Abstract

Inovasi dalam teknologi informasi telah merevolusi interaksi konsumen dengan bisnis dari metode konvensional menuju platform digital yang lebih efisien. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam sektor kuliner, misalnya oleh Citra Cake, didorong untuk merangkul transformasi digital untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonseptualisasikan antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) dalam aplikasi penjualan Citra Cake menggunakan kerangka Design Thinking. Metodologi kualitatif yang digunakan, yang mencakup empat fase berbeda dari Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, dan Prototype. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan dengan 10 klien reguler dan pemilik bisnis, observasi langsung dari prosedur pemesanan manual, di samping pemetaan pengalaman pengguna. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa titik sakit dalam proses pemesanan, seperti respons yang tertunda, tantangan dalam pemilihan produk, dan miskomunikasi. Solusi yang direkomendasikan memerlukan prototipe aplikasi penjualan yang fitur tekanan termasuk pemberitahuan status pesanan, katalog produk interaktif, dan mekanisme pemesanan wawasan dengan menambahkan fitur kustomisasi kue yang belum ada pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini terbatas pada fase prototyping dan tidak mencakup implementasi ekstensif atau pengujian pengguna. Diharapkan bahwa prototipe yang dihasilkan akan meletakkan dasar yang kuat untuk pembuatan aplikasi yang meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna untuk UMKM seperti Citra Cake.

Abstract

To meet human needs, the government builds power plants with adequate capacity and quantity. In the process of electricity generation does not always run well. This study aims to improve the efficiency of the operational process by minimizing the Heat rate value that occurs in the PLTGU unit using the Energy Value Steam Mapping (EVSM) and Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (FMEA) methods. The results of the study showed that the high heat rate in Gas Turbine 1.1 and Steam turbine was caused by fouling in the Compressor Gas Turbine, Corrosion or material damage to the HP Evaporator HRSG, and leakage in the Steam Turbine condenser. The overall heat rate in the block I generating unit before the repair was 1,432.63 kcal/kwh. Then after the proposed repair projection, it was only 830.63 kcal/kwh. This means that there is a decrease in the heat rate in the operational process of 602.01 kcal/kwh or a percentage of 42.02%.

Abstract

Berastagi is known as one of the favorite natural tourist destinations in North Sumatra that offers a variety of interesting tourist attractions. However, the many choices often make it difficult for tourists to determine the location that suits their preferences. This study aims to develop a web-based recommendation and mapping system for the best natural tourist destinations in Berastagi by implementing the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This system considers six main criteria, namely ease of vehicle access, consumption costs, accommodation costs, security levels, and the availability of toilets and parking areas. Tourist locations are visualized through interactive maps based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Data were obtained from field surveys, interviews with visitors and managers, and location mapping using Google Maps. This system is specifically designed for three main user groups: independent tourists who want to plan their trips independently, local travel agencies who need data-based guidance to compile tour packages, and the district tourism office as a basis for decision making in promoting and developing regional tourism. System validation was carried out by comparing the recommendations given by the system with the actual choices of 20 respondents. From the results of this test, the system showed a match rate of 85%, with a p-value of 0.021. This figure shows that the recommendations from the system are quite in accordance with user preferences and have statistically significant results. Based on the analysis using the TOPSIS method, the five natural tourist destinations with the highest values ​​recommended by the system are: Lau Sidebuk-Debuk Hot Springs (0.694387), Mount Sibayak (0.648177), Sipiso-Piso Waterfall (0.644718), Gundaling Hill (0.636776), and Lau Kawar Lake (0.625521). This system is expected to be a guide that helps tourists plan trips more precisely, as well as support digital promotion of leading natural tourist attractions in the Berastagi area.

Abstract

Inter Sport Store, a retail business located in Kersana District, Brebes Regency, has been operating since 2017. The store faces ongoing challenges in inventory management, frequently encountering stock surpluses or shortages that result in losses of up to IDR 15 million per month. These issues primarily result from a manual ordering process that relies on subjective estimation, without the support of accurate data analysis. Furthermore, sales records are still maintained manually in notebooks, making it difficult to track data and analyze consumer demand effectively. This study proposes the development of a web-based sales forecasting system using the Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) method, which can handle both trend and seasonal patterns simultaneously, providing higher accuracy for complex time-series data compared to Single or Double Exponential Smoothing methods. The system is developed using the prototype development method with UML design and implemented using Laravel framework and MySQL database for real-time access and data updates. Forecasting results for the Ortuseight Catalyst Legion FG – Aqua White soccer shoe yielded a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 13.38%, which is considered within the "good" accuracy range. The implementation of this system successfully reduced overstock by 25% and improved inventory management efficiency. This forecasting system enhances operational efficiency and supports data-driven decision-making for store management.

Abstract

The utilisation of technology in some offices and businesses are still very limited in impacting of the work of an agency effectiveness and efficiency, one of which is calculating assets or fixed assets that are depreciated in companies and agencies to run operations to achieve the objectives of a company or agency. In the practice of calculating depreciation of fixed assets, PDAM Tirtanadi IPAM Limau Manis still has several obstacles in determining the depreciation value for each fixed asset and the systematic implementation of depreciation calculations for all assets, which has several negative implications in the form of inaccuracies in annual budget planning, then difficulty projecting future asset procurement and potential cost overruns due to the absence of accurate depreciation data. The fixed asset depreciation calculations activities was done by web-based include Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, PHP, and MYSQL with the method of the development system used by the method of Research and Development (R&D). Depreciation calculation technique of fixed asset data using the Method  of Straight-Line and Declining Balance. The outcome with both methods, the calculation of depreciation was done by a web-based system form that makes it easier for IPAM Limau Manis to provide information of the depreciation calculations of fixed assets which more faster from 2-3 hours manual calculating to 3-15 minutes and more accurate.

Abstract

The increasing number of inpatient visits at hospitals requires better and more accurate planning by healthcare facilities. Poor planning can lead to an imbalance between the number of patients and the available resources, such as hospital beds, medical personnel, and medications. This study aims to develop a forecasting system for predicting the number of inpatients using the  (DES) method at RSU Cut Meutia Kota Lhokseumawe. The DES method is chosen because it is capable of handling historical data that exhibits trend patterns without seasonal components. The data used in this study consists of daily inpatient records from 2022 to 2024. The forecasting process involves testing several alpha and beta values to determine the most optimal parameter combination, which yields the highest accuracy based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The forecasting system is developed using Python programming language and produces outputs in the form of graphs and daily prediction tables. The results show that the DES method provides accurate forecasts and can assist in improving inpatient capacity planning and overall hospital resource management.

Abstract

The limited human resources in dental clinics often lead to delays in responding to patients' initial consultations, potentially reducing service quality and patient satisfaction. The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has encouraged the adoption of chatbots based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to improve information service efficiency. This study aims to implement a chatbot using the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model to enhance consultation efficiency at the dental clinic of drg. Fahmi Nurdin. The system development method used is Agile, with stages including requirement analysis, user interface design, model training, and chatbot implementation. The dataset consists of 49 tags (topics) and 490 patterns (questions), formatted in JSON, and used to train the BERT model for intent classification and response generation. Evaluation results show that the chatbot can provide relevant and accurate responses, accelerating the initial consultation process. This implementation is expected to help overcome human resource limitations, improve service quality, and strengthen patient trust in the clinic's services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the security of Planet Komputer Kebumen's website by applying the Vulnerability Assessment method. This approach was conducted to identify and evaluate potential security vulnerabilities in the website system. The research method consists of several stages: initial information gathering using Whois and Nmap, vulnerability scanning using OWASP ZAP 1.15.0, result analysis, and formulation of improvement recommendations. The research results show no high-risk vulnerabilities were found, however, 4 medium-level vulnerabilities, 4 low-level vulnerabilities, and 5 informational findings were identified. Major vulnerabilities include the absence of Content Security Policy, insecure transition from HTTP to HTTPS in forms, lack of anti-clickjacking headers, and suboptimal server security configurations. Based on these findings, improvement recommendations were formulated focusing on implementing appropriate security headers, protecting sensitive files, consistent use of HTTPS, and more secure cache and session management. This research demonstrates the importance of periodic security evaluations for SMEs to understand digital security risks and take appropriate preventive measures.

Abstract

Information retrieval in Indonesian folktales faces challenges in identifying semantically relevant stories, particularly due to language variation and synonymy. Keyword-based approaches such as TF-IDF often fail to capture semantic relationships, resulting in suboptimal search results. This study applies Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) using Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to enhance the relevance of story retrieval based on latent textual meaning. Evaluation was conducted through subjective assessments by 20 respondents, who rated search results generated from four types of queries: single-word, two-word, three-word, and full-sentence queries. The Friedman test indicated significant differences among query types for both LSI (χ²(3, N=20) = 29.27, p < 0.00001) and TF-IDF (χ²(3, N=20) = 35.45, p < 0.00001). LSI consistently yielded higher relevance scores, especially for more complex queries, demonstrating more effective semantic processing than TF-IDF. These findings suggest that semantic-based approaches are better suited for narrative texts such as folktales. Future research is recommended to explore query expansion and integration with deep learning-based semantic representations.

Abstract

In the digital era, folktales as part of Indonesia's cultural heritage are increasingly being digitized and widely disseminated through various media platforms. This study aims to apply the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method to analyze 300 digitized Indonesian folktales. After the data collection and preprocessing stages, the dataset was divided into two parts: 70% for training and 30% for testing. The training process produced 9 topics that represent various themes found in the folktales. Evaluation was carried out using four main metrics: Coherence Score, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. The Coherence Score measures the quality of the semantic relationship between words in each topic, while Precision, Recall, and F1-Score are used to assess the system’s accuracy, completeness, and balance in presenting relevant folktales based on the topic entered by the user. The results show that the LDA model achieved the highest coherence score of 0.6250 with 9 topics. Meanwhile, evaluation showed a precision of 76%, recall of 71.2%, and an F1-score of 73.5%, indicating that the system can effectively present relevant folktales. This study contributes to the development of a topic-based search system implemented in the Nusantara Panji Kediri application, enabling users to easily find stories according to their preferred topics. In addition, the study fills a research gap by applying LDA to a corpus of Indonesian folktales, which remains underexplored in the context of thematic search systems. The system also demonstrates great potential in the development of information technology based on local cultural content. However, the limited amount of data used—only 300 folktales—presents a challenge and opens opportunities for future improvements with a broader dataset, as well as testing the model on more diverse types of texts to enhance the system’s generalizability.
