Abstract

Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an index number indicates the price level of commodity and services must be purchase by consumers inone period. The purpose of the research is to analyze macroeconomics impact to CPI on variable Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation as variables. Data used in this research was taken from Central Statistics Agency Indonesia and The Central Bank of The Republic of Indonesia. The result from F test shows significant relationship in Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation to CPI. Meanwhile t test shows there is no significant relationship between Money Supply and USD Exchange Rate to CPI, while significant relationship Interest Rate of Credit and Inflation to CPI. Based on Adjuted R Square; Interest Rate of Credit, Money Supply, USD Exchange Rate, and Inflation towards to CPI is 65.6% while the rest of it 34.4% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The importance of employee training and development programs are becoming a necessity for companies who want to increase the capabilities, knowledge, and experience of the employees in the company. Issues that arise in training and development undertaken by the company often have yet to match the needs of the company, and an individual assignment so  that it does not support the work achievement and career employees. PT Visi Sukses Bersama working to improve employee productivity by conducting employee training and deplopement program for 3 (three) months, its aim is go that employees who have been selected in stage of recruitmen and selection exercise his duties well and reduce errors or gaps in the knowlege owned by the employees. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation study. Procedures training in PT Visi Sukses Bersama using methods on the job training (rotation position, training, internship and job supply). To assess the programmes that had been held by PT Visi Sukses Bersama, then held an evaluation regarding training and deveploment, whether the targets that have been set are achieved or not.

Abstract

To improve realibility and air worThere are several factors that could lead supply chain effectively, like information systems, implementation standard operating procedures and distribution network. Maintenance of air plane can be go efferective and efficient to support supply chain such as system Information,standard operating procedure,supply chain. The factor of regulation in an airlines not only involved by employees in their work environment but also support by the tight of regulation itself. The objective of this paper is to finding out whether three of factor above have impacting supply chain effectively (as partial and collective) and also define what factor that strongest affecting supply chain effectively. This study is a survey to test the hypothesis of the influence between Management Information Systems, standard operating procedures and distribution networks on the effectiveness of supply chain in the airlines PT. Lion Mentari Airlines, and the results of the survey through the questionnaire were analyzed through hypothesis testing carried out by the method of correlation and regression. the results of the analysis and testing in the study of the factors that influence the supply chain effectiveness in PT Lion Mentari Airlines, the following conclusions are obtained, the analysis shows a significant influence between management information systems on supply chain effectiveness, which means that the higher the effectiveness of information systems Management, the higher the supply chain operational effectiveness. This shows that information systems can help activities and improve the achievement of operational objectives for the company.

Abstract

Kecurangan seperti korupsi dan berbagai skandal keuangan terjadi akhir-akhir ini, membuat whistleblowing dianggap perlu untuk meminimalkan kecurangan tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap tindakan whistleblowing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kausalitas, metode yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang melalui  kuesioner pada auditor pemerintah (auditor internal) yang bekerja di Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Provinsi Jakarta. Total responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh temuan sebagai berikut: (1) komitmen organisasi simultan dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tindakan whistleblowing, (2) komitmen organisasional parsial dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap tindakan whistleblowing, (3) organisasional parsial iklim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tindakan whistleblowing. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi, semakin tinggi pula tindakan whistleblowing.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool between members of the community which produced by human utterances. The purpose of language is to convey the intent and willingness to the other person. Education plays an important role in preparing quality human resources. Therefore education should be managed, both in quality and quantity. This can be achieved if students can complete their education on time with good learning outcomes.The data shows that many high school students are poor skilled in English. The main factor for the success of students in the learning process is the teacher. How a teacher delivers teaching material so that students succeed in mastering the material presented is the responsibility of the teacher itself. A teacher's professional competence is a set of abilities that must be possessed by a teacher so that he can carry out his teaching tasks successfully The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of student perceptions on teacher competence and confidence in English language skills  The research method used is the survey method. In this study a sample of 90 students was taken. The technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to objects that will be examined using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between students' perceptions of teacher competence and confidence in English skills.

Abstract

Abstract  - In the organization of good service of efficient and efficient activities. The better the service will affect the level of satisfaction felt by the community. These efforts will increase higher. Enforcement of discipline makes work more effective and efficient. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by digging data using techniques, interviews and questionnaires. Test the instrument using Product Moment's expression and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach's. Hypothesis test consists of simple regression test and multiple regression test. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive relationship between Quality of Service to Satisfaction Society with rx1y = 0,594; r2x1y = 0.353; t count (8,196)> t table (1,979) at 5% significance level. (2) positive condition between Work Discipline to Satisfaction of Society with rx2y = 0,59; r2x2y = 0.359; t arithmetic (8.298)> t table (1.979) at a significance level of 5%. (3). Conditions and Discipline Against Satisfaction of Society with Ry(1,2) = (0,671); R2y (1,2) = (0,450) F value count (49,989)> F table (3,07) at 5% significance level. Keywords: Service Quality, Work Discipline, Public Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study discusses the motivation and development of entrepreneurial spirit Kridatama Polytechnic Bandung students request an understanding of entrepreneurship as a whole. The method used in this study is qualitative data which is presented in the form of words, not in the form of numbers, from this study are students of the third semester of the Entrepreneurship Course at Kridatama Polytechnic Bandung who gathered 98 students. The results of the discussion addressed that the Kridatama Polytechnic Bandung Students did not yet have the confidence needed and the development of entrepreneurial motivation. From the interviews of Kridatama Polytechnic students, they needed a lot of entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship seminars and Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students who still needed a lot of information for the development of entrepreneurial spirit. The Kridatama Polytechnic that has been formed comes from the first skills that shape mental attitudes, form superior personalities who are good at initiating and can coordinate their business activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial ratios on stock returns, either individually per variable or effect simultaneously. This study is causal comparative, by knowing the relationship and the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is in Indonesian cement companies that has already go public.This research is based on the fact that the secondary data obtained from the Jakarta Stock Exchange during the five years, namely 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. The data analysis was conducted using pooled cross-section time series, with eviews 8 program. Result of hypothesis examination showed that of the six hypotheses proposed, assuming a confidence level (α = 5%), there is an accepted hypothesis and assumptions are used when the confidence level (α = 10%), there are two hypotheses are accepted. At the 5% level of confidence accepted hypothesis is the hypothesis 2 (there is influence between solvency ratio on stock returns). At the 10% confidence level accepted hypothesis is the hypothesis 2 (there is influence between solvency ratio on stock returns) and hypothesis 3 (there is the influence of the ratio of activity on stock returns). Furthermore, with a confidence level (α = 5%), then the hypothesis is rejected hypothesis 1, hypothesis 3, hypothesis 4, hypothesis 5 and hypothesis 6.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis where it is assumed that the variable Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has an influence on the Employee Performance of the Dompet Dhuafa Republika Foundation in Jakarta. The results obtained state that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation have an influence on employee performance by 54.2%. Organizational Culture Variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. From the results of the study, it is expected that in the future, the application of organizational culture will be further enhanced so that it is truly pervasive and imbued by every individual in the dhuafa wallet. In addition, it is necessary to develop employees in the form of rewards and clear rewards, both in the form of material rewards and career advancements and increasing knowledge in accordance with employee achievements to generate high motivation from their employees.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Indonesia has a relatively high growth rate, large population, poverty, a young age structure, and uneven population distribution. a large population is a basic capital in achieving national development goals if improper management will cause problems in the field of employment. High levels of unemployment have an impact on the informal sector which can overcome these problems. Informal sector activities usually occur in very densely populated areas that are concentrated in urban areas. Less formal education, untrained and lack of access to capital, resulting in low income in the formal sector. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the seller's income that have a dominant influence on income. This study uses primary data taken from 50 respondents with the census method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that business experience and capital greatly affect the seller's income. This study also shows that business experience is the most influential factor in the sellers' income compared to other factors. To increase the income of traditional sellers, the right business strategy is needed by providing training, coaching, and counseling so that traditional sellers can provide excellent service to buyers.
