Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' perspectives on the interaction model of economics teachers in learning economics subjects in E-X phase classes at SMAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The research method used is qualitative method combined with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and documents. This study involved students from E-X classes and the school's economics teachers. Research results show that the majority of students rate from good to very good the form of interaction of economics teachers during the learning process. They view economics teachers as interactive by providing materials, answering questions clearly, and creating a comfortable learning atmosphere. However, some aspects received lower ratings, such as teachers' unfamiliarity with students' names. Based on the results, it is recommended to increase the interaction between economics teachers and students outside the classroom and strengthen the relationship between teachers and students. This will create a more productive and positive learning environment, as well as strengthen interpersonal relationships within the school environment. This study makes an important contribution to the understanding of interaction patterns between teachers and students in learning economics and provides appropriate suggestions to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the differences in student satisfaction in the Management and Accounting Study Program towards the Implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Nusa Bangsa. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Respondents' answers will be given an assessment score with a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The object of research was students at Nusa Bangsa University at the Faculty of Economics and Business, a total of 142 respondents consisting of 99 students from the Management Study Program and 43 students from the Accounting Study Program. The results of the questionnaire were measured by the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions and used the Independent Samples t-test. Differences in satisfaction in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for Management Study Program students are higher than for Accounting Study Program students. On the tangible dimension, Accounting Study Program students have a higher level of satisfaction than Management Study Program students. The results of the Independent Samples T Test on 5 dimensions obtained evidence that there was no difference in satisfaction between Management Study Program students and Accounting Study Program.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the impact of Competency, Discipline and Motivation on the performance of teachers in State Middle Schools located in Bandar Lampung City District. Data was collected through online distribution of questionnaires via the Google Forms platform to 68 secondary schools in the Sukarame District area. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method, by testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. The data was then processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 17 tool. Research findings show that Competency significantly and positively influences the performance of teachers at Public Middle Schools in Sukarame District. Apart from that, discipline also has a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Middle Schools in Sukarame District. Furthermore, motivation also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at State Middle Schools in Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy for the culinary tourism business in Medan City. This research method is field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. research that emphasizes aspects of in-depth understanding of a problem rather than looking at problems for generalization research. This research method uses in-depth analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the strategy for developing culinary tourism to prosper the economy in Medan City is by using a SWOT analysis, namely by using the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy. The results of this analysis are maintaining the taste and uniqueness as well as product quality, increasing partnerships with the government, improving better tourist destinations. The author's suggestions are to improve the facilities and quality of human resources, innovate, involve food bloggers or food vloggers for promotions, and organize events to make them more widely known.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the main driving forces that determine the development and decline of the economy, because in the field of entrepreneurship there is freedom of creativity. The large number of people operating grocery stores means prices are becoming tighter, which could affect Tempuran Village grocery store's earnings. Payment at the Tempuran Village grocery store still uses a manual system, without computers, so customers often line up at the checkout counter to pay. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of business and marketing behavior on the income of a basic food store in the village of Tempuran Trimurjo. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were grocery store business owners in Tempuran Trimurjo Village, with a total of 30 people. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial behavior on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village. Apart from that, there is also a positive and significant influence between marketing on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village. There is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial behavior and marketing on income at the basic food shop in Tempuran Trimurjo Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, executive characteristics, family ownership, profitability, corporate governance toward tax aggressiveness. Corporate governance is proxied with institutional ownership, the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee on tax aggressiveness. The research data uses the companies’ annual financial statements during the period 2017-2021. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result of the research indicates that the exposure of corporate social responsibility and the size of the board of commissioners have a negative effect on tax aggressiveness, executive characteristics and independent commissioners have no effect on tax aggressiveness, while family ownership, profitability and audit committee have a positive effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of service quality at the Faculty of Economics of several universities in the provinces of East Java, West Java, and Central Java. This study aims to evaluate the correspondence between expectations and reality of 100 students from different Economics Faculties in 3 research provinces using the Convenience Sampling method. Research results show that there is a significant difference between expectations and reality in terms of reliability, showing that service quality at economics faculties in three provinces has still not met students' expectations. A similar phenomenon occurs in relation to the responsiveness factor, highlighting the need to increase the level of service responsiveness. The analysis also highlighted the need to improve trust and empathy elements in services, with significant discrepancies between expectations and reality. T-test results confirm that service quality, especially in the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, trustworthiness, empathy, and tangibility, still does not fully meet students' expectations. Faculty of Economics of three provinces. Therefore, relevant universities should increase efforts to improve the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, trustworthiness, empathy, and tangibility so that students can have more confidence in the services are provided. It is hoped that this step will have a positive impact in enhancing student satisfaction and their academic success.

Abstract

Regional autonomy policies implemented by local governments have a significant impact on their financial management efficiency. It is important to create competitiveness based on principles appropriate to the potential and unique characteristics of each region. Assessing regional financial performance is critical, especially in the context of high-quality accountability principles, including thorough evaluation of regional financial performance measures. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, focusing on analyzing regional financial ratios. The data used comes from secondary sources, specifically the Bandar Lampung City Budget Achievement Report from 2019 to 2021. The research results show that the regional financial performance of Bandar Lampung City, if evaluated based on the regional financial independence ratio, is ranked at advisory level. However, the original regional income (PAD) efficiency ratio shows inefficiency in managing this source of income. In addition, the regional financial efficiency ratio shows that the level of efficiency has not yet reached the optimal level. PAD, gross income, and operating expenditure growth rates trended negatively, while capital expenditure growth rates trended positively.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of product, price, place and promotion (4Ps) as elements of the marketing mix and the factors that have the most influence on increasing sales at Mikano Coffee Shop. Primary data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study includes all consumers of Mikano coffee shop. For sampling, a non-probability method was used by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26 software, with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research results show that Product, Price, Place, and Promotion (4P) have a positive impact on increasing sales, both partially and simultaneously. The promotion variable has the largest positive and significant impact on increasing sales at the Mikano Coffee Shop.

Abstract

With technologicaly developments making high use of the internet this day, many of business owners use the internet as a promotial place in their marketing. One of them is a business owner from a banana chip factory(@pabrikkeripikpisang.id) that markets their products through social media Instagram. In this research, author wanted to find out how business owner of the banana chip factory can carry out online marketing and to find whether online marketing affects of using the marketing mix startegy. The method ini this research is used a descriptive qualitative method, in collecting this data in the form of conducting interviews with the owner of the banana chip factory (@pabrikkeripikpisang.id) as well as carrying out documentation by following Instagram @pabrikkeripikpisang.id. The results of this research indicate that instagram is a social media that is easy to used and cost-effective. Using Instagram can make products more famous among the public. In selling via Instagram, the owner admits that Instagram is very infuential in its promotional activities
