Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Desa Mburidi dilihat dari: mata pencaharian, produksi, pendidikan, kelembagaan, sarana dan prasarana, teknologi, adat istiadat dan tingkat perkembangan Desa Mburidi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mburidi Kecamatan Kutabuluh Kabupaten Karo. Populasinya adalah seluruh wilayah Desa Mburidi sekaligus sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian (total sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) mata pencaharian adalah di sektor pertanianÂ 62.60 %, (2)Â produksi mencapai di atas 100 juta rupiah pertahun, (3) tingkatÂ pendidikan 60% telah lulus SD bahkan ada beberapa yang sudah menamatkan perguruan tinggi, (4) lembaga yang ada terdiri dari lembaga pemerintahan, lembaga sosial, lembaga pendidikan, lembaga perekonomian, lembaga kesehatan, lembaga adat dan lembaga keagamaan, dan ke 7 lembaga tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik, (5) sarana dan prasarana sudah tersedia lebih dari 4 yaitu sarana dan prasarana transportasi, sarana pendidikan, sarana kesehatan, sarana listrik, sarana komunikasi dan sarana air bersih, (6) penerapan teknologi pertanian sudah diterapkan, (7) upacara adat 4 jenis dilaksanakan yaitu upacara adat perkawinan, kematian, sistem hubungan keluarga dan upacara adat kelahiran bayi.

This study aims to determine the role of the United States Consulate in establishing diplomatic relations between the United States and the Government of Medan in the field of education. The method used in this study is the oral life history method (the method of oral history of life) and descriptive study. Analysis of the data in this study conducted using qualitative analysis that describes the phenomena associated with the role of the US consul in establishing diplomatic relations between the United States and the government of Medan. From data collection and processing is done, it has obtained the following results: the implementation of diplomatic relations between the United States and the Government of Medan in the field of education in 2007-2008 has been going well. And in the implementation Consul of the United States has run the tasks and role as well and not an obstacle. And until now Medan City government has always supported programs that created the American Consulate Consul performance and help the United States to take care of foreign affairs of the United States in the city of Medan. Diplomatic relations could be enhanced if the United States Consul exist socialize with Medan City government.

This research was conducted at the office of the Library, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang regency, which is located at Jalan Mawar office complex Regent of Deli Serdang. The choice of location or object of research is done deliberately with some specific considerations. One consideration is the location chosen was because of the lack of services provided personnel (employees) in the Office of Libraries, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang that concern for the public interest is reduced. Issues raised in this research are: (1) Lack of library services resulted in low interest of the public to visit the Library, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang, (2) lack of understanding of library employees, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang on excellent service, (3) Not a good implementation of the excellent service at the office of the Library, Archives and Documentation Deli Serdang. This study used a qualitative research method, which is used in a study to obtain a qualitatively and will be largely dominated by the words, sentences and descriptions as well as rarely using numerical data, although did not rule out the display tables or graphs to support the completeness of the data.Â

Lubukpakam city as one of the participants of the small town, which managed to achieve and maintain adipura 6 (six) consecutive times including in 2013. This program is the development of adipura (1986-1997), which had been halted because of the economic crisis, because the conditions of urban environment tends to decrease since the termination of the program in 1997, after about five (5) years of stalled chart shows a decrease in the level of cleanliness quite dramatically between the cities participants. Issues raised in this study were: (1) lack of attention to the current Subdistrict Section Adipura Cleanliness obtained a city; (2) The role of the District Cleanliness is part of the cutting edge in getting Adipura lack of facilities and infrastructure in cleanliness; (3) Lack of cooperation provided by the community in efforts to improve environmental hygiene. The results of this study indicate that in order to maintain the cleanliness of the environment must be equipped with a high awareness within the community without waiting Verse, do not clean city solely to maintain the cleanliness of the environment, but it is clean city as an effort to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics which we galakkan because cleanliness is part of faith. So with the clean city is a motivation to raise public awareness in keeping the environment respectively.

The purpose of this research is to know the role of local government in developing the tourism potential of nature and cultural tours in North Tapanuli Regency. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative approach is exemplary. The source of the data in this study there are two primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection is done Field Research (Fieldwork) such as observation, interviews and Library research (Research Libraries). The analysis will be used by the author is descriptive qualitative. The results of research on the role the role of tourism in the development of the potential of tourism in North Tapanuli Regency is dominant as a facilitator as compared with other roles as motivators and dinamisator. The role of the facilitator is seen primarily in terms of the provision of the infrastructure objects are still largely borne by the Fund's channelling aid, a stimulant for people who want to develop a tourism objects, tourism promotion efforts, as well as facilities provided on such third-party investors and entrepreneurs to develop business tourism sights in North Tapanuli Regency.

This paper aims to investigate the influence of education and socioeconomic status of the family head of the environmental health community. Such educational factors influencing knowledge about the family head of environmental health. Revenue also greatly affect each household about the health of the environment. Employment / livelihoods also influences knowledge about environmental health chief. This study aims to find out about the village government performance, especially in terms of cooperation, discipline, creativity, responsibility as well as identify obstacles and barriers to the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. Issues to be raised in this study are: (1) the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang, (2) Barriers, constraints and performance tasks Village Government, (3) prevention efforts and performance bottleneck tasks Village Government Central City Subdistrict Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. This study uses a qualitative description as a method of data analysis that takes research location in Airport Village Head Office Central District of Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang. Source of data in this study is the Village Head and local villagers. Data were collected by interviews and documentation. These results indicate that the performance of the Government of the District Rural Middle Bandar Khalifah Bedagai Serdang in terms of the gobernance process that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, creativity and responbilities have not been able provide maximum services that fit the needs of the community.

This study is aimed at describing and analyzing the Role of Civil Society in Delivering Information Independent Village as well as constraints - constraints faced by the Group of Rural Community information Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Beringin District Deli Serdang.Villagers Pasar V Kebun Kelapa have a low level of education. The survey results revealed that the role of Communities for Information Group (KIM) Village Pasar V Kebun Kelapa until now has not run well. Poverty is one of the fundamental problems at the moment. Community Information group has a role that can be grouped into five activities, namely: As a facilitator for the community, as a partner of the local government, as an absorber and the voice of the people, as pelancaraan flow of information, and as an information terminal for community. By using qualitative analysis methods, namely by way depict or describe in a systematic, factual and accurate information about the facts - facts, nature - the nature and relationship investigated is expected to realize a community that is active and sensitive to information, as well as creating a network of two-way communication media information with connect a community group with other groups in order to empower each other.Â

This study aims to determine (1) the development of land use, (2) growth in population and the development of rural infrastructure covering housing, transport, health, water supply, electricity, telecommunications in Desa Bandar Setia 2004-2009. This research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The population in this study are all Desa Bandar Setia region that includes the physical condition of the area, population, and infrastructure located at Desa Bandar Setia well as a sample. Data processing techniques performed through descriptive method qualitative comparative analysis of 2004-2009 Desa Bandar Setia systematically. The results showed that the development of land use for settlements grew 7 ha (1.94%), reduced wetland 6 ha (1.67%), dry land reduced by 2 ha (0.53%), highways incremented by 1 ha (0.28%); total population of 7,377 inhabitants experiencing growth or a growth rate of 11%; development of infrastructure for housing permanent and semi-permanent increase 849 units, housing non-permanent decreased 212 units, transport increased 772 units, health facilities especially clinic / dispensary increased 3 units, provision of safe water increased 827 units, customer electricity network increased 1,120 units (7.78%), and telecommunications increased 563 units.

This study aims to find out the history of establishment of the Organization of Al Jamiatul Washliyah in Tanah Karo In the year 1938-1967. To know the efforts and role of Al Jamiatul Washliyah in Advancing Education in Tanah Karo. To know that in the Education Process Holds Al Jamiatul Washliyah in Tanah Karo. To obtain the data conducted field research with qualitative descriptive type in Tanah Karo Karo District of Kabanjahe. Data obtained by observation and interview, the informant who qditentukan with purposive sampling. Al Jamiatul Washliyah is an organization engaged in education, propaganda, social and economic empowerment charity keumatan. Doctrine Al Jamiatul Wasliyah entered Karo with the aim to broadcast the Islamic religion sent by the Malay sultanate and the invitation of Islamic preachers to pengislamisasian Tanah Karo Karo people and provide teaching about the true meaning of Islam. Once received by the Karo people, the organization Al Jamiatul Washliyah inaugurated in 1938 in Berastagi initially and so on set in Kabanjahe with the leadership of H. Bahrum Lubis. Until now, the organization Al Jamiatul Washliyah standing and growing. Based on the results of the research findings can be concluded that with the establishment and involvement of the Al Jamiatul Wasliyah in Kabanjahe has helped broadcast the Islamic religion and education in Kabanjahe.
