Fokus tulisan ini tentang tingkat pendidikan anak nelayan yang di dalamnya adalah adanya upaya orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anaknya kejenjang yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu juga pandangan orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak dan juga mengenai berbagai fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat nelayan. Fenomena anak nelayan yang terjadi pada usia sekolah yang ikut bekerja di laut juga tidak ketinggalan untuk diamati. Masalah tingkat pendidikan anak dan persepsi atau pandangan orang tua mengenai pendidikan anak di perkampungan nelayan, pada umumnya hanya sampai tingkat SMP. Hal ini dikarenakan pendapatan nelayan yang diperoleh setiap bulannya berbedaâbeda tergantung pada kondisi alam, sehingga hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab dari tingkat pendidikan para nelayan sangat rendah sehingga kesadaran terhadap pendidikan anak juga masih sangat minim. Mereka beranggapan bahwa sekolah bukan sesuatu hal yang menjanjikan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaaan yang lebih baik. Pada umumnya nelayan. Didukung juga oleh kehidupan mereka yang konsumtif dan tidak beriorentasi kemasa depan, hal tersebut terlihat dalam kehidupan sehariâhari yang bersifat boros dan hanya memikirkan kehidupan sesaat saja.

This study aims to determine the performance camat in the governance and education, which refers to PP RI No.19 / 2008. Researchers used descriptive method implemented in the District Percut Sei Tuan. The sample was the whole population is with 37 employees and only have a single variable: the implementation of PP RI No.19 / 2008 as a reference to the performance of district head in the governance and education in the District Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang regency. Data collection techniques by observation through the observation either directly or indirectly to the subject under study. In this study the authors conducted interviews with respondents who considered berkopetensi in this study. The results showed that the performance camat in the governance and education, which refers to PP RI No.19 / 2008 can be categorized as good, such as the active role undertaken whenever a meeting / conference with employees and citizens. Often talked about the problem of improving the quality of work and education, an invitation to attend the big day, receiving the proposal / opinion of the district head in the field of government development issues of education, accepted the proposal of the villagers regarding the development of education, and play an active role in. arrangements regarding the education in collaboration with third parties.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kinerja Pemerintah Desa terutama dalam hal kerjasama, kedisiplinan, kreatifitas, tangung jawab serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan hambatan kinerja Pemerintah Desa Bandar Tengah Kecamatan Bandar Khalifah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Permasalahan yang akan diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) kinerja Pemerintah Desa Bandar Tengah Kecamatan Bandar Khalifah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, (2) Hambatan, kendala tugas dan kinerja Pemerintah Desa, (3) Upaya penanggulangan hambatan tugas dan kinerja Pemerintah Desa Bandar Tengah Kecamatan Bandar Khalifah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif sebagai metode analisi data yang mengambil lokasi penelitian pada Kantor Kepala Desa Bandar Tengah Kecamatan Bandar Khalifah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa dan masyarakat desa setempat. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Pemerintah Desa Bandar Tengah Kecamatan Bandar Khalifah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai ditinjau dari proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang mengedepankan kerjasama, kedisiplinan, kreatifitas, dan tanggung jawab belum mampu memberikan pelayanan maksimal yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat

Political parties are organized groups and their members have an orientation, values of the same ideals. The aim is to gain political power and to seize political positions, usually by constitutional means to implement their policies. Thus it can be said that political parties are one of the core instructions and modern democracy. Modern democracy relies on a system called representation (repressentif), whether the representation of formal state institutions such as parliament (DPRD / DPR) and representation of community aspirations in party instructions. Political parties function to seek and teach talented persons to actively participate in political activities as party members thus participate in politics. This is an important role in political parties to provide political education for the community.

This research was conducted at the office of the Library, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang regency, which is located at Jalan Mawar office complex Regent of Deli Serdang. The choice of location or object of research is done deliberately with some specific considerations. One consideration is the location chosen was because of the lack of services provided personnel (employees) in the Office of Libraries, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang that concern for the public interest is reduced. Issues raised in this research are: (1) Lack of library services resulted in low interest of the public to visit the Library, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang, (2) lack of understanding of library employees, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang on excellent service, (3) Not a good implementation of the excellent service at the office of the Library, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang. This study used a qualitative research method, which is used in a study to obtain a qualitatively and will be largely dominated by the words, sentences and descriptions as well as rarely using numerical data, although did not rule out the display tables or graphs to support the completeness of the data.Â

The study aims to help us understand and analyze womens efforts in the policy-making process to increase their political participation in the constitutional and electoral processes. We can also see the extent to which the values rooted in the patriarchal culture in a society and what can be done and reduce them. Affirmative action is carried out in India by applying the system of reservation seats for women in the Indian Parliament. This is done in India is proven to increase the number of women in the Indian Parliament. By the way there are quotas for women as a strategy for accessing the political arena has growing support among MPs. In this study, Indonesia could get a reservation seats of learning about the system is done. To increase the representation in the "area" is very difficult to be touched by a quota system which is run now, it can be done with reservation seats quota to ensure womens representation in parliament.

Pada dasarnya Pemerintahan Desa bukan hanya sebagai kegiatan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi terendah langsung dibawah Camat dan memiliki hak menyelenggarakan rumah tangga sendiri, pemerintahan desa juga merupakan pembina, pengayom dan pelayan kepada masyarakat sangat berperan dalam menunjang mudahnya masyarakat digerakkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam politik desa.Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa mengerti akan tugas-tugasnya dan dekat dengan masyarakat Desa.Akan tetapi masih ada sebagian kecil yang kurang paham akan tugas-tugasnya karena anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa sering tidak mengikuti rapat yang telah diadakan dan kurang memberikan perhatian terhadap masyarakat yang merupakan salah satu tugasnya. Akan tetapi sebagian besar anggota BPD memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana berpartisipasi yang baik dalam partisipasi politik. Memang, masyarakat banyak yang tidak mengerti bagaimana berpartisipasi politik dengan baik bahkan masyarakat tidak tahu apa pengertian dari politik itu karena pendidikan masyarakat tergolong relatif rendah. Dengan adanya BPD, dan mereka telah mensosialisasikan dan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi dalam partisipasi politik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Badan Permusyawaratan Desa berperan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik, karena telah mensosialisasikan dan melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dengan baik

This study aims to find out about the village government performance, especially in terms of cooperation, discipline, creativity, responsibility as well as identify obstacles and barriers to the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. Issues to be raised in this study are: (1) the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang, (2) Barriers, constraints and performance tasks Village Government, (3) prevention efforts and performance bottleneck tasks Village Government Central City Subdistrict Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. This study uses a qualitative description as a method of data analysis that takes research location in Airport Village Head Office Central District of Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. Source of data in this study is the Village Head and local villagers. Data were collected by interviews and documentation. These results indicate that the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang in terms of the gobernance process that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, creativity and responbilities have not been able provide maximum services that fit the needs of the community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kekerasan orang tua terhadap anak di desa Gunung Tua Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailaing Natal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan melakukan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan menyebarkan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1000 kepala keluarga (KK) yang berdomisili di Desa Gunung Tua Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 kepala keluarga (KK). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara tekhnik random sampling atau secara acak. Data hasil observasi, studi dokumentasi dan meyebarkan angket diolah dengan metode deskriptif, dengan tehknik analisis data menggunakan tabel frekuensi. Â Hasil penelitian adalah faktor yang menyebabkan orang tua melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak di daerah penelitian ini disebabkan oleh faktor rendahnya ekonomi, pendidikan, psikologis, dan lingkungan sosial.

Students are an inseparable part for the advancement and development of a civilization of the thinking of a nation. Students must become virus transmitters in social change so that students do not have a distance with the community. This is where students are required to have a great commitment to engage in a change and not as pretentious with various theories of change. What is needed by the intellectuals of students today is to make the knowledge and knowledge to reconstruct and redecorate various ideas of ideas that are not only enjoyed individually but can be held morally accountable so as to affect the pattern of fikir and positive behavior patterns for the community. Transformative thinking is the ultimate goal in which the realization of the civilization of thought is to put science on the goal of its basic principle in which science no longer seeks "for what it is" or "for what it is" but how science is able to translate how science should have a real impact to solve problems that exist in the life of nation and state.
