Abstract

This research was conducted in the shopee marketplace. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the influence of price and promotion contributes to purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously in the shopee marketplace. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This research that becomes the unit of analysis is an individual, namely employees of packaging production PT. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries who has shopped at shopee. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on the independent variables (price and promotion) on (purchase decisions). The implication of this study is that the sellers on shopee are expected to Further increase the feasibility of the price with the quality of the product itself, increase promotions so that they are not less competitive with other competitors so that purchase decisions on the Shopee marketplace always increase.

Abstract

This study aims to study the influence of labor productivity and service management on accreditation at UPT Puskesmas Sangat Mider Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study was a survey and descriptive quantitative analysis with the participation of 42 respondents. The results of the discussion show that the accreditation of All Mider Bandar Lampung Community Health Center has had a significant impact on the productivity of staff and public health service management.  The conclusion of this article asserts that improving public health service policies in community health centers and increasing workforce productivity can contribute significantly to achieving accreditation outstanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at how worker performance at the Perum Bulog Lampung Regional Office is affected by organizational culture. The population that is the focus of this research is all 48 employees who work at Perum Bulog Lampung Regional Office, so all of them are research objects. This research does not use a sample method, considering the limited number of employees in this company. Therefore, all 48 employees of the Perum Bulog Lampung regional office became research subjects. The data collection method in this research involves an observational approach and distribution of questionnaires via Google Form. The data obtained was then analyzed using validity, reliability, and simple linear regression tests. The research results show that organizational culture at the Lampung Regional Office does not have a significant influence on the performance of Perum Bulog employees at the Lampung Regional Office. This can be concluded from the results of the analysis, where the calculated t value (1.304) is lower than the t table value (2.013), and the significance level (0.199) is greater than 0.050. Therefore, the hypothesis (H1) in this study cannot be confirmed or supported.

Abstract

The main thing that must be considered by the company to win the competition is to provide satisfaction to consumers through providing good service quality and competitive prices. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of GrabBike Online transportation in Cimahi City. The population in this study is GrabBike online transportation service users in Cimahi City with a sample of 97 people. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The results of research through descriptive analysis show that the quality of service, price and customer satisfaction in the category is very good. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. Associative testing shows the effect of service quality affects customer satisfaction by 25.6%, the effect of price on consumer satisfaction by 41.5%. And the amount of influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction is 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

In assessing the performance of Islamic banks, it is not only seen from their financial reports, but also based on the concept of IMAN (Islamic values-based performance assessment), which is the embodiment of the Islamic values dimensions, namely: ibadah (worship), muamalah (transactions), amanah (trustworthiness), and ihsan (excellence). The assessment system for the health of Islamic banks referred to here is ANGELS. ANGELS is an acronym for Amanah management, non-economic wealth, Give out, Earnings, Capital and assets, Liquidity and sensitivity to market, and socio-economic wealth. Each factor of ANGELS is part of the "process," "outcomes," and "stakeholders." This study aims to analyze and assess the performance of PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad using the Angels Method. This research is qualitative in nature and the data is obtained through interviews with several sources from PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad. Secondary data can be obtained from the financial statements of PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad. The data analysis technique used is observation and interviews. The data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that PT. BSI KCP Medan Ringroad is considered healthy, as evidenced by the Angels method in measuring the performance and health level of the bank, which shows good results.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of achievement-oriented leadership style and motivation on employee performance, with work discipline as an intervening variable, conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah. The data collection method used is quantitative research with primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of the study is all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah. The sample was taken using saturated sampling with a total of 22 employees. The results of the study show that, partially, achievement-oriented leadership style and motivation have an insignificant influence on performance, while motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on performance. Motivation also has a significant influence on work discipline. Meanwhile, employee performance has a positive influence on work discipline. From the explanation of the research results, the variables of achievement-oriented leadership style, motivation, employee performance, and work discipline all have a positive influence on Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Company Size, Liquidity and Leverage with Business Risk as a moderating variable on the Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in the study were companies indexed LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, where of the 45 companies there were 16 companies that met the criteria as samples. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of data analysis show that company size as proxied by the Natural Log of Total Assets influences CETR. Liquidity as proxied by the current ratio and leverage as measured by DER influence CETR. Business Risk as proxied by Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) can moderate the influence of Company Size on CETR, where Business Risk weakens the influence of Company Size on CETR. Business Risk can moderate the influence of Liquidity on CETR, where the influence of Liquidity becomes smaller after being moderated. Leverage moderated by Business Risk has no effect on CETR, so the influence of Leverage on CETR cannot be moderated by Business Risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities, work ethics and communication on employee job satisfaction. The total population in this study was 110 people, and by using the saturated sampling technique, a sample of 110 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that work facilities had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Samudera Lautan Luas Medan, work ethics had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Samudera Lautan Luas Medan, communication had no effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Samudera Lautan Luas Medan. Simultaneously it shows that work facilities, work ethics and communication have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Samudera Lautan Luas Medan.

Abstract

The advancing times exert pressure on organizations to encourage and manage their human resources (HR) effectively since HR serves as the fundamental asset for an organization to achieve its objectives. Managing HR is an obligation that organizations must undertake, led by their leaders, to reach their goals and targets. This research is a quantitative study aimed at investigating whether job quality and work effectiveness influence job productivity, moderated by work motivation. The study's population consists of all employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small Businesses of Lhokseumawe City, totaling 61 individuals. The sampling technique employed was saturation sampling. Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. Data collection utilized a questionnaire technique, involving direct questioning of the respondents who served as the study's sample. Data analysis was conducted using the Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) approach. The research findings indicate that job quality does not affect job productivity, while work effectiveness can influence job productivity. However, work motivation was found to be unable to moderate the relationship between job quality and work effectiveness on job productivity.

Abstract

Inventory management is an effort to determine the size of inventory levels and control them effectively and efficiently the inventory of merchandise. This study aims to find out, test and analyze merchandise inventory management in an effort to improve the performance of Bumi Makmur Rice Milling Company for the period January to June 2022. The technique used by the author in further analyzing and finding facts is through merchandise inventory cards with the perpetual FIFO method and the calculation of company profit / loss. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in inventory from January to June 2022. The performance of Bumi Makmur Rice Milling Company as measured using profitability ratio with gross profit margin calculation also increased significantly, although in the second month it experienced a slight decline. Companies are advised to use merchandise inventory cards so that the company can know exactly the stock of inventory in the warehouse.
