Profitability is used as one measure to find out whether the bank has run its function as well. Based on these things, this research was conducted to test whether the macroeconomic factors such as Gross Domestic Bruto ( GDP), inflation and the real exchange rate (RER), and from the side of the bank management performance such as Non Performing Finance (NPF) and The Ratio of Operational Expense to Operational Revenue (BOPO) have influence towards Return On assets (ROA) of Islamic Banking. The Data used in this research was obtained from the financial statements of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan online publication (2011-2017). The sample used is purposive sampling, these sample is 11 public bank of Sharia and 23 of Sharia business units. Data analysis technique that is used is multiple linear regression analysis and the first test performed classical assumptions to ensure the data has been BLUE. From the result of classical assumptions test is not found the variables that deviate from the classical assumptions test, this indicates that the data are qualified using regression analysis models. The results showed that the GDP influence positively and significantly toward ROA, inflation and real exchange rates (RER) do not influence significantly toward ROA, BOPO influences negatively and significantly toward ROA, and NPF influence significantly on ROA but having different direction with the hypothesis that has been proposed.

This study aims to analyze Effect of Job Skills and Work Motivation to Quality of Service. This research was conducted at PT. Akur Pratama/TOSERBA YOGYA CIKAMPEK focused on labor supplier in the fashion area with a population of about 100 labor supplier and sample 80 respondents drawn at random sampling. The hypothesis was built to examine the influence of several variables and test them on 80 employees at PT AKUR PRATAMA / TOSERBA YOGYA Cab. Cikampek. The population in this study were all suppliers of labor guards at TOSERBA YOGYA Cab. Cikampek, and the number of samples is 80 respondents. The results of this study can be seen that the magnitude of the effect simultaneously between work ability and work motivation on service quality of 0.455, while the joint contribution to known at 0.207 or 20.7% while the remaining 18, 7% is influenced by other variables. The results of this study can be seen that there is a significant correlation between the variables of work ability and work motivation on service quality. Variable work ability and work motivation have an influence together with service quality.The results showed that the Job Skills and Work Motivation effect on Quality of Service. So, if PT. Akur Pratama/TOSERBA YOGYA CIKAMPEK want to increase Quality of Service should first improve Job Skill and Work Motivation.

Excellent service quality is an important factor in increasing customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Bogor hotels. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 72 hotel customers. Questionnaire calculation uses SPSS by testing the validity and reliability of each question item followed by a test of the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and regression equation. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence on hotel customer satisfaction. SPSS calculation results obtained the determination coefficient of 95.7%, which means that the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is 95.7% and the remaining 4.3% is influenced by other factors. Correlation coefficients obtained results of 0.978 which means that the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction is very strong. So from the results of the correlation coefficient obtained, it was concluded that H1 was accepted which meant that there was a significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. And based on the calculation of the regression equation obtained results of Y = 2.455 + 0.959X which indicates that if the value of excellent service increases 1, then the average value of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.959.

The place funeral general which serves as a burial place for people who died. Funeral general also has other functions such as the Green Open Space, catchment area water, and lungs of the city. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data in this study were obtained using the data used, interviews and documentation TPU Tegal Alur Unit II Islam which located in Jl.Kamal Raya No.1A. Kelurahan Tegal Alur. Kecamatan Kalideres. Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat 11820. As well as interviews with that related source. The place funeral general tegal alur is a public cemetery that stands from the wakaf land owned by local residents. At the tomb was previously there is a tomb of Muslims and non-Muslims. TPU Tegal Alur Unit II Islam other than moving in service funeral, as providing information on funerals and retribution rates in general. TPU Tegal Alur Unit II Islam also one of the manufacturers for finance area ie within retribution service funeral.Keywords: Procedure, Administration, Service

This research was conducted to find out how much influence of the product, price, place and promotion on Starbucks Coffee Bogor city consumers' decision making. The research used the survey method with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling: judgment sampling. The analytical method used is the method of correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study show that both partially and jointly the factors of product, price, place, and promotion have a significant influence on product purchase decision making. The higher the level of influence of the product, price, place and promotion, the stronger the influence of product purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the analysis of the factors that influence the purchasing decision shows the adjusted R2 value of 0.663, this means that all variables derived from the marketing mix have a joint contribution of 66.3% to the dependent variable (Y), namely the purchasing decision. The remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors.

This study studied what factors influence the income of traders in the Cinere Tradisional Market Depok. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with a total of 50 traders. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents taken through the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. While the data collection method uses questionnaires and interviews. The variables used include education level (X1), Business Capital (X2), Costs (X3), Duration of Business (X4) Working Hours (X5) and merchant income (Y). Data analysis used is multiple linear regression model of ordinary least square (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study showed that the variable partial variables that significantly affect the merchant income of traders Cinere traditional market includes business capital (X2), Costs (X3) and working hours (X4). While the level of education variable (X1) and duration of business (X4) is not suitable for the income of traders in the Cinere traditional market Depok. Furthermore, the variables of business capital, costs, and working hour together have a significant effect on the income of traders in the Cinere Traditional market Depok. The influence of dependent variables similarly gave significant influence towards the merchant income was in the percentage of 56,1% and the remaining 43,9% is affected by the other variables.

The Goal of this study are to assess, analyze, and appointment of empirically the effects of Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership on Employee satifaction Yayasan Khazanah Kebajikan in south Tangerang City. This study uses data from the Associative Primary Questioner. The sample size is determined by the formula “Slovin the total sample are 130 respondents of 200 employees. The Technical of analysis is a descriptive statistical analysis. This study examined the leadership style with two variabels as Independent variabel to the satisfaction of working with one variable as Dependent Variabel, that is : Transformational Leadership (X1) and Transactional leadeship (X2) as Independent Variabel , job satisfaction (Y) as the Dependent Variabel. These three variable were tested by partial dan simultaneously, immediate effect Partial assay results are as follows : The effect of Transformational Leadership style on job satisfaction isvariables have positive and significant effect, The effect of Transactional Leadership style on job satisfaction is variables have positive and significant effect, and simultaneous test are as follows : The effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership style on job satisfaction is variables have positive and significant effect.

Abstract - Banyak cara yang pengusaha lakukan agar usahanya tidak kalah bersaing dengan peluang usaha lainnya, sehingga masih bisa bertahan bahkan berkembang ditengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ramai Cafe di Kota Cinema Mall, Bekasi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, Pelayanan kepada pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting dan harus diutamakan karena pelanggan menginginkan pelayanan yang dapat memuaskannya. permasalahan yang akan dibahas dan diteliti adalah analisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan di Café dalam memilih produk pada saat menonton film di Kota Cinema Mall, Bekasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kualitatif dengan melakukan metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode studi pustaka. Metode analisisnya berupa analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan bauran pemasaran yang diteliti penulis berdasarkan produk, harga, saluran distribusi, promosi, bukti fisik, proses dan orang yaitu pelanggan menyatakan puas terhadap kebab yang sisajikan di Cafe di Kota Cinema Mall, Bekasi.

Employees as human resources in the company need to be managed properly. By providing high job satisfaction, it is expected that employees will voluntarily work with good work discipline. This research was conducted to find out job satisfaction with employee work discipline at the Kadugede Kuningan Health Center, West Java. The author uses the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Salutions) application to calculate the regression equation test, and ANOVA with an error rate of 5% or 0.05. The entire population as a sample is saturated sampling using a Likert Scale. Based on the calculation of 48 respondents on the distribution of the questionnaire, the correlation coefficient value of 0.482 means that job satisfaction and work motivation on work discipline have a strong influence. Job satisfaction and work motivation contributed 48.2% to the occurrence of work discipline, and 51.8% was influenced by other variables outside this study. The results of the regression equation Y Y = 10.068 + 0.526X1 + 0.257X2 + e. If X = 0, the value of work discipline is 10,068 or without being influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to study the achievement of 108 call centers in providing information. This study uses a type of research Descriptive research using qualitative data collected rather than data, passing data that can be obtained from observations, field records and interviews. the results of the study regarding Call Center Performance 108 in providing information. Call Center 108 has an important role for its users to get telephone numbers throughout Indonesia and information about Telkom services, because Call Center 108 is the only Telkom telephone number information service provider in Indonesia. the call center agent's 108 performance is quite good, this can be seen from the average agent performance table, but there are still some agents who have not yet obtained the predetermined value which is 100 that has been determined in the service parameters of PT.
