Abstract

Constructivism, as a philosophical paradigm, seems to be a good explanation in understanding the entrepreneurial learning process that builds meaning through experience with the business world. This study aims to explore the learning process of student entrepreneurship from a constructivist perspective and try to understand how students learn to become entrepreneurs in the context of higher education. This research is based on the learning of a small group of Sharia Economics study program students who take entrepreneurship modules at Sunan Giri University Surabaya Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the student learning process is seen as a very valuable experience and is based on all types of interactions in the classroom according to the situation outside their class. Entrepreneurship development is supported by an experience approach to learning, action-based and student-centered, focusing on developing skills and competencies related to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

On this research paper analysis Cadet Engineer, junior engineer, Operational level senior engineer, and management level senior engineer will do experiment using data velocity various scenario at marine engine simulator and then result of experiment will use analysis education and training marine engine simulator for to know correct time. Then analysis has also revealed that the human errors occur for the following reasons: Lack of knowledge on the over all system and fundamental operation, Insufficient confirmation to operation and Incomplete knowledge on the operational sequence. the roles of instructor will be described in order to reduce the cause for such human errors and to enhance the educational performance according implemented and development each them various scenario base on expert justification and reference IMO Standard and SOLAS. kinds various scenario safety procedure for all Engineer with hope to minimalist accident loss of soul at sea. For the purpose of machinery plant operation training by means of Engine Room Simulator (ERS) based on PC, describes the features of human errors by the Incompetence trainees in the marine engine plant operation and shows the necessary improvement in the training in order to decrease such errors from the viewpoint of educational technology. The examination of such data has shown that error occurs mainly by omission error and extraneous act. Further analysis was made on such errors by the trainees engineer to find out the characteristics of errors caused in the process of acquiring procedural knowledge for the operation according implemented development various safety scenario.

Abstract

Despite the fact that Kenyan children have more opportunities to attend school, there still remains large gaps in learning outcomes. This stagnation in learning is confirmed by results of national examinations including Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). According to KCSE examinations results analysis, performance in secondary schools in different parts of Kenya is still below expectations and this trend is worrying. The number of students in Murang’a and Kirinyaga Counties who have continuously scored grade D+ and below every year have consistently remained high compared to those attaining university minimum admission grade of C+ and above. This low performance has persisted despite most schools having adequate and well trained teachers as well as adequate facilities. This study examined the influence of principals’ collaborative practices on students’ performance in Murang’a and Kirinyaga Counties, Kenya. The study involved a sample of 205 principals and 367 teachers selected from 436 secondary schools in the two counties. The researchers used validated questionnaires and interview schedules to collect data from teachers and principals respectively. Data was analysed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The study established that principals’ promotion of collaborative practices was higher in Kirinyaga than in Murang’a County. It was noted that secondary schools in Kirinyaga County post better results in KCSE than those in Murang’a County and the study concluded that collaborative practices enhanced academic performance. This study recommended that principals should promote collaborative practices in their schools. This can be done through engaging stakeholders in networking and linkages that promote collaboration and can lead to better academic performance.

Abstract

This research is based on observations made when the street vendors at SLB 1 Lima Kaum, this study discusses improving zipper sewing skills for deaf children. The process of learning sewing skills is beneficial for children because learning to sew can improve children's skills so that when a child graduates from school, the child can develop his potential, such as opening his stitches at home or working with other parties. Not all the components of sewing skills can be understood by the child, in the zipper sewing section Children have difficulty in sewing zippers correctly. The use of other media can improve children's skills such as the use of video tutorial media. Video tutorials are learning media in the form of a series of moving images, making sounds, and assembling into a storyline that contains learning messages and is stored in a media. The use of video tutorial media according to researchers is able to improve children's sewing skills, this can be seen in the baseline condition (A) of the child, ie horizontally (=), in conditions of intervention, increasing (+) and final baseline conditions also increasing (+). The results of the study prove that video tutorials can improve zipper sewing skills for deaf children.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penerapan metode active learning pembelajaran aqidah akhlak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang mempelajari acara intensif latar belakang, status terakhir, dan interaksi lingkungan yang terjadi pada suatu satuan social. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu sebuah penelitian suatu kelompok manusia atau objek, sesuatu kondisi, sistem pemikiran ataupun suatu kelas istimewa pada masa sekarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pada pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan penerapan metode active learning.

Abstract

The purpose in research is how to use multimedia in improving the motivation of learning students on the subjects of Aqidah. The data collection techniques used in this study are by using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. While analyzing the results of this research, used qualitative descriptive analysis consisting of three parts is data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, conclusion or verification. Research results have helped teachers in efforts to increase the motivation of learners in learning. To achieve this, teachers make variations on learning methods, using active learning methods, and using multimedia in the learning process. This kind of teaching can train learners to be more active in learning, and to awaken their desires in learning. So that with the effort students can achieve learning outcomes more maximally.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know the role of Guru Aqidah Akhlak in embedding the value of Aqidah. The research methods used are included in qualitative research. In data collection, researchers use observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. As for its analysis, researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. This research also checks the validity of data with triangulation, observation provisions and peer discussion. For the research, phase uses the preparation stage, fieldwork stage, and completion stage. The results of the study showed that teachers of the teacher's creed in instilling the value of faith in the students, which is the teacher in the role of conducting and motivator to students, besides the teachers also perform religious habituation in the field of creed such as praying set IAP before and after learning is completed, reading Yasin letters and verses Al-Qur ‟ An, read Asmaul Husna, and memorized short letters, and teachers also held extra activities BTQ and calligraphy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the motivation to learn the moral faith. This research is a qualitative study, data collection is done by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity checks are performed by data triangulation with two modes, namely by the triangulation of the source and the triangulation technique. Data analysis is done by reducing the data, then presenting the data, then drawn conclusions. Factors that influence the motivation to learn the morality of orphans who live in the home and who live in the orphanage is the internal factor of the physiological aspect of the physical condition of the students, while the psychological aspects of which are motivation, attitude, and students ' interest in learning the moral faith. From external factors are the families in which there is habituation and economic condition of the family, as well as environmental factors and the school environment in which there are friends, and teachers

Abstract

This research is backed by a phenomenon seeing the tendency of parents put their children to a formal education institution, so that nowadays many Muslim children can not read the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to explore the use of An-Nahdliyah method in improving the learning ability to read AL-Qur'an. The type of research used is qualitative research. In this research the data collection techniques used are observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, while in analyzing data using reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed about the use of An-Nahdliyah method in learning to read the Qur'an in students can improve properly. It is hoped that all parties provide coaching and learning processes. So the quality will increase better
