This study describe, as well as analyze Comparative Political Marketing Theory 4p According Niffenegger and 3p According to Adman Nursal. The first is the marketing of politics that uses the theory of market approach strategy (Nursal 2004) called 3P terms are Pull Marketing, Push marketing, and Pass marketing. Then the second is marketing politics using marketing mix or marketing mix (Niffenneger 1989), known as 4P, product, promotion, price and place. This article will discuss the differences and similarities of both theories. Political marketing has been used as a winning strategy. Many of these strategies have their own to be well received by the public. Marketing concepts adapted in politics used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ideological transfers and work programs, from contestants to the public in a campaign. In this study researchers used literature study method. The literature study used library data collection methods, reading and recording, as well as managing research materials. The results of the study show that both theories can complement each other in the field. Niffenneger's theory for understanding political marketing maps. While Adman Nursery's theory is more about candidate promotion techniques at the grassroots.

This study is aimed at describing and analyzing the Role of Civil Society in Delivering Information Independent Village as well as constraints - constraints faced by the Group of Rural Community information Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Beringin District Deli Serdang.Villagers Pasar V Kebun Kelapa have a low level of education. The survey results revealed that the role of Communities for Information Group (KIM) Village Pasar V Kebun Kelapa until now has not run well. Poverty is one of the fundamental problems at the moment. Community Information group has a role that can be grouped into five activities, namely: As a facilitator for the community, as a partner of the local government, as an absorber and the voice of the people, as pelancaraan flow of information, and as an information terminal for community. By using qualitative analysis methods, namely by way depict or describe in a systematic, factual and accurate information about the facts - facts, nature - the nature and relationship investigated is expected to realize a community that is active and sensitive to information, as well as creating a network of two-way communication media information with connect a community group with other groups in order to empower each other.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam penyusunan Peraturan Desa (Perdes) di Desa Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Kec. Beringin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan lebih banyak pada observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian di atas adalah (1) Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Pasar V Kebun Kelapa dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan Peraturan Desa masih belum dilaksanakan dengan optimal, hal ini dilihat dari hasil penelitian ditemukan kendala seperti kurangnya fasilitas dan sosialisasi, serta pedoman teknis yang seharusnya diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang (2) Faktor-Faktor penghambat yang paling besar dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan BPD terhadap Pemerintahan Desa Pasar V Kebun Kelapa adalah: Tunjangan dari anggota BPD, fasilitas, dan pemahaman tentang tugas dan fungsi BPD dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa, serta faktor-faktor lainnya, seperti sikap mental, dan faktor adat/kekeluargaan yang ada.

Politically, Kelantan is unique compared to other states in Malaysia. Manifestations of the doctrine of competition between UMNO and PAS occurred in this last fortress of the Malay states (the last bastions of Malayness). Different political doctrines has caused relations between PAS-led Kelantan State Government and Federal Government, the UMNO-led Alliance, is always hot. But the doctrine of competition began to simmer down, upon the occurrence of the May 13, 1969 event, which allows both parties to come up with a government known as the PAS-Alliance Coalition Government (1973-1974) and later to be replaced by the Barisan Nasional (National Front) Government in 1974. PAS position in the National Front only lasted for three and a half years, when a political turmoil brewed up and has caused the party's expulsion. The expulsion of PAS from the National Front has caused the defeat of PAS to lose Kelantan State Legislative Assembly in the 1978 General Election. This provides the opportunity to the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional to rule Kelantan for 12 years and engage itself in extensive political strategies to defend its position from being constantly attacks by the PAS opposition quarters. However, due to some internal and external problems in the UMNO, PAS has won back the administration of the state of Kelantan by winning State Legislative Assembly in the 1990 general election.

This paper aims to determine the role of the Advocate in Law Enforcement and to identify constraints faced in enforcing the law, especially in defending a client in Medan Regional Government. Government lawyers in Medan in particular the Organization of the Indonesian Advocates Association (AAI) Medan Branch was instrumental in law enforcement, and is part of the Chess House of Law Enforcement consisting of police, prosecutors and judges. Advocates also defined in the Act No. 18 Year 2003 concerning Advocates increasingly providing high integrity and respect for the legal profession. Although in running role as an advocate there are constraints faced by such clients who are not able to give evidence in court proceedings, so the influence of the Mafia, clashed with police, and costs without cost that is often not up to the people who need no adverse effect advocates in their role as a law enforcer. Therefore, in this case it was clear that the Advocate has been carrying out its role well in accordance with the rules of the applicable law.

The purpose of this study was to determine program effectiveness empower street children and street children empowerment program that has been done in the House of Music on Foundations of Urban Social Working Group (KKSP). The study population was the whole street children in the House of Music - KKSP who move the red light intersection Simpang Pos totaling 193 street children. Samples were taken 10% of the number of street children that 20 street children. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Instrument filtering the data used were interviews and observation and tabulation of the data contained in a single tabulation. From this research, the writer can say that the empowerment of street children has been done in the House of Music - KKSP have some kind of empowerment programs such as the field of non-formal education, the arts of music and sports. Program services in the field of non-formal education and the art of music in its implementation has been effective because it has been the achievement of each of these programs. While services in the field of exercise undertaken by the manager of street children is still not effective. Limitations fasilisas and supplies to make street children prefer to practice the skills of music rather than sports.

The purpose of this study identified the activities of the Family Planning Village Population, Family Planning and Family Development program in Middle Aceh District. The study location were grouped according to the Geographic Difficulties Index of the Central Bureau of Statistics. Research data collection uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, documentation, and observations with the Village Head / Geuchik (informant 1), extension / coach of the Family Planning Village (informant 2), and management of the Family Planning Village (informant 3). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of family planning village activities in the village is of high difficulty and is not difficult geographically has been relatively active, namely the management and mentor and companion of the family planning village to work well and directed, while the villages with moderate difficulty level geographically less active. Generally, the activities of the Family Planning Village carried out are posyandu, posbindu, elderly gymnastics and other activities. The activities of the Prosperous Family Income Improvement Group are also not yet implemented, where the activity is expected to empower the village community economically. Cross-sectoral activities have also not been implemented and coordinated well, it seems that there is no program that can be felt directly even though the commitment at the beginning of the declaration has been carried out.
