Abstract

Employees are social beings who become the main wealth for every company. They become planners, executors and controllers who always play an active role in realizing the company's goals. Every Company wants its employees to excel and work effectively. Thus need to be given training, applied work discipline, and supported by a good leadership style  to increase employee work productivity.The sample used for data collection in this study amounted to 134 employees of PT . Likert scale used by writer to change qualitative data in questionnaire become quantitative data. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of Training (X1), work discipline (X2), leadership style (X3) to labor productivity (Y) of PT. Federal Nittan Industries. The calculation of the questionnaire results using a simple linear regression formula. All of the author's calculations were assisted by the SPSS version 20 program released by IBM. Based on the analysis and data processing according to the calculation of correlation coefficient can be seen that the Motivation of Performance has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0.961 and according to the calculation of the coefficient of determination, can be known quite large is 92.3%, then influence Motivation on Performance can be seen through simple linear regression that is Y = 2,670 + 0,901X.

Abstract

One of the form of authorities that has been given by the goverment in order to fulfill the autonomous region for managing the areais the financial aspect. The purpose of the performance measurement of the goverment is to improve the goverment’s performance itself, allocate the resources that we have, and make some decisions to realize public accountabilities. The form of performance measurements for the goverment is done by conducting a financial analysis of The regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) that has been established and implemented before. The type of research that has been conducted by the researcher is quantitative descriptive. The result of studi indicate financial perfoemance of the city goverment of Bogor is good. It means that the average amount of PAD Bogor from 2012- 2016 is 26,96 % which is compared with the total regional incomes.The effectiveness of Bogor’s regional financial management could happen because it uses an effetive relationship pattern on average above 100%. The ratio of direct expenditure to total expenditure in Bogor from2012 – 2014 experienced the highest increase, the highest ratio is happened in 2014 54,21%. The PAD growth ratio shows a positive result despite of showing a sharp decline in 2016 of 8,61%.

Abstract

Hukum ibadah haji adalah wajib bagi setiap muslim yang mampu dari sisi jasmani, rohani dan ekonomi. Salah satu lembaga keuangan yang memberikan penawaran produk pembiayaan haji adalah Pegadian Syariah. Produk pembiayaan haji yang ditawarkan oleh pegadaian syariah adalah Arum Haji. Tabungan Arum haji memudahkan masyarakat berpenghasilan sedang dan rendah untuk segera mendaftarkan haji dengan sistem pembiayaan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian survey yaitu suatu penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan mengandalkan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Nasabah Pegadaian Syariah Babakan Tangerang yang memutuskan pemilihan produk Arum Haji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan uji instrumen data, regresi liner berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefesien determinasi (R2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan (0,432), lokasi (0,164) dan promosi (0,537)  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah pembiayaan haji memilih pada Pegadaian syariah Babakan Tangerang (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial instagram. media sosial digunakan sebagai  strategi kegiatan pemasaran dengan Instagram. Karena media sosial merupakan salah satu cara yang ampuh untuk mempromosikan produk barang dan jasa melalui internet marketing. Caranya mudah sederhana tetapi memiliki efek yang luar biasa. Dengan 700 juta pengguna aktif setiap bulannya, kekuatan dan jangkauan Instagram memang tidak dapat disangkal. Instagram memang dimulai sebagai aplikasi foto sederhana. Tetapi Instagram telah mengalami banyak perubahan dan menjadi sebuah platform yang memungkinkan pengguna membangun identitas visual bisnis. Penting untuk diingat bahwa pengguna Instagram menghargai konten berkualitas tinggi. Foto dan video yang memberi audiens informasi menarik dengan cara baru dan unik. Dengan mengoptimalkan konten subur batik yang berisi tulisan nada menghibur hingga mendorong  keterlibatan pelanggan.  Ide untuk menciptakan dan mengelola platform yang menangkap identitas visual merek subur batik terdengar mengintimidasi pada awalnya. Namun akan membuat Instagram menyenangkan dan mudah dan meningkatan penjualan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: One of the important factors in improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by training and developing employees to achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, with the technique of determining saturated sampling. The research was conducted through questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kasumatama Mitra Selaras, which is an outsourcing company with a total of 37 respondents. This questionnaire calculation with the technique of calculating the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression equations. With the SPSS 21 application, the correlation coefficient results are 0.650 and the results are categorized as strong. the determination coefficient can be seen that 0.422 or 42.2% of PT Kusumatama Mitra Selaras performance variables can be influenced by the training variable and the remaining 57.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation table of the regression equation can be obtained the equation is Y = 13.155 + 0.662 X. From the equation of the function it can be said that if training is constant or is 0 then Y (Performance) is equal to 13.155 with a regression coefficient of 0.662.

Abstract

The new mass media that have emerged can have a positive effect on the business world. Entrepreneurs can more easily get their product trought the media, especially television. Product can be better known to the public if they use different ads in terms of attracting consumers’ attention, ads with an element of humor are one way that advertiserscan use to attract potential customers. Quality and service for product is one of determining factors in term of consumer loyality. By using path analysing methods research on the influence of humor advertising and customer loyalty on product purchase decision can be found. If the quality offerd is good and the service is satisfactory, consumers will purchase the product in the future.Keywords: humor ads, customers loyalty, buying decision

Abstract

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

Abstract

Managing human resources is one of the important elements in any company organization or institute activities. On scope of human resources management there are various human resources activities were an act of taken to provide and maintaining performance adequate for the organization. Through performance assessment be used as a stage of work evaluation that can enhance the quality of employees and produces accurate information behavior and performance of members of the organization. This final project is a qualitative descriptive study with method of observation, interviews, and method of documentation. Implementation of performance assessment at Human Resources and General Affair conducted at the end of the year with calculate the element of SKP and work behavior as well as two additional elements, additional duties and creativity. Based on the result of research concerning the performance assessment results period of January-December 2017, for the highest SKP performance assessment is 96 and the lowest is 83 and the highest assessment of work behavior 90 and the lowest 76, the highest average value is 89.84. The method used in performance assessment is rating scale. Keywords: Performance Appraisal

Abstract

Compensation is one of the important aspect at the company, because it will increase the employees's motivation during their working time. The employee who get compention will  feels like their ability was recognised and appreciated by the company, with the result that makes them more hsrd working. The aim of this research was to identify  the effect of compentation toward performance of the teachers at the Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jatiwaringin X Bekasi. This research used description quantitative with questioner instrument 30 respondents. The sampling technique that used was saturated sampling. There are several techniques that used on this research, such as coefficient correlation test, coefficient determination test, and regression, all od the datas were analyzed by SPSS version 21. The result showed a positive effect between compentation and teacher's performance. The bound of compentation and teacher's performance got R= 0,493 as its result, it could be classified as the strong category. While, the effect of compentation toward teacher's performance was KD=0,493 equal with 49,3%, and the regression was Y=15,697 + 0,592x, the b value was 0,592 which is indicated that the increasing 1 point of work compentation will  increase 0,592 point of teacher's

Abstract

Quality control on reject products at PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in Bekasi is quite good, because it is in accordance with the theory of quality control, at least reject products can be minimized. Documents that are available are functioning properly by HR and the functions of the relevant division are still not maximal in carrying out their duties and authority in quality control in reject products. There are still obstacles. Machine factors that cause the production of goods with reject short material, incomplete documents that hamper the production process goods, as well as unintentional errors in data recording and processing, the solutions that have been made by PT. Yasufuku Indonesia in overcoming these obstacles is as follows: Provide guidance on the types of raw materials to users so that users understand the types of raw materials needed and separate the place of raw materials by type, Make a different identity or lot card for each type of raw material production , from the identity color or lot card and the place where the identity or lot card is separated each type, Solution to overcome unintentional errors in the production process of goods so that the product is rejected because of several factors including creating work instructions and installing them on each table or production machine and giving directives to all machine users to follow the standards of the machine production process procedures.
