Abstract

The phenomenon that happen in the school environment was related to the social interaction process of students, including students who found it difficult to work with students who are not part of the play group. Thus, there will be students who are isolated in the class. During the teaching and learning process, students found it difficult to express their opinions in front of the class, and It was found that students often belittled and ridiculed their peers. The aims of this study was to obtain an overview of students 'social interactions and to design personal social guidance and counseling programs to develop students' social interactions. This type of research was descriptive research. Sampling was done by total sampling technique, in which all populations were sampled. The total of the ample was 49 grade VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Saketi. Research on student social interaction can be seen from 2 indicators, namely associative and dissociative. The data collection technique used was in the form of distributing the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the level of social interaction of class VII students of SMP Negeri 4 Saketi was in the medium category of 65.3%, the high category was 20.4%, and 14.3% in the low category. After knowing the description of students' social interactions, then design of the program can be made based on the research results that have been obtained.Keyword: Social Interaction, Social Personal Guidance and Counseling

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of classical guidance services using the problem based learning method on understanding the negative impacts of student academic procrastination. This research applies a Quasi Experimental research form using Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study was 225, who were all 11th grade students for the 2023/2024 academic year at Pasundan 1 Vocational School, Serang City. The sampling technique used a cluster random sampling technique which resulted in class 11 AKL becoming the experimental class and class 11 BDP becoming the control group. Data collection techniques include test questions and observations. The test instrument used is in the form of multiple choice for the pretest and posttest to measure knowledge of the negative impact of academic procrastination on students. The instrument was tested through 3 tests, namely the discrimination test, difficulty test, and distractor effectiveness test. The results of the analysis test using Mann-Whitney obtained a mean value in the experimental group of 27.67 while the mean value in the control group was 10.79. Then, the results of the hypothesis test show that Asymp.Sig (2 tailed) is 0.000, so it can be concluded that the use of the problem based learning method can have a significant influence on knowledge of the negative impacts of academic procrastination for grade 11 AKL students at Pasundan Vocational School, Serang City.Keywords: Problem based learning methods, Knowledge bad impact of academic procrastination

Abstract

Abstrack               The purpose of writing this article is to be able to provide direction for students to increase career exploration. In addition to the guidance service using this group discussion technique, students can express opinions and discuss important topics related to careers, develop values, and develop steps. joint steps to resolve problems discussed and discussed in group situations. Because according to researchers there is no way for counselors to support increasing career exploration because counselors have difficulty preparing media related to this. The method used is through literature studies and also from various relevant sources that support this article. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of homosexual teenagers in the city of Jakarta. The aim of the research is to find out movements in the city of Jakarta, find out the factors that cause homosexual behavior, and find out the experiences and challenges of homosexual teenagers in Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Informants were taken using a purposive method. The setting of this research was carried out in the city of Jakarta. This data collection method was carried out using in-depth interviews. The data validity test was carried out using the source triangulation method. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that homosexuals in the city of Jakarta are free in their actions and have begun to speak out through parades in certain places. Factors that cause homosexuality are based on the friendship environment, the influence of hormones, and problems in the family. The experiences and challenges received include experiencing rejection from the family and bad views from the community.Keywords: homosexual, factors, experience..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengamalan Pancasila sila pertama dan ketiga dikalangan remaja Dusun Jetak, kendala yang muncul dalam pengamalan Pancasila sila pertama dan ketiga dikalangan remaja Dusun Jetak dan solusi mengatasi kendala pengamalan Pancasila sila pertama dan ketiga dikalangan remaja Dusun Jetak. Peneliti akan menggunakan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang mempelajari masalah-masalah yang ada serta tata cara kerja yang berlaku. Analisis data adalah proses mencari dan menyusun secara sistematis data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu sila pertama Pancasila menciptakan dasar untuk menghargai keberagaman keagamaan dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat desa. Kepala desa memegang peranan penting dalam memastikan bahwa keberagaman ini menjadi sumber kekuatan dan harmoni dalam pembangunan desa. Makna sila ketiga Pancasila bagi remaja SMP di dusun adalah membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya hidup bersama secara harmonis, menghormati perbedaan, dan berkontribusi positif untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Melalui interaksi yang positif antara kepala dusun dan remaja, nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat terwujud dalam praktik sehari-hari. Hubungan yang baik ini tidak hanya memperkuat persatuan masyarakat, tetapi juga membentuk karakter remaja yang memiliki kesadaran sosial dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung, terbuka, dan memotivasi untuk mendorong pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila di kalangan remaja.Katakunci: Pancasila, Sila Pertama, Sila Ketiga

Abstract

This study aims to develop a feasible and effective electronic module (E-Module) on the harmful behavior of skipping class to increase students' knowledge of the harmful effects of skipping class. This module is designed to facilitate guidance and counseling teachers when providing guidance and counseling services and attract students to learn how to avoid and know the impact of skipping school. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the 4D model with its stages, namely define (defining), design (designing), development (developing), dissemination (disseminating). The data collection technique carried out in this research and development is through a need assessment on a sample of 101 class X students of SMK PGRI 1 Kota Serang, the results obtained are as many as 24 students or 23% are in the category of not understanding and 21 students or 20% of them are in the category of very not understanding the impact of skipping class. Then, the results of the need assessment are poured into the product in the form of a module and product validity testing is carried out to media and material experts, linguists and practitioner experts. The trial was carried out providing services in accordance with those contained in the module by guidance and counseling teachers to 25 students, the results were 48.00% or 12 students were in the understanding category and 52.00% or as many as 13 students were in the very understanding category. N-Gain percent of the trial amounted to 80.94% d.Keywords: Module, Truancy Behavior, Dangers of Truancy.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of self-confidence of students caused by low learning achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of self-confidence on student achievement in class X Software Engineering Expertise Program at SMKN 4 Pandeglang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all students of class X Software Engineering Expertise Program at SMKN 4 Pandeglang as many as 104 students. The sample that the author uses is a saturated sampling technique. The tools used for data collection are observations, questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using the validity with a significant level of 5%. The reliability test of the confidence scale instrument was calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used descriptive analysis using a Likert scale, and a simple linear regression technique had a significance value of 5%. The results showed that self-confidence had a positive and significant effect on student achievement. This is indicated by a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the regression line equation Y = 34.118 + 0.484X, which means that if self-confidence is increased by 1%, learning achievement will increase by 0.484. The conclusion of this study is that self-confidence can positively affect student achievement. There is an effective contribution of the self-confidence variable to student achievement of 19.1% and the remaining 80.9% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of research on class X students of the Software Engineering Expertise Program at SMKN 4 Pandeglang, the percentage of confidence and student achievement in the majority of students are in the fairly good category.Keywords: Confidence, Student Achievement
