<![CDATA[Abstract This research is a literature review with the aim of producing a study of the results of previous studies related to social, economic, environmental and welfare of fishermen, especially in the bay area of ​​Jakarta. The results of the research carried out by previous researchers focused a lot on environmental issues, reclamation and a little discussion on social, economic, environmental and welfare issues of fishermen. The results of the literature review show the phenomenon of problems surrounding fishermen and their lives in the Jakarta Bay area which includes social, economic, environmental and welfare aspects. The results of the study indicate that the study has not been carried out comprehensively, integrated and sustainable and has not shown any impact from the results of previous studies. Research on literature review with the title of Socio-Economic and Fishermen's Welfare in the Jakarta Bay Area is focused more deeply by using exploratory research methods on the sample results of previous studies using secondary data in the period 2003-2018. This research literature review is expected to be a reference to improve the research framework that is more integrative, synergistic and sustainable so that it can answer existing problems. <![CDATA[Purpose- The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors of employee engagement in insurance companies. Design/methodology/approach- The population of the study amounted to 285 people with techniques to determine the number of samples using a purposive sampling technique of 109 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with the analysis method used Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Findings- Based on the analysis found that management style has a positive effect on employee engagement, remuneration, the opportunity for skill enhancement, and the work environment does not affect employee engagement. Limitation- The study has several limitations, namely the scope of the study is still small so the number of samples used is small, as a result, the results of this the study can not be generalized, and the number of independent variables used in this study is only 4 variables, while many factors affect employee engagement. <![CDATA[Purpose- This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk before and after the acquisition using financial ratios, namely Cash Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio.. Design/methodology/approach- Financial data used for this research is from 2012 to 2018. The analysis is done by comparing the value of financial ratios before and after the acquisition with the value of industry standard financial ratios, and by comparing the average value of financial ratios before acquisition with the average value of financial ratios after acquisition. Findings- The results of industry standard analysis and comparative analysis before and after the acquisition show that financial performance measured through financial ratios decreases after acquisition Limitation- This research is inseparable from the limitations of time, funds, and theories controlled by the author. The company which is the object of research is Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk through the Consolidated Financial Statement for the 2012-2018 period. <![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the dynamic correlation by using stock prices daily data of 6 ASEAN equity markets during the period of 2007 until 2017 and then try to analysis the interdependence between markets. Empirical research using a Dynamic Conditional Correlation shows that there is a strong correlation in the countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore; While correlation is still weak for Viet Nam. The study results also show from AR (1) and GARCH (1,1) model that the country of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Viet Nam have return period t equations is influenced significantly by return lag period before. It can be seen that all the countries of ASEAN 6 have variance period t equations is influenced significantly by the variance to previous period lag and lag error previous period lag. This is consistent with the time-varying volatility which indicates the persistence of very high volatility of stock return. The study result also shows that the interdependence between ASEAN 6 stock market seems still in high volatility, and the progress of correlation between the stock market did not have any significant leap as expected from the ASEAN Economic Community.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose- The study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of profitability, asset growth, and leverage on dividend policy.Design/methodology/approach- The objects in this study are companies included in the calculation of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in a row during the study year, from 2014 to 2018. There were 14 companies selected as research samples, sample selection using purposive sampling method containing certain criteria in accordance with the needs of the research conducted. Data analysis was performed with the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 software and E-views 10. Panel data regression analysis was carried out in this study because it saw data types in the form of cross-sections and time series with a significance level of 5%.Findings- The test results obtained (1) Profitability explained by Return On Equity has a significant effect with a positive direction on dividend policy, (2) Asset Growth explained with Growth ratio does not significantly influence with a negative direction on dividend policy, and (3) Solvability as explained by Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect with a negative direction on dividend policy.Implications- The practical implications of the results of this study for managerial policy makers as dividends are expected to maintain and improve the company's financial performance and overall performance every period. <![CDATA[Purpose-Analyze and empirically test the difference in abnormal returns and trading volume activities before and after the simultaneous local elections on June 27, 2018. Design/methodology/approach-Data collection is done by the documentation method. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being that the company’s shares were listed as issuers on the IDX which were included in the LQ 45 group during the study period from June 25, 2018, to June 30, 2018, and actively traded during the study period.Findings- The results of this study indicate that the elections affect the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This can be seen from the difference in the average abnormal return and the average trading volume activity before and after the elections. Implications-The results of this study will be able to help provide relevant information for capital market players to be more sensitive to direct or indirect activities that can affect stock prices. <![CDATA[Purpose-The purpose of the research is to design the BPRS business model will become a benchmark for the preparation of the Syariah banking operational business framework.Design/methodology/approach-The data collection method is the Questionnaire or Questionnaire method. The study population was BPRS in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten Provinces, the study sample was BPRS Harta Insan Karimah, BPRS Al Salaam, and BPRS HIK Insan Cita. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method with Smart PLS application.Findings- Product, system and procedure variables, human resources and technology did not have a significant effect while infrastructure and location variables had a significant effect on customer decisions in choosing an SRB service.Implications- Information technology in BPRS must be applied to all business processes in order to face competition and continue to develop in the industrial era 4.0. <![CDATA[Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of the spin-off policy and economic growth on bank health both partially and simultaneously.Design/methodology/approach- This research is a quantitative and verification research that is to do calculations on financial data obtained to solve existing problems in accordance with the objectives research. Secondary data over 2014-2018 obtained from the bank's annual report. The analysis was carried out by applying Multiple Linear Regression models using the SPSS program on 6 banks based on purposive sampling.Findings- Estimation results show that during the 2014-2018 study period, spin-off policy and GDP had no influence on the health of banks both in terms of capital and financing/problem loans. But simultaneously, in terms of capital/capital and financing/credit problems show that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable.Implications-The scope of this research only covers 6 Sharia Commercial Banks namely, PT Bank BNI Syariah, PT Bank Central Asia Syariah, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank BRI Syariah, PT Bank BTPN Syariah, and PT Bank Bukopin Syariah. <![CDATA[Purpose-The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, discipline and work environment on the performance of the Selong District Office staff in East Lombok Regency. Design/methodology/approach- Discrete research approach, a population of 32 people who were determined using census techniques. Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis testing is done using partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test) and coefficient of determination test (r2) Findings-Based on the results of an analysis of research shows that leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with. Disciplinary variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously the three independent variables, leadership, discipline and work environment together have a significant positive effect on employee performance variables. Implications- The test results show that both the physical and non-physical environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
