Abstract

STMIK Cikarang is an educational institution with teaching experience (tacit) teaching. Tacit is owned by teachers or lecturers poured or documented on teaching materials or explicit knowledge materials such as modules, slides, ltm, syllabus and sap. Transfer of knowledge done by lecturers or lecturers with students should be done in a discussion forum which at this time does not exist yet and can not be uploaded or downloaded by the students. Knowledge management system as learning distance learning media is an effective way to overcome the problem of sharing and transfer of knowledge in STMIK Cikarang. System development method used is prototyping model. Validation test using Focus Group Discussion. Software quality is tested by adopting 4 charteristics of ISO 9126 with characteristics of functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency. The results obtained from this research is Prototype KMS as a learning media distance learning based website that can be applied well with good quality testing so it can be a solution to improve mastery of knowledge in teaching and learning activities. Evidenced by the results of software testing with the adoption of 4 karasteristik ISO 9126 with the aspect of functionality generate percentage of 80.42% with good criteria, then the reliability aspects with percentage of 79.56% with good criteria, usability aspect with the percentage of 83.17% with good criteria and efficiency aspect with percentage 86,89% with very good criterion. Abstract

Pelaksanaan ujian pada SMP Saronggi 2 masih menggunakan cara lama  dimana guru akan membagikan soal dan lembar jawaban yang akan digunakan oleh siswa dalam menjawab soal. Untuk menggandakan soal dan lembar jawaban diperlukan banyak kertas. Setelah ujian , guru membutuhkan waktu untuk pemeriksaan dan rekap nilai ujian minimal 2 sampai 3 hari.  Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem  sebagai alternative dalam penyelenggaraan ujian agar lebih efektif dan efesien. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi komputer pelaksanaan ujian pada SMP 2 Saronggi dapat dilaksanakan secara online. Ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapatkan seperti penggunaan kertas yang banyak dapat dikurangi , hasil Nilai ujian dapat langsung dilihat oleh guru serta menekan tindakan kecurangan oleh siswa seperti mencontek pada saat ujian . Rancang Bangun pembuatan aplikasi ujian online menggunakan metode web Site Design Method (WSDM). Melalui pendekatan pengguna yang terpusat dalam pengembangan website dan pemenuhan akan informasi dari kelompok pengguna yang telah ditentukan. Pengujian website dilakukan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi software WAPT 9.7. dalam pengujian ini akan didapatkan informasi kehandalan kinerja dengan tingkat keberhasilan user berhasil hit akses dan masuk kesistem dengan waktu 1,43 detik dan penggunaan data bandwith per user memiliki waktu 2,91 kbit/s Untuk pengiriman data dan waktu respon minimal 0,56 detik, dan waktu maksimal 2,5 detik . sedangn untuk waktu rata-rata diterirna 0,60 detik.  pada aplikasi ujian Online SMP 2 Saronggi.

Abstract

The Java Chess game is a traditional Java Chess game, which uses a 3x3 scale board game size and is played by 2 (two) players. Each player has a number of pawns as many as 3 (three) pieces are arranged horizontally. The win-ning condition can be achieved, if one player succeeds in preparing the first third vertically, diagonally or horizon-tally in the opposite position. Around the 1980s The game was known by the people of Indonesia. However, in the Year 2018, the Indonesian people's attraction on this Game is declining. Because today the Indonesian people pay less attention to the traditional game, instead they are more focused on the game more modern. Therefore, to restore their anthusiasm to the game of Java Chess, one way is to digitize the game. To make it happen, researchers use the Minimax Algorithm as Artificial Intelligence on Java Chess game. Researchers use Web Programming Language, which is HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) in designing Minimax implementation simulation Application on Java-Based Chess game.

Abstract

Cepatnya perkembangan teknologi tersebut diikuti dengan mudahnya dalam mengakses internet yang dapat dipergunakan banyak orang baik untuk sosial media, penjualan serta informasi berbasis internet. Seiring dengan itu perkembangan penjualan berbasis internet melaju pesat di Indonesia dan sangat disenangi oleh masyarakat karena kemudahan dan kecepatan yang ditawarkan membuat penjualan online banyak diminati. Sehingga mendorong penulis untuk membangun dan merancang sebuah penjualan online. Web yang disuguhkan adalah sebuah penjualan online yang menjual souvenir pernikahan yang terdiri dari berbagai menu yang memudahkan pembeli ataupun penjual dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall yaitu perencanaan sistem, desain sistem, penulisan kode, pengujian sistem dan pemeliharaan web yang baik agar dapat dikembangkan dan untuk memudahkan pembeli dalam menggunakan penjualan online.  Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem Informasi, Penjualan Souvenir Pernikahan

Abstract

Sales information system is a system that processes data and transactions of the entire business activities consisting of the sale of goods or services. With the advancement of technology, demands the importance of information in every company so that information can be obtained quickly, precisely and accurately. The existence of a computerized system is expected to help all the difficult work done to be easy to do in order to get good results from before. In connection with that, according to the author on CV. Evamas requires the existence of an information  system  that  supports  and  provide  satisfactory  service  for  the customer. For this research,  the author discusses the furniture sales information system on the CV. Evamas that has not been computerized. The system contained in the CV. Evamas is still done manually, ranging from sales procedures, payment procedures and reporting procedures. Computerized system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in the CV. Evamas. Therefore, with the design of a computerized system better than the manual system to run more effectively and efficiently so that the sales process in the store better than the previous system.

Abstract

Pratama Umi Rahma Clinic is located at Jalan Asem Jaya No. 116, which is engaged in health. he problems that occur at the Pratama Umi Rahma Clinic are the patient data processing system contained in the Pratama Umi Rahma Clinic, which is currently still carried out with a manual recording system and in making and giving ineffective and efficient reports. Researchers aim to examine and help solve problems faced by Umi Rahma Primary Clinic, namely by designing a patient data management information system. he method used in the construction of information systems at the Pratama Clinic Umi Rahma is using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to facilitate the writer in building and developing systems and using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling using the Java programming language. The information system created is expected to help the Pratama Umi Rahma Clinic in improving health services and organizational performance, as well as in the administration section as a patient data processor.

Abstract

The ability to use e-mail as essential to the ability to use the phone. E-mail system is very important thatmany people would complain if the e-mail system can not waste bekerja.E-mail (SPAM) is a problem almostall Internet users and the various efforts to control has been done. Without knowing the factors that causethe occurrence of SPAM, then this problem will still continue. This paper set forth an analysis of SPAM withSMTP Method I, to find fault in the system and the significant factors that cause other Spam.Analisisontology of the system architecture of e-mail describing the parts and systems so that such connectednesscan identify system weaknesses. Then all the significant factors associated with each other by relations ofcausality and proven method SMTPI messages sent by SMTP will be sent in the queue. SMTP will avoidreplying to the message from the queue if connected to a remote machine .. is the use of filtering solutionsthat are considered quite effective from the technical point of view. filtering is essentially aimed at helpinge-mail recipients to filter (select) which automatically e-mail right from spam e-mail, saving time andtenaga.Hasil analysis showed that not only technical factors such as the architecture of e-mail system andauthentication process that factors in SPAM, but also other factors such as less sweeping application ofsecurity policy (security policy), and economic factors such as cost of sending an e-mail is low.Keyword: E-mail, Spam, E-mail filter,SMTPI Methodics

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to find the dominant factors which correlate and influence the level of technology acceptance, particularly Web-Based Employee Information System to its end users, of which are the employees of Bina sarana Informatika (BSI), and to know how an accepted model of new technology in a form of Web-Based Employee Information System is emplemented in a tertiary education institution.The Web-Based Employee Information System used in this study is one of information systems implemented by BSI, all of which were web-based designed that require an internet browser, such as: Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. It is computer-accessible to employees both from within or outside BSI campus since the system is connected with local computer network via both intranet as well as internet facilities. This Web-based Employee Information System, which is stored in a webserver of the Internet, has a domain address “bsi.ac.id” and it is accessible via BSI website at http://www.bsi.ac.id. Some facilities available are: employee data processing, academic service, prospective students information, courses and programs, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.The instrument for this study is questioner with Semantic Differential Scale ranging from 1 to 7, representing answers ranging from ‘extremely disagree’ to ‘extremely agree’. This study also makes use of both Technology Accepted Model (TAM) to describe the relationship between factors influencing the use of Web-Base Employee Information System and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyse data. The software used are AMOS and SPSS for Mindows 16.0.1 version.The result of this study is useful for identifying and putting in mind the role of Web-Based Employee Information System, which is accessible at http://www.bsi.ac.id, as a facility to support employees’ working accomplishment.Key words : Web-Based Employee Information System, Technology Accepted Model (TAM), Structural Equations Modelling (SEM), Analysis of MOment Structure (AMOS)

Abstract

At the time a development project application systems are often responsible for the projectconstraints of time needed to complete the project itself, where the time is set based on the approximateduration of each activity that must be done according to the plan changes from manejement. Based onthe problems, then a solution is required to determine the activities which can be complete. Thepurpose of writing this journal is to provide a solution in overcoming the problems associated with theacceleration time of a project application development system, while the purpose of writing thisjournal is to apply methods of PERT and CPM in the age of speed or time required in completing aproject according to the age plan (UREN). Research methods that do the authors use the method ofstudy literature, and descriptive method by using the table-table operational variables.
