Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction towards Metro Bandar Lampung Computer Services by considering key factors such as physical evidence, reliability, warranty, responsiveness, and empathy. The study involved 90 respondents who were part of Metro Computer Service's customer base. The main objective was to gain a deeper understanding of the ongoing dynamics at Metro Computer Services Bandar Lampung. The results of this study show how the five overall factors of customer satisfaction influence the level of customer satisfaction at Metro Computer Service Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

In the success of an organization, the role of individuals becomes very important. Employee satisfaction and productivity are key factors that influence an organization's overall results. There are two important factors that influence employee engagement, which are work stress and the individual's locus of control. The purpose of this study was to explore how employees of the People's Welfare Department of the Tulang Bawang Regional Secretariat responded to workplace stress and their locus of control. The research method used was quantitative research in the research population consisting of the staff of the People's Welfare Department of the Tulang Bawang Regional Secretariat. Data were collected through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis was used to process the data. Research results show that locus of control (X1) and work stress (X2) have a significant impact on employee performance, in which locus of control is the factor with the greatest influence. in this study.

Abstract

Fundraising activities through zakat collection units still have problems and need to be analyzed. This research aims to measure the interest in donating through the Zakat Collecting Unit of STAI Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah, Langkat (UPZ STAI-JM). To analyze research data, which is a latent variable, it is carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of the SmartPls 4.0 tool. The research sample of 100 respondents provided data via a questionnaire which was distributed directly. The results of the study revealed that the interest in donating through UPZ STAI-JM was influenced by the variables of trust, income, and convenience by 71.4%. Where the trust variable gives the strongest influence and is followed by the income variable on the interest in donating. Meanwhile, the convenience variable does not influence the interest in donating.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of banana collectors' satisfaction on product quality and price of bananas. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google from banana collectors in the district. South Oku as many as 68 copies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 20. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of collectors in the district. South OKU. In addition, price also has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of collectors in the South OKU district.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on customer loyalty at McDonald's East Jakarta. This type of associative research is used in this study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire of 100 East Jakarta McDonald's customer respondents. The sampling technique in this study used Non-Probability Sampling, namely simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in testing the research hypothesis is the use of the SPSS program. The above problems resulted in the following conclusions: 1. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. 2. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. 3. Product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. 4. Brand image, price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at McDonald's East Jakarta.

Abstract

Uncollectible accounts are one of the causes of losses in the company because they can hinder the process of entering finance into the company. Required control of good accounts receivable so that the company does not experience losses. This study aims to determine the application of a COSO-based internal control system for accounts receivable at PT. Abadi Sakti Mitra Mandiri. The method used in this study uses a grounded research approach. Grounded research is a research method on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of establishing concepts, proving theories, and developing theories, collecting, and analyzing data at the same time. Based on the results of research conducted, the internal control system implemented by PT. Abadi Sakti Mitra Mandiri has not been good enough. This is indicated by the increase in the level of bad debts caused by the low level of internal control in the elements of control activity, namely the existence of multiple jobs so that the risk assessment in the provision of receivables becomes ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to have additional employees in marketing and selling products as well as a special section for the analysis of receivables, so that the receivables control process can run effectively and efficiently. The company should also provide fines to customers who delay payment of their receivables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and sales growth on tax avoidance of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the IDX in 2019 - 2021. There are several factors that influence a company in carrying out its tax obligations, including profitability, leverage, and corporate governance. This research method uses quantitative methods. The samples involved were 57 companies within 3 years. The testing procedure used is purposive sampling. Data analysis for this study used multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that profitability and sales growth had a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers of Yulia Citra Furniture, West Bandung Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the influence of Product Quality and Price has on Consumer Satisfaction in purchasing both partially and simultaneously at Yulia Citra Furniture. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. The unit of analysis in this study is the individual, namely consumers at Yulia Citra Furniture. The samples in this study were 129 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis, multiple linear analysis, validity, and reliability tests of the research instruments are also carried out. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the independent variables (product quality and price) on (customer satisfaction). The implication of this research is that Yulia Citra Furniture should maintain product quality and price, because these two things affect future consumer judgments about consumer satisfaction which can attract the attention of customers who care about this, because businesses must have unique characteristics, and it is important to adjust suggestions with the context of the business being run.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on the performance of employees at PT. Sansan Brothertex Jaya Cimahi. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and associative method with the help of the SPSS 25 application. In this study, the unit of analysis was the sewing operator at PT. Sansan Brothertex Jaya Cimahi. The results of this study indicate that the variable job satisfaction contributes or influences employee performance by 39.0%, and employee loyalty (sewing operator) contributes or influences employee performance by 18.7%. And simultaneously the variables of job satisfaction and employee loyalty (sewing operators) have an influence on employee performance of 57.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador, Product Image, Taste and Price on the Purchase Decision of Korean Spicy Mie Sedaap. The sample used in this study had 150 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable being the purchase decision, and the independent variables being Brand Ambassador, Product Image, Taste and Price. The results of the study show that the price partially has no effect on the Purchase Decision, Brand Ambassador, Product Image, and Taste have a partial effect on the Purchase Decision. Variables Brand Ambassador, Product Image, Taste and Price simultaneously influence Purchase Decisions. Of the three independent variables that have an influence, the Product Image variable has the greatest influence on Purchasing Decisions.
