Abstract

SIAPEL-TEGAS is a digital public service application developed by the Malang City Government to facilitate online birth certificate registration, yet its level of user acceptance has not yet been empirically determined. This study analyzes user acceptance of the SIAPEL-TEGAS application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework extended with the Trust construct. A quantitative approach using PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 4) was applied to 100 active users in Malang City selected through purposive sampling. The variables examined include Trust, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Behavioral Intention to Use. Results indicate that all hypotheses were accepted, with Trust as the strongest predictor of Perceived Ease of Use. Perceived Ease of Use significantly influenced both Perceived Usefulness and Behavioral Intention to Use, while Perceived Usefulness also significantly affected Behavioral Intention to Use. The model explained 68.9% of the variance in Behavioral Intention to Use with strong predictive relevance. These findings confirm that user trust is a key factor in digital public service acceptance, and administrators are advised to prioritize system security and interface usability of the SIAPEL-TEGAS application.

Abstract

The development of LLMs like ChatGPT revolutionizes the world of higher education through providing customized explanations, interaction in problem-solving activities, and feedback instantly. However, the successful use of ChatGPT for learning activities is not only dependent on the presence of an AI system but on the proficiency of the student in creating effective prompts as well. The current study investigated the impact of Prompt Engineering Ability on ChatGPT Output Quality and Learning Effectiveness, as well as the subsequent associations among Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Usage Intensity in accordance with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The data collection took place in the Probability Theory course and involved 385 undergraduate students. PLS-SEM analysis was performed in SmartPLS 4. The results indicated that Prompt Engineering Ability positively affected ChatGPT Output Quality (β = 0.599), which, in turn, enhanced Learning Effectiveness (β = 0.607). Both Prompt Engineering Ability and ChatGPT Output Quality positively affected Performance Expectancy (β = 0.372 and 0.367), which then influenced Effort Expectancy (β = 0.602) and led to more Usage Intensity (β = 0.578). These results combine the concepts of Prompt Engineering Ability, ChatGPT Output Quality, and UTAUT in a framework that is beneficial for Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED) research in higher education.

Abstract

Football formation analysis has become increasingly data-driven to assess team formation suitability and support the coaching process, since intuitive formation selection has proven inefficient and lacks objectivity. This study proposes a football formation recommendation system using the Gaussian Naïve Bayes algorithm, based on team attribute aggregation and expert tactical weighting. The dataset consists of 661 outfield football players' attributes, summarized into six core attributes: Pace, Shooting, Passing, Dribbling, Defending, and Physical. Using the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) methodology, these attributes were aggregated at the team level and tactically weighted based on interviews with a professional football coach, producing three ratio features (Attack, Midfield, Defence) as the basis for classification. The model was evaluated using 5-fold cross validation, confusion matrix analysis, and ROC curve analysis to assess its discriminative ability. Evaluation results show an average accuracy of 82.8%, precision of 91.07%, recall of 89.53%, an F1-score of 86.71%, and an AUC of 0.715. A web-based application was built using Laravel, integrated with a Python prediction module, allowing coaches to upload team data and obtain formation recommendations along with their success probabilities.

Abstract

Childhood immunization services play an important role in improving children's health status. However, the recording and delivery of immunization schedule information at Simundol Public Health Center still faces challenges, such as delayed information, dependence on the maternal and child health handbook (KIA), and the absence of a structured immunization prioritization system. This study aims to design and develop a web-based child immunization information system by implementing the Earliest Due Date (EDD) and Appointment Scheduling methods, using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the 4D model and the Waterfall development method. The resulting system involves two actors, namely admin and parents, with eight main modules covering child data management, automatic immunization prioritization based on due date (EDD), visit scheduling (appointment scheduling), immunization history, and reporting. The results indicate that the EDD method is able to sort immunization priorities automatically and in real time based on the nearest due date, while appointment scheduling helps organize visit schedules in a structured manner to reduce queue buildup. The system also makes it easier for parents to obtain digital information on their children's immunization schedules and history, replacing the maternal and child health handbook. Therefore, the implementation of EDD and Appointment Scheduling in the child immunization information system can improve data management efficiency and the timeliness of immunization services at Simundol Public Health Center.

Abstract

The increasing number of divorce cases at the Simalungun Religious Court has resulted in a growing volume of case data. However, the existing Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) is primarily used for administrative purposes and does not support the analysis of divorce case patterns. This study aims to implement the K-Medoids algorithm in a web-based information system to cluster divorce cases and present the analysis results visually. The study used 2,232 divorce case records from 2024–2025, consisting of case type, age, district, occupation, education, reason for divorce, and case year. The research stages included data preprocessing, Label Encoding, Min-Max Scaling, clustering using the K-Medoids algorithm, and cluster quality evaluation using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The results showed that the optimal number of clusters was K=3 with the lowest DBI value of 1.249, while the clustering evaluation produced a DBI value of 1.378. The analysis indicated that all clusters were dominated by the factor of continuous disputes and conflicts, with Cluster 2 containing the largest number of cases. The developed system is capable of presenting cluster visualizations, cluster characteristic analyses, and clustering reports to support data-driven decision-making at the Simalungun Religious Court.
