, to extend knowledge to the supersensible realm of speculative metaphysics. The reason that knowledge has these constraints, Kant argues, is that the mind plays an active role in constituting the features of experience and limiting the mind's access to the empirical realm of space and time. In order to understand Kant's position, we must understand the philosophical background that he was reacting to. First, 1 will present a brief overview of his predecessor's positions with a brief statement of Kant's objections, then I will return to a more detailed exposition of Kant's arguments. Soebardi in The Place of Islam states that: (a) institutions boarding schools are the institutions most decisive Islamic character of Islamic kingdoms and the most important role for the spread of Islam to the outposts; (B) of the institutions of boarding that origins a number of manuscripts concerning the teaching of Islam in Southeast Asia, (c) and to be able to truly understand the history of Islamization in the region, we should begin to study these boarding institutions, because tutions is the primary agency arrows spread of Islam in the region. Pesantren education today can be classified into three types. First, the boarding school education and teaching how to use the method sorogan or dam, which is a teaching Kyai of santri based on the classic books written in Arabic, by scholars' medieval translation system. Generall, boarding school is "stiril" of general science. People usually call it by name salaf pesantren. Second, in addition to maintaining the boarding school and teaching systems, as mentioned above, also includes public education. Third, schools as the education system and teaching models integrates into schools with one the soul, and the value of other attributes, and teaching wear classical system coupled with strict discipline with full dormitories or students are required to reside in the hostel. The specific objective education pesantren is to prepare the students to become people 'alim in the science of religion taught by clerics concerned and put it into practice in the community. While the general purpose schools is to guide students into human personality capable of Islam with religious knowledge became muballig in the surrounding communities through science and charity.

Abstract

Hajj or pilgrimage is one of the important worship activities for Indonesian Muslims since past. Based on colonial archives, this paper describes thedynamics of the pilgrimage of Indonesia in the colonial period. The long duration of the trip, a tough challenge, and the high cost of travel is a “fee” to be paid by the pilgrims in the past. Moreover, the existence of many service provider of the pilgrimage also influence that dynamics. On the other hand, the colonial government also plays an important role by issuing a variety of regulations to ensure the “order” of the pilgrimage.
