Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi teknis pemakaian input (nilai investasi, nilai bahan baku dan biaya tenaga kerja) terhadap output (nilai produksi) dari industri perabot di kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 unit industri yang merupakan keseluruhan unit industry perabot di Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen. Adapun metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis Data Envelopment Analisis (DEA) dengan pendekatan VRS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hanya 30 unit industri perabot di Kecamatan Jeumpa yang telah efisien dalam penggunaan input sedangkan 23 unit industri lainnya belum mampu mencapai efisiensi pemakaian input. Kata kunci: nilai produksi, biaya investasi, biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, DEA.

Abstract

Market structure in Islam is based on the principle of freedom, including in carrying out economic activities but is still limited by rules without neglecting the principles of responsibility and justice. Fair in this case is not detrimental to consumers or producers, related to producer surplus and consumer surplus. In Islam, Muslims are encouraged to try anything as long as they are still within the corridor of sharia, meaning that as long as the effort does not violate the provisions stipulated by Allah SWT. Likewise, in terms of carrying out economic activities, everything is permissible as long as it does not violate these rules. One of the economic activities can be seen in the market, where sellers and buyers meet to make transactions for goods or services, both in the form of production and pricing.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, personality and reputation on people's decisions to choose Islamic banks. The research subjects were all people of Banda Aceh city in early 2020 as many as 270.321 people using the Slovin formula with cluster random sampling technique representing 9 sub districts total 100 respondents using Islamic banking services. The data analysis technique uses linear regression to answer the proposed hypothesis. The results show that all independent variables of knowledge, personality and reputation influence the variables related to the customers decision to choose Islamic bank in the city of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of awareness on the intention to choose Islamic banking products with media communication as a moderator variable at BNI Syariah Lhokseumawe City. The location and area of research in this study to obtain primary data are in Lhokseumawe City. The population in this study is the people of Lhokseumawe city who have been customers of BNI Syariah for at least the last 3 years. The number of samples used for the study were 150 customers and were taken using an accidental technique approach. The results showed Awereness (Awareness) has a significant effect on customer intentions. Meanwhile, the findings show that media communication moderates the influence of awareness on customer intentions. Media communication in the traditional category has a greater impact than the media communication in the internet / digital category. Keywords: Awereness, Media Communication, Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the soundness level of financial performance at the Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative in Lhokseumawe City and the cooperative which has the highest financial performance level. The samples of this research are the KPN KOPERISMA Cooperative, the Tunas Baru KPN Cooperative, the Muammalat Sejahtera Employee Cooperative, the Al Ummah Dayah Ulumuddin Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, the Kriya Sakti Cooperative (KOPINKRA), and the KPN Tiga Serangkai Cooperative. The data used are the 2018 financial statements of each cooperative, the method of data analysis used is the assessment of the financial performance of the sharia savings and loan cooperatives. The results showed that: 1) KOPERISMA Cooperative got a score of 77.25 with the predicate Fairly healthy, 2) KPN Tunas Baru Cooperative got a score of 73.55 with the predicate Fairly Healthy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Dividen Per Share (DPS) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2019 dan menggunakan sampel pada 17 perusahaan yang sesuai kriteria. Model analisis data serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel 2016, dan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 23.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, secara parsial dan simultan, Return on Asset (ROA), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Dividend Per Share (DPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the level of understanding of Islamic bank customers who have entered into murabahah contracts, as well as the factors that influence customer decisions to use Islamic banks for murabahah financing. 45 Islamic bank customers who have taken murabaha financing were selected as samples. The data used is primary data collected from customers who have taken murabaha credit through surveys and direct interviews. Qualitative analytical approach was used in data analysis. The findings show that customers are not aware of the murabahah financing arrangements.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of IT Governance capability and provide recommendations for improving IT Governance in Information Technology Development Institute using COBIT 5. The domains chosen in this research are APO and BAI in order to improve IT services and optimize IT implementation in BPTI environment. The research method used are interviews and questionnaires in obtaining research data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the measurement of the eight selected processes indicated that most of the processes were already at level 1, and a few were at level 0. Based on the results of prioritization, the process that became the top priority in making improvements was APO07, namely Managing Human Resources. This research was only carried out in eight processes which were in accordance with previously mapped, so that this research was more complete and comprehensive, it could be carried out using other process areas in COBIT 5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compliance, materiality, and audit risk on the judgment of the auditor's judgment on the Public Accounting Firm in North Sumatra. This analysis is based on data obtained from 45 respondents, namely auditors who have senior auditor positions and junior auditors at the Public Accountants office in North Sumatra by distributing questionnaires. This research is census research. The data used is primary data, which is obtained directly from the research subject in the form of respondents' perceptions by circulating the questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire to the respondent. From the number of questionnaires circulated to respondents as many as 52 sheets, only 45 sheets returned with a rate of return reaching 86.53%. Furthermore, the data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression which was processed using a computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) ver 15.0. The results of the study showed that both simultaneously and partially obedient pressure, materiality, and audit risk had an effect on the accuracy of the auditor's judgment at the Public Accounting Firm in North Sumatra. This proves that the higher the pressure of obedience, materiality and audit risk possessed by the auditor, the higher the auditor's judgment. Keywords: Pressure of obedience, Materiality, Audit Risk, and Auditor Judgment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether career development has an effect on employee performance, and to determine the magnitude of the effect of career development on employee performance. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Aceh Sharia Bank. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, with a total research sample of 217 people who have received a career development training program. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires (list of questions), which had been prepared to the respondents. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression formulations with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah.
