Abstract: The development of information technology, the need for information systems is very important and necessary in order to facilitate the work of human beings in all fields. Polres Ciamis is a command unit of police officers located in the area of West Java, Indonesia.Bagsumda Polres Ciamis tasked with managing the data proposals promotion from the rank of rank Tamtama, Bintara until Perwira, so far has a computerized system but in the process still has deficiencies in the system, and there are also some processes that are still manual, ranging from the management of proposed promotion data of members of the police of Bintara that are still sought manually so Allows to inhibit in the process of managing visual data of promotion. Therefore, the writer tries to make the final task of app promotion system design at Polres Ciamis with implementation method of Rapid Application Development (RAD) to simplify system development in the process of making the design of this application and simplify in doing further system development. With this promotion app design is expected to simplify and provide data management of promotions with accurate and better. So that it can accelerate the data management promotion of police officers. Abstract: Computer-based accounting information systems can be used by companies to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of the processes of business transactions that occur in the company. The income accounting cycle which is one of the cycles in an accounting information system needs attention because this cycle produces revenue transactions which are a financial source for the company. The use of computer-based systems in this cycle can also provide added value in the form of improving services to customers. To implement a computer-based accounting information system, a software is needed to process revenue transactions. In this study, the authors developed an application of accounting information systems to process transactions in the income cycle found in vehicle workshop businesses. This application processes transaction data starting from ordering repair services, recording spare parts usage, repair service fees, bill payments and and making income reports on workshop business activities. Abstract: In the current era of globalization, information technology advancing rapidly. Developments in information technology have led to a new revolution in the form of a conventional shift working system into the digital era. This change has also changed the perspective of each person in doing various activities one of which is on the activities of government agencies. The number of managed data and the need for rapid delivery of information in the public service activities at the Village Office Sambeng Kulon, Banyumas District. Public services such as the pcopulation census should be carried out continuously, continuous, timely and accurate. Because every day people must have come to the village office for various purposes such as making a written request KTP, KK, cover letters moving, death certificates, birth certificates and a letter was not able to take a long time and every resident who apply for the required letter is not uncommon back to the house to complete the necessary requirements for at least information about the documents needed to make the required letter. It is of course not efficient. To solve the above problem, a computerized system should be applied over existing systems to ensure the accuracy of the data. With so all processes can be fully realized public services effectively and efficiently because it does not have to require a longer time. Abstract: Mindo Wedding Organizer is a business in the field of wedding and catering services that includes wedding planning consultations or other large events that serve catering, rental clothes and bridal makeup. In this study, researchers identified the problem using an Ishikawa diagram so that it was known the cause and effect of the existing problems. Next, the researchers propose a computerized system with the waterfall method. With Computerization System the problems that exist in this company, especially in terms of data processing can be resolved properly, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company.

Abstract: Expert System is a knowledge-based program that offers quality solutions for problems within a certain domain. The implementation of expert systems is widely used for commercial purposes, because expert systems are seen as a way to store expert knowledge in certain areas in computer programs, so that they can make informed decisions and think intelligently. Using Android-based methods, this program is expected to represent experts in diagnosing Kip-Bangkok disease. Abstract— Credit is a provider of bills or equivalent, based on a loan agreement or agreement between the Bank and another party that requires the borrower to repay the debt after a certain period of time with the amount of interest, compensation or profit sharing. Decision Support System is given to provide alternative solutions to the Bank or provider of loan money to who is entitled to credit. By using the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method, the meal will be known to be feasible or not, smooth or not smooth during the payment process. The SAW method uses the criteria to get the best alternative results that are eligible for credit. Abstract: Mentally retarded children have obstacles in the activity of the name of the child who still needs proper education in the learning process. SLB Shanti Yoga is one of the best schools that provides educational facilities for children with special needs for people with mental disabilities. The number of criteria determining the level of mentally retarded students makes SLB Shanti Yoga have difficulty in dividing the class according to the results of observations made. So from that research was made to classify data on students with mental retardation to determine the class occupied so that the school can prepare it. The K-Medoids algorithm of clustering techniques can help in grouping students who will occupy classes including light, medium, and heavy classes. The class that has the highest number of students is the heavy mental retardation class while the class that has the lowest number of students is the moderate mental retardation class, with known data grouping results, SLB Shanti Yoga can prepare the class to be used for teaching and learning activities. Abstract - With the advancement of the times, technology is also developing, especially application technology is growing rapidly, infrastructure can support the creation of a reliable system too. As for online game technology or offline games, games are not only favored by children, even teenagers and adults who are playing the game. But behind the presence of this game there will be an impact and not good for the user behavior. A real and destructive impact is that the user will forget the time. Game users will be addicted, change behavior so that they become lazy or lie. Innovation results in developing applications have shortened the age limit of the use of software and the use of previous hardware. The creation of games brings reality that can have a good (positive) and unfavorable (negative) effect for game users. Abstract - Development Telecommunication Tower growth cannot be avoided. Accordingly, the local government makes local regulations on Planning and Control of Telecommunication Tower to avoid illegal construction of Telecommunication Tower because makes a reduction in open land and also reduces the aesthetic value of the spatial region. The researcher conducted a study on the implementation of methods haversine on a geographic information system is expected to simplify the process of distance measurements for the determination of Telecommunication Tower towards he elliptical shape of the earth.
