Abstract

The significance of quality is valuable to the satisfaction of society is the company's capital in selling service products. Without exception public companies are improving both service quality and products. Service quality should be done consistently, KPPT Mojokerto City as the providers of public service, whose populated with UMKM business areas. It’s required to provide quality services not only value, but the convenience of service. In order to know (1)The level of community satisfaction the service of KPPT Mojokerto City;(2)And Analyze the results of the assessment of SKM. Qualitative descriptive and 9 elementsanalysis tools and 18 indicators of assessment are developing, based on Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB No.16 2014 about SKM guidelines for Public Service Providers. Research using random sampling accidental proportional gain 100 respondents. The result of all variables, the level of user service satisfaction, has score category B (good). The result of index score 76.35 means that, generally satisfaction society in a good category. With index of service quality as the expectations from willingness to give positive response for each type of product service. For advice, it’s should be able to provide transparency of services related to applicant for permits regarding provisions/rules/standards costs on each type of license. Keywords:Qualitative,Research,service quality, public service,satisfaction society

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh analisis fundamental, suku bunga dan overconfidence terhadap pengambilan keputusan innvestasi pada investor di Surabaya, baik secara  parsial maupun simultan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebesar 51 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Analisis fundamental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. (2) Suku bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputtusan investasi. (3) Overconfidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. (4) Secara simultan, Analisis fundamental, suku bunga, dan overconfidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi, dengan variabel analisis fundamental sebagai variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Keywords: Analisis Fundamental, Suku Bunga, Overconfidence, dan Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi

Abstract

SHU of cooperative business is usually used as a measure of the welfare of members. There are many factors that influence the acquisition of SHU cooperatives. This research was conducted to know and analyze the partial and simultant influence of Total Member, Outside Capital and Total Asset to SHU at savings and loan cooperative which is in Tasikmalaya city. The population in this research is all the savings and loan cooperatives recorded in the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade Tasikmalaya City in 2016. Selected 53 research samples by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the data analysis and discussion of research results found evidence that partially Total Member and Outside Capital has no significant effect to SHU, while Total Asset has a significant positive effect on SHU, which means the increase of Total Asset a savings and loan cooperative will result in increasing the SHU. Simultaneously The Number of Members, Outside Capital, and Total Asset Affects the SHU. Keywords: SHU, number of members, external capital, total assets

Abstract

This research aimsto analyze the influence of commitment, leadership, work environment and compensation to competitive advantages with engagement as intervening variable. Culture of engagement should be acquired by each employee in order to reach the competitive advantages.Samples were selected with census method or population research. Data are collected by distributing questionnaires to 35 senior high school teachers. Databe analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS (Partial Least Squares) program.The result shows that 5 from 9 hypotheses argued are accepted, they are H2, H3, H6, H7 and H9. Research hypotheses include: the influence of leadership to engagement, the influence of work environment to engagement, the influence of leadership to competitive advantages, the influence of work environment to competitive advantages and the influence of engagement to competitive advantages.Whereas four other hypotheses (H1, H4, H5, H8) are rejected, they are the influence of commitment to engagement, the influence of commitment to competitive advantages, the influence of compensation to engagement, and the influence of compensation to competitive advantages. Abstract

Anomali Pasar Pengembalian Saham Perusahaan LQ 45Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Abstrak            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menganalisis perbedaan Efek Rogalski (2) untuk menguji perbedaan Efek Senin (3) untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan Efek Akhir Pekan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata hari Senin-April dengan rata-rata return saham hari Senin, bukan return saham bulan April, dan tidak ada Efek Rogalski pada saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (2) tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata pengembalian saham hari Senin dengan rata-rata pengembalian saham bukan hari Senin. Dan tidak ada Efek Senin terhadap return saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (3) ada perbedaan signifikan yang terjadi pada hari Rabu, sedangkan pada hari Senin, Selasa dan Kamis tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata return saham. Dan tidak ada Efek Akhir Pekan terhadap return saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari Februari 2016 hingga Januari 2017. AbstractThe purposes of this study were to: (1) analyze the differences of Rogalski Effect (2) to examine the differences of Monday Effect (3) to explore the differences of Weekend Effect on stock return at LQ 45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative, the sample in this study amounted to 43 companies selected by using purposive sampling technique, the analysis tool used was the Independent sample t-test. The result of this research showed (1) there was no significant differences between the average of Monday-April with the average stock return of Monday, not April stock return. And there was no Rogalski Effect on LQ 45 stock return listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) there was no significant differences between the average return of the stock of Monday with the average return of not Monday stock. And there was no Monday Effect on LQ 45 stock return listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) there were significant differences occurred on Wednesday, while on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday there was no significant difference between the average stock return. And there was no Weekend Effect on LQ 45 stock return listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from February 2016 until January 2017.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis tentang implementasi kebijakan dan budaya organisasi pada kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei sebagai alat. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan jumlah responden adalah 400. Selain itu, untuk menganalisis data, penulis menerapkan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan fakta bahwa ada hubungan antara kebijakan dan organisasi budaya pada kualitas pelayanan publik. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis menemukan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara implementasi kebijakan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas layanan publik.Public Service Quality: Between The Implementation Of Organizational Policies And Culture (Case Study In Pamulang Sub-District, South Tangerang) AbstractThis reseacrh analyzed about the implementation of policies and organizational culture on the quality of public services at Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. The writes used the method of descriptive quantitative method  with survey method as the tool. While for collection data, the writer   used cluster sampling technique with the number of respondents was 400. Moreover, for analyzing the data, the writer applied the multiple linear regression equation. The aim of this reseacrh was to find and to answer the hypothesis of the research. This reseach revealed the fact that there was a relationship between  the polices and culture organization  on the quality of public service.    Through this research, the writer finds the result that that there is significant influence between the implementation of policy and organizational culture on the quality of public services.

Abstract

Upaya mewujudkan mutu pelayanan rawat jalan, manajemen RS “X” Malang memiliki standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Namun, SOP alur pelayanan rawat jalan tidak dilaksanakan di polklinik spesialis maupun umum. Dampaknya terdapat terdapat 83 pasien tidak membayar biaya tindakan dan pemeriksaan tambahan selama 4 bulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akar masalah tidak dijalankan SOP alur pelayanan rawat jalan dan mencari solusinya. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif pendekatan kualitatifdilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas tidak sepakat dengan SOP alur pelayanan rawat jalan, dokumen tidak lengkap, petugas lupa urut-urutan SOP, diagram alur pelayanan tidak ada, jarak poli dengan kasir jauh. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah belum ada kesepakatan antara petugas dan manajemen menjadi alasan utama tidak dijalankan SOP alur pelayanan rawat jalan. Petugas menghendaki adanya perubahan SOP alur pelayanan rawat jalan sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan rumah sakit saat ini. Saran yang dapat dterapkan adalah penambahan petugas pengantar pasien ke kasir.Impact of Implementation Not Comply SOP Flow Outpatient Hospital "X" MalangAbstractOutpatient installation in UMM hospital is main installation because it tends to increase the number of visits every year. Efforts to realize the quality of outpatient services, hospital management UMM had standard operating procedures (SOPs). Based on observations and interviews, SOPs outpatient services flow not carried out in a specialist or general polyclinic. As a result of not being implemented SOPs outpatient services flow have impacted their patients do not pay the costs of medical treatment and additional examinations. The financial statements of RS UMM for 4 months there were 83 patients did not pay the costs of medical treatment  and additional examination. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of SOPs outpatient services flow in UMM hospital. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach. Search root of the problem by means of observation, interviews, and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results showed that outpatient SOPs services are not implemented, there are no file / document SOPs outpatient services flow in the relevant units, some officers in polyclinic do not know SOPs outpatient services flow, and SOPs has never been evaluated. The conclusion of the research is need to be evaluated SOPs outpatient service flow in accordance with the condition of hospital environment at this time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup sehat, kualitas dan harga produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran organik pada konsumen pasar ritel modern di Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 80 responden. Berdasarkan pengujian statistic menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) diperoleh hasil yang menyatakan bahwa gaya hidup sehat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan keputusan pembelian secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas dan harga produk. Bagi peritel yang memasarkan sayuran organik penting untuk menekankan pada kualitas produk dan menjaga harga sesuai dengan pasaran melalui rantai pasokan yang lebih efisien. Quality and Prices as The Most Important Variable on Organic Vegetables Purchasing Decision AbstractThis research aims to examine and analyze the effect of a healthy life style, quality and price of products on purchase decisions organic vegetables on the consumer retail market modern in North Jakarta. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. Based on statistical testing using analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) result which states that a healthy lifestyle does not significantly influence the purchasing decision while purchasing decisions significantly affected by the quality and price of products. For retailers who sell organic vegetables important to emphasize the quality of products and keep prices according to the market through the supply chain more efficient.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap profitabilitas.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) diproksikan ke biaya kesejahteraan karyawan, biaya kemitraan, dan biaya bina lingkungan, sedangkan profitabilitas diproksikan ke Return On Assets (ROA). Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Populasi adalah seluruh perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek  Indonesia (BEI), selanjutnya sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive dan diperoleh 9 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pada tingkat signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial biaya kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan, biaya kemitraan dan biaya bina lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Uji simultan menunjukan bahwa biaya kesejahteraan karyawan, biaya kemitraan, dan biaya bina lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. The Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility to Profitability of Consumer Goods Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016AbstractThe objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on profitability. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is proxied to employees' welfare costs, partnership costs, and environmental development costs, while profitability is proxied to Return On Assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method. The population is all consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), then the sample is selected using purposive techniques and obtained 9 companies. Based on the analysis, at a significance level of 5% indicates that partially the cost of employee welfare has a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the cost of partnership and environmental development cost has no effect on profitability. Simultaneous test shows that employee welfare cost, partnership cost, and environmental development cost have significant effect to profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengacu pada karakter hedonic shopping motives seseorang dalam melakukan suatu pembelanjaan dengan spontan tanpa memikirkan kegunaannya dalam jangka panjang. Adakalanya seseorang yang berbelanja tanpa mau bersusah payah untuk ke toko untuk mendapatkan barang yang mereka inginkan, dengan teknologi yang canggih seseorang bisa melihat barang-barang yang mereka inginkan dengan sistem online store. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh  adventure shopping, gratification shopping, idea shopping, role shopping dan value shopping sebagai komponen hedonic shopping motives terhadap impulse buying dalam pembelian online store pada masyarakat Kota Kediri.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan kombinasi teknik sampling snow ball dan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows Versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara parsial adventure shopping dan role shopping berpengaruh signifikan, dan social shopping, gratification shopping, idea shopping dan value shopping tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying, sedangkan secara simultan adventure shopping, gratification shopping, idea shopping, role shopping dan value shopping, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying online store.Analysis of Hedonic Shopping Motives on Impulse Buying Online Store In Kediri CommunityAbstractThis study refers to the character of a person's hedonic shopping motives in making a spontaneous spending without thinking of its usefulness in the long run. Sometimes people who shop without going to the trouble to go to the store to get the goods they want, with sophisticated technology one can see the goods they want with the online store system. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of adventure shopping, gratification shopping, idea shopping, shopping role and value shopping as component of hedonic shopping motives to impulse buying in online store buying at Kediri community. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses a combination of snow ball sampling technique and purposive sampling with a sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS for windows 23 version. The result of this research is partially adventure shopping and role shopping have significant effect, and social shopping , gratification shopping, idea shopping and value shopping have no significant effect on impulse buying, while simultaneously adventure shopping, gratification shopping, idea shopping, shopping and value shopping are together positively significant to impulse buying online store.
