Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of responsibilities and roles on implementation. This examination was led by the SKPK within the East Aceh Regional Government. The sample of this audit data is 49 echelon IV financial administration officials who were taken for strategic audit purposes. Information is collected using surveys and then the information is checked using various direct relapse techniques. This investigation traces that the responsibilities of the chief financial officer and the department together affect the performance of the financial supervisor. The responsibilities of the financial supervisor positively affect the finance director. Part of the financial supervisor does not affect the finance director.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a measure used to measure the success of human development in an area. There are several indicators used to compile the HDI value. Previously, regencies/cities were grouped based on the HDI indicator. The grouping is done using K-means cluster analysis with 4 categories, namely regencies/cities that have low, medium, high, and very high HDI indicator values. From the results of determining the category of the HDI indicator in an area, we need a function that can be used to classify an object into one of the HDI indicator value categories. The compilation of the classification function is carried out using discriminant analysis. The results obtained from the discriminant analysis are that there are 10 variables or indicators that fall into the discriminant function. The resulting discriminant function is quite good in classifying each group with a success rate of more than 85% and the discriminant function is supported by a fairly good validation success rate, namely with a classification accuracy of 93.20%.

Abstract

Era digital ini begitu banyak strategi promosi online yang dapat dikembangkan oleh pelaku bisnis sehingga dirasakan promosi secara offline salah satunya dengan kalatog menjadi alternative kedua dalam bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi melalui iklan katalog terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan studi kasus pada Minimarket Indomaret di Kota Bengkalis. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh iklan katalog terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Minimarket Indomaret dengan mengambil informasi dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yang bersumber dari pengembangan isntrumen penelitian. Teknik dalam pengumpulan sampel secara purposive sampling dan kemudian hasil informasi dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi dan pengaruh signifikan promosi dengan iklan katalog terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu sebesar 42,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan strategi promosi segara katalog berdampak dalam tercapainya target konsumen bagi suatu bisnis. Kata kunci: Strategi Promosi, Iklan Katalog, Keputusan Pembelian, Konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between investment credit variables and the financial performance of MSMEs in the absorption of investment credit in Aceh. This study uses the 2019-2020 time series data by determining as many as 24 selected observers. The analytical method used in this study is a causality test with the help of Eviews 7 software. The study was conducted in Aceh Province in the period April-July 2020. The results showed that there was a one-way causality relationship between the Investment Credit (LKI) variable and the Financial Performance (LKK) variable. SMEs with a probability of 0.065 and a significance level of 10 percent. This means that investment loans that are channeled by banks to MSMEs can affect the financial performance of MSMEs and have a positive and significant relationship at the level of 10 percent. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of investment credit by banks to MSMEs in Aceh can have a positive impact on the financial growth of MSME businesses.

Abstract

Tabungan berperan penting dalam peningkatan ekonomi nasional maupun regional. Penelitian ini bertujuam menganalisis pengaruh PDRB, BI Rate dan IPM terhadap tabungan pada Bank baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Analisis data panel digunakan terhadap data di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan variabel penelitian yang identic. Penggunaan data skunder pada penelitian ini berdasarkan pada data time series dan cross section dari tahun 2010-2020. Selain itu, untuk melihat pengaruh variabel penelitian khusus di Kabupaten Langkat digunakan model regresi linier berganda. Data diolah dengan bantuan program eviews versi.11 dan lulus uji masalah asumsi klasik serta uji normalitas data. Temuan awal dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel IPM berpengaruh signifikan pada tabungan pada bank di Sumatera Utara, Sedangkan variabel BI Rate dan PDRB tidak berpengaruh terhadap tabungan, namun pada taraf signifikansi 10% untuk variabel BI Rate berpengaruh. Temuan lanjutan yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel PDRB dan IPM terhadap Tabungan masyarakat di Kabupaten Langkat. Sedangkan variabel BI Rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tabungan masyarakat Kabupaten Langkat. Secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas penelitian berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

The specific objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the development of production, working capital, labor, sales volume, wage level, selling price, material costs, and profits of brick industry business actors, 2) To determine the feasibility of brick business in Banda Aceh City, and 3) To analyze strategic flexibility in the development of the brick refinery business after the COVID-19 pandemic. Descriptive and quantitative analysis was used to analyze the data, with direct observation of a research object in order to determine the condition of the business location and the characteristics of the brick business in Banda Aceh City. In order to determine whether or not the business was feasible, the business was carried out using BCR analysis calculations. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of the brick refinery business is known. The results of data analysis regarding the amount of production, labor, working capital, sales volume, wages, selling prices, raw material costs, and business profits of the brick refinery have increased every year. In contrast, in 2020-2021 there will be a decline caused by declining demand and high raw materials for brick processing. The results of the calculation of business feasibility in terms of Capital and Revenue using the BCR formula show that the capital and revenue variables have a positive effect on the feasibility of the 2017 to 2019 Brick Refinery Business or in other words that the Brick Refinery Business does not lose. It was reversed in 2020-2021 where the brick business decreased in demand but the stock became large and no significant losses were found. However, the bricks business revenue has decreased. The brick refinery business seen from the marketing aspect experienced positive developments in 2017-2019, this can be seen from the number of requests that always increase every year. It is different in 2020-2021 where the development from the marketing aspect is low, due to the pandemic and reduced development in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government policies in SKPD within the Aceh Government and their impact on employee performance. Considering that work morale can also be an important determinant of performance formation, in this study employee morale is used as an intermediary variable between employee performance and the implementation of e-government policies. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design that examines the functional relationship between employee performance and the implementation of e-government and work morale. The unit of analysis is 47 SKPD in the ranks of the Aceh Government. Research respondents in each SKPD as many as 5 people so that the total respondents are 235 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to employees in each SKPD. The questionnaire contains questions related to employee performance, e-government policies, and works morale. Each statement provided alternative answer choices in the form of a level of agreement ranging from strongly disagree, disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree. Each answer choice is given a score based on a Likert scale with a weight of 1 to 5. In order to test the functional relationship between variables, the AMOS 21 statistical inference model structural equation model (SEM) is used. This is done through efforts to improve the quality of e-government implementation and strengthen employee morale. Each SKPD head should pay attention to the importance of improving the quality of e-government which has been implemented so far in improving the quality of public services. Along with the development of information and communication technology, the implementation of e-government needs to be balanced with innovation in the field of public services. Besides being able to have an impact on improving the work of carrying out tasks by employees, service innovations supported by e-government will have a good impact on the quality of services for the community

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the Emotional Intelligence, Behavior Koqnitif, Personal Capability, Competence Leadership and Leadership Performance Leadership Cooperative to Cooperative Performance in Aceh province. This study will explore the four (4) aspects which include; Koqnitif (Coqnitive Behavior), Functional Role (Functional roles), Capability Personal (Personal capabilities) and Kentrampilan Personal (Personal skill). The population in this study are all cooperatives in the province. The population in this research were 207 people (Cooperative) include all cooperatives in the province of Aceh.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the community's response to the water bill payment services at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh. The study population was the whole community who pay water bills on PDAM Tirta. Daroy Banda Aceh, amounting to 16 886 people. Given the population is too many, the authors take a few samples. Sample was conducted with a random technique (simple random sampling) without regard to strata that exist in the population so that the population is homogeneous. This study uses independent variable responsiveness, empathy, reliability assurance and keterwujudan community feedback while the dependent variable in the payment of water bills on PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh. Based on the five variables studied, turned out to have a responsive variable penganih dominant to the public response in the payment of water bills on PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh followed by a variable empathy, reliability assurance and multiple linear regression keterwujudan.Hasil obtained the explanation that all independent variables studied had a correlation coefficient (relations) close and positive and have determination (influence) a strong and positive impact on the public response in the payment of water bills on PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.
