Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the condition of family planning movement in terms of age, education, occupation, culture, and service quality of family planning acceptors in Parlondut Village, Pangururan District, Samosir District. The population is a married couples (PUS) who have been married for at least 5 years and already have children, and the sample is 40 people. Data collection techniques use interview lists and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Result: 1) Most of EFA (47,50%) have married age 25-29 years old with number of children more than two people, 2) In general, EFA (55,00%) have high school education with children more than 2 people 3 ) In general (37.50%) EFA mothers work in non-agricultural sectors as fish, tailor, IRT, traders, weavers with more than 2 children, 4) Batak culture has an influence in the EFA mindset about value and the number of children as the successor of the clan (100%) 5) there are 6 Quality of acceptor service of KB which influence to the non-success of family planning movement that is less appropriate method of contraception in the form of injection (35,00%) on self recommendation (67,50%) , less effective service mechanism performance (82,50%) with non-routine socialization / counseling (1-9 times in a year), so that the number of EFAs who have children more than 2 people and unable to follow family planning movement.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to understand the emergence of hashtag#2019ChangePresident and the political orientation of the new voters face the 2019 Presidential Election. Hashtag#2019 ChangePresident through social media, t-shirts, stickers, as well as declaration of the hashtag#2019ChangePresident in various regions in Indonesia. Hashtag#2019ChangePresident is a coercion of opinion, Anti-incumbent sentiments and deconstruction of President Incumbent's success stories in the 2019 Presidential Election. This movement targets Beginner Voters and productive age who live in urban areas. The main problem in this research is the hashtag#2019ChangePresident has an impact on the political orientation of the new voters facing the 2019 Presidential Election? The theory used is the strategic speaker from Lee and Pinker. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interview techniques and Likert Scale questionnaire distribution to 100 research informants. The results showed that the hashtag#2019ChangePresident impacted 17 percent of research informants. The contribution of this study confirms that the hashtag#2019ChangePresident has an impact as a means of driving opinions to strengthen the Anti-incumbent sentiment and deconstruction of the incumbent president's success stories.

Abstract

Status is a state or position (person, entity, etc.) to do with the public sekitar. UU 12 2006 that legislation governing citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia. Citizens are people as part of a population that is becoming an element of the state. Citizenship is a membership that shows the relationship between the citizen or bond with other residents. This research aims to determine the citizenship status of ethnic Chinese after the Law No. 12 of 2006 on Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia and the implementation of Law No. 12 of 2006 on ethnic Chinese. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods were implemented in the district of Medan Sunggal Medan. Data collection tool used in this study was the observation and dissemination angket. Jumlah population in this study were 285 households and the determined sample is 20% of the total population that is 57 families. After conducting research and data processing can be concluded after the birth or the Law No. 12 of 2006 on Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia ethnic Chinese community in the Village VII Environmental Lalang Sunggal district of Medan Medan city have Indonesian citizenship status.

Abstract

Community participation in the use of voting rights becomes the most important indicator of the success of regional elections. However, the recapitulation result of PILGUBSU year 2018 shows the participation rate of the city of Medan as big 55.80%, so not achieved target of KPU Medan City for 78% and community participation of Medan Maimun subdistrict only 48.12% which makes the participation lowest of the 21 subdistricts in the city of Medan. This research aims to analyze the political participation of the city of Medan in PILGUBSU in 2018 (case study: community of subdistricts Medan Maimun. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive. Analysis of data used refers to the opinion of Milles and Huberman among others: data reduction, display data and draw conclusions. The results showed first, the hierarchy of political participation of the subdistricts community. Medan Maimun is dominated by participation in the giving of votes and apathy total. Secondly, the factors influencing community participation in PILGUBSU year 2018 are: Political consciousness, belief in government, social status and economic status, political affiliation of parents and organizational experience.

Abstract

Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan yang dilakukan oleh anak yang masih di bawah umur atau anak yang masih dalam lindungan Undang-Undang adalah suatu tindakan yang tidak terpuji, sikap jahat anak itu timbul atau datang dari abad ke abad tidak perna hilang atau lepas dari dari kehidupan anak itu sendiri. Kejahatan anak itu sendiri datang dari pergaulan dalam lingkuan rumah tempat tinggal atau adanya faktor-faktor yang datang dari luar seperti modernisasi. Penanggulangan terhadap anak berhadapan dengan hukum dalam tindak pidana penganiayaan dilakukan sedini mungkin melalui tindakan-tindakan yang bijaksana setelah mengetahui sebab-sebab terhadap anak berhadapan dengan hukum dalam tindak pidana penganiayaan yang sebagian besar adalah kaum anak/remaja. Disamping itu perlu diungkapkan sebab-sebab munculnya para pelaku tindak pidana serta beberapa sebab yang ada kaitannya dengan bidang sosial, ekonomi kultural dan mental. Kemudian perlu dipahami akibat-akibat negatif yang membahayakan bagi pelakunya serta dampak yang pasti merugikan dan meresahkan kehidupan masyarakat. Secara global upaya penanggulangan terhadap anak berhadapan dengan hukum dalam tindak pidana penganiayaan dapat dilakukan secara moralistik dan abolionistik.

Abstract

Artikel ini disusun dilatarbelakangi pengelolaan Dana Desa tidak tepat sasaran dan penggunaannya belum optimal. Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis dampak pengelolaan dan penggunaan  Dana Desa terhadap pembangunan daerah. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Hasil analisis  menunjukkan; pengelolaan dan penggunaan Dana Desa tidak memberi dampak signifikan bagi pertumbuhan pembangunan daerah dan program pembangunan Desa tidak sinkron dengan kebijakan pembangunan Daerah (RPJM Daerah). Dampak ini disebabkan : a. Desa memiliki kewenangan luas dalam menentukan rencana programnya, b. Daerah kurang memiliki wewenang mengintegrasikan kebijakan program pembangunan. Untuk mengintegrasikan program pembangunan Desa sinkron dengan kebijakan pembangunan Daerah diperlukan intervensi regulation Pemerintah Daerah guna mengarahkan program Desa mengacu pada kebijakan pembangunan Daerah.

Abstract

Lubukpakam city as one of the participants of the small town, which managed to achieve and maintain adipura 6 (six) consecutive times including in 2013. This program is the development of adipura (1986-1997), which had been halted because of the economic crisis, because the conditions of urban environment tends to decrease since the termination of the program in 1997, after about five (5) years of stalled chart shows a decrease in the level of cleanliness quite dramatically between the cities participants. Issues raised in this study were: (1) lack of attention to the current Subdistrict Section Adipura Cleanliness obtained a city; (2) The role of the District Cleanliness is part of the cutting edge in getting Adipura lack of facilities and infrastructure in cleanliness; (3) Lack of cooperation provided by the community in efforts to improve environmental hygiene. The results of this study indicate that in order to maintain the cleanliness of the environment must be equipped with a high awareness within the community without waiting Verse, do not clean city solely to maintain the cleanliness of the environment, but it is clean city as an effort to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics which we galakkan because cleanliness is part of faith. So with the clean city is a motivation to raise public awareness in keeping the environment respectively.

Abstract

Pada penulisan ini, penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deliserdang, tentang bagaimana peran kecamatan dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peran kecamatan dalam pembangunan infrakstrukur jalan di kecamatan beringin, di mulai dari penyusunan program kegiatan pembangunan yang diadakan ditingkat desa, dimana masing-masing desa melaksanakan Musrenbangdes. Hasil Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan Desa (MusrenbangDes) tersebut diajukan kepada pemerintah kecamatan sebagai acuan kegiatan musyawarah rencana pembangunan (musrenbang) tingkat kecamatan. Peran kecamatan sangat menentukan dalam perencanaan kegiatan prioritas utama yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat, sebab hasil musrenbang tersebut diajukan kepada Satuan Perangkat Kerja Daerah (SKPD) untuk dapat dianggarkan dan direalisasikannya pembangunan tersebut.

Abstract

This paper aims to find a resolution in overcoming the phenomenon of the rise of money politics that occurs before general elections in Indonesia. With the decline of money politics in the run-up to the general election, it will automatically reduce the number of corruption, collusion and nepotism which are still high and can attract competent and trustworthy leaders and representatives in carrying out their duties as servants of the people. By conducting qualitative descriptive research, researchers collect data and explore the real conditions that exist in society regarding the money politics phenomenon and try to find the right solution. The establishment of anti-money politics villages in several villages in Yogyakarta is a recent breakthrough as political education in rural communities which has been shown to be able to reduce the number of money politics drastically in the lead up to general elections. Political education through the establishment of anti-money politics villages can increase the understanding and political awareness of the public even though the community resources are still low. Other regions in Indonesia that are prone to money politics need to emulate the application of anti-money politics village as the latest political education model to realize good democracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to the shape of economic activities done around the community in Kuala Langsa Ports. This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Langsa by taking a sample of 30% of the total population (159 families) are directly related to the economic activity of the port of Kuala Langsa. Data collection techniques used is indirect communication, in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained in the qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) There are five (5) Economic Activity form communities do in Port of Kuala Langsa namely Fishermen, port workers 14 23.73%, 8.47% Employees harbor, 16.95% and 8.47 Trader % nautical travel services provider, 76.27% of them claimed to have a sideline to boost economic activity pendapaatan. Then 18.64% of the people have an average income per month exceeds UMP Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, while 81.36% is below the UMP Aceh or are classified as poor. (2) Of the five forms of economic activity that is done, when seen an increase in the average income before and after switching livelihood, there are 3 groups of economic activity that have increased the average income of the port employees, vendors and service providers of marine tourism and two groups of activity other economic decline average income.
