Abstract

Analisis Tentang Pemenuhan Hak Anak Pasal 14 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Tentang Perlindungan Anak di Desa Malanuza, Kecamatan Golewa, Kabupaten Ngada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan Yuridis Empiris atau termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan tipe penggabungan antara penelitian hukum normatif dengan penelitian hukum sosiologis yang terkait                                                                                                                 pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam dalam perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia pada hakikatnya adalah suatu upaya yang dilakukan oleh orang tua, pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk memenuhi dan menjamin segala hak anak yang telah dijamin dalam konvensi hak anak dan Undang-undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah dalam mengimplementasikan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dalam perspektif hak asasi manusia hendaknya orang tua bertanggung jawab penuh atas perilaku anak dan pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan yang sejalan dengan keinginan masyarakat, sehingga terwujud kesamaan persepsi antara orang tua, pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam memenuhi hak-hak anak

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the extent of the proficiency level of Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy (BDT) Junior High School English Teachers and examined the factors that influenced English Teachers' Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction based on Bloom's Digital Taxonomy. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) was increasingly important in improving the learning process. This research used a mixed methods approach that combined a quantitative approach, namely a questionnaire, and a qualitative approach consisting of interviews, observations, and document analysis was gather comprehensive insights into teachers' skills in integrated Technology Pedagogy Content Knowledge (TPACK) into ELT. This research used stratified Cluster Random Sampling to determine the regions and English teachers who participated in this research. Data was obtained from a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to all Junior High Schools throughout North Denpasar to find out the results of the highest and lowest scores using Descriptive Statistical Analysis techniques with a total of 28 teachers who filled out the questionnaire. Then it was clarified using qualitative observations and interviews with small numbers of 2 English teachers from 2 different Schools who got high and low scores. The finding of this study is that the level of teacher proficiency is at level C3 and teacher proficiency factors are caused by external and internal factors. For further research, other researchers can explore the same study but with a larger sample take other regencies and investigate ELT from kindergartens or early preschool

Abstract

This study is qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research is to identify how character values are applied in the teaching and learning process of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) at the public junior high school level (SMPN) within the context of the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) and how the newly implemented curriculum supports this integration. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that character values such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and honesty can be effectively integrated into PJOK learning through varied and innovative teaching strategies aligned with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This research is a continuation of previous development researc, which has reached the product feasibulity test stage using the ADDIE model. Therefore, the current research aims to find out the efectiveness of teching modules containing coding equipped with animate videos on the theme of the universe, sub-theme of rainbows, for children aged 5-6 years in kober peupado malanuza. Curent research needs to be carried out at the product evaluation stage according to the ADDIE model stage, the evaluation method used is the Donal Krikpatrick model. The research design for the summative evaluation stage consist of file steps, namely (1) determining the evaluation objectives: (2) choosing an evaluation method consisting of fours levels, namely: reaction, learning, behavior, result. (3) designing evaluation instrumenst: (4) data collection : (5) analysis and report of result. The instruments used were observation sheets, and interactive analysis using the milas and huberman model. Based on data obtained from coding learning activies carried out at kober peupado malanuza, very effective results were obtained through several stages, including the following: 1) reactions in coding learning obtained were 28% debugging, 57% abstraction ,and 14% abstraction. 2) the reaction to the coding learning procces obtained was 85% decomposition, 14%decomposition. 3) reactions to children,s behavior in learning coding 57% debugging, 14% debugging 4) reactions children.s learning outcomesin learning coding 70% pattem recognition

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effectiveness of the teaching module containing coding on the theme of the universe with a sub-theme of stars for children aged 5-6 years at TKN Ubedolumolo. (2) to continue the previous research entitled development of a teaching module containing coding on the theme of the universe with a sub-theme of stars for children aged 5-6 years by Raymunda Nona Tuga (RN Tuga, GPA Oka & KD Dhiu, 2022). The type of research is descriptive qualitative while the evaluation model used uses the Donal Kirkpatrick model, four levels of evaluation including: 1) reaction, 2) learning, 3) behavior, 4) results. The data collection method used is the interactive method of Miles and Huberman.Research results: At level one, children's reactions obtained 50% results in the category (very effective), at level two the learning process obtained results at 80% (very effective), at level three behavior obtained results at 66% (very effective), and at level four children's learning results obtained 66% results (very effective). Abstract

Abstract Bena Village is one of the traditional villages located in Tiworiwu Village, Jerebuu District, Ngada Regency, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. In the Jerebuu area, there are many traditional villages with original megalithic heritage as a milestone for the arrival of several tribes to Ngada Regency. Each tribe has its own uniqueness, culture and archaeological heritage. What is the same in several traditional villages is; (1) the arrangement of residential space patterns where traditional houses surround an open space. Inside there are Ngadgu and Bagha as symbols of ancestors. (2) the form of the building known as SA'O, (3) and traditional rituals such as Reba. The differences are seen in terms of (1) accessories used in traditional buildings, the activities of village residents, arts and crafts and artifacts produced. The existence of the traditional village is still preserved even though some of its ornaments and cosmetics have changed due to the difficulty of finding natural materials and the development of the times. The outside world has known the Bena traditional village through several posts on social media or verbal communication by word of mouth after visiting Bena. There is no promotional media that can be said to be officially managed directly by the management group. In addition, the management group has not been touched by activities to increase the capacity of managers. Therefore, this service is to create web-based promotional media and hold training to strengthen HR capacity, especially promotional strategies and TOT related to the operation of promotional media
