Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis ISSN: 2302-2663 is a research-based journal published by Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. The journal published two times per year in March and October. This journal started publishes since 2013. The scope and focus are related to the research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as a microeconomic, macroeconomic, development studies, behavioral economics, human resources management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research about education on economic. The journal also publishes an article related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching model for economic studies. And also published the study of development policy. According to the scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis welcome multidiscipline articles which related to the economics, management, accounting, and economic education research. This journal focuses on economics and education research by quantitative and qualitative approaches. There are many more problems related to the economics study and education problems. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis only publishes original research of economic, management, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and overseas. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries. Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis has been ACCREDITED at rank 2rd (Sinta 2) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia according to the Decree (SK) No. 28/E/KPT/2019. This study aims to analyze the influence of shopping and gender orientation on online shopping, and analyze the differences in shopping orientation and online shopping between men and women. The sample in this study were 151 UNIS Tangerang students. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression test. Furthermore, this study also uses independent sample T test to analyze differences in shopping orientation and online shopping for male and female students. In shopping orientation, use shopping enjoyment indicators, fashion / conscious, price conscious, shopping confidence, time conscious, in-home shopping tendency, brand/store loyalty. The results showed that partially, shopping orientation had a significant effect on online shopping but there was no gender influence on online shopping. And simultaneously shows that shopping orientation and gender have a significant effect on online shopping. The results show that there is no difference between men and women in shopping orientation and online shopping.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence student learning outcomes and the level of efficiency of the use of these inputs. Respondents in this study were the recipients of the 2015 - 2017 Bidikmisi class at the PIPS Department of the University of Jambi FKIP, namely 53 people. This study uses quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using the Stochastic frontier production function approach. The results showed that, first the use of books / modules had a positive and significant effect on the learning output of bidikmisi recipient students. Second the use of material photocopy material has a positive and significant effect on learning output. And, third, the use of pulses for internet access has a positive and significant effect. The level of student learning efficiency in using learning inputs averaged 94 percent. Student learning inefficiency is influenced by organizational activities and interaction with Bidikmisi managers, significant at α = 5 percent.

The purpose of this research and development was to produce a product in the form of an authentic assessment instrument on cognitive and psychomotor aspects based on performance assessment in productive learning of business plan subject that was valid and feasible to be implemented in Vocational High School or SMK. The model of the research adopted Borg & Gall's Research and Development (R&D) model. The model used six-stages model of ten stages which were performed, namely: (1) potential and problems; (2) data collection; (3) development of product drafts; (4) limited trials; (5) revision of the trial results; and (6) final products. In producing a research product, it was necessary to perform the content validation and limited trial tests. The validation test was carried out by 3 lecturers and 1 Business Plan teacher who met the criteria as a validator. Exercises in Students’ Worksheets (LKS) were analyzed with the level of difficulty and the discrimination power level. The results of the study were the instrument products in the form of Student Worksheets (LKS) on cognitive and psychomotor assessment based on performance assessment for the business plan subjects were considered valid and feasible, in form of test and non-test questions, performance assessment sheets which were used to assess student performance when practicing business plan learning materials. Meanwhile, the quality of the questions used have also met the level of difficulty and the discrimination power level.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and trust toward organizational commitment teachers at state high school in the city of depok. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 256 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 156 teacher using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the result of data analysis in the research it is conclude: First, transformational leadership have positive direct to organizational commitment. Second, trust have positive direct to organizational commitment, and third, transformational leadership have positive direct to trust. Organizational commitment can be improve through improvement of transformational leadership and trust.

Business competition is getting tougher making the marketing mix used as a tool for tactical marketing tools that can be controlled to produce the desired response in the target market. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of marketing mix-7Ps on consumer satisfaction for the elderly in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique produced 70 respondents. Data is processed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) empirically proven products, prices, distributions, promotions, and processes have a significant influence on customer satisfaction; meaning that the better the product, price, distribution, promotion and process, the more customer satisfaction increases. (2) Empirically proven physical facilities and people do not affect consumer satisfaction; meaning that physical facilities and people do not significantly result in customer satisfaction. Thus the findings of this study prove that physical facilities and people are not the main ones in consuming a product, but the most important thing is the quality of the product itself which can be used according to its function.

The training program has the ultimate goal and the knowledge gained in the training can be transferred back to work. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Supervisor support on Transfer Training through Motivation to Transfer. The sample in this research is the PMQ employee at PT. Sumatra Prima Fibreboard. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, namely employees who had participated in the PMQ Skills training program with a valid total response of 203 respondents. Data collection was done by collecting questionnaires using the 5 Likert point scale. The data analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS version 5. The results showed that Self-Efficacy, Supervisor Support, and Motivation to Transfer from a positive and significant provider for Transfers of Training. Self-Efficacy and Supervisor Support are positive and significant variables in influencing Motivation to Transfer. The results of the study also showed that Self-Efficacy and Supervisor support had a significant and significant effect on Transfer Training through Motivation to Transfer.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of the antecedents of intention to leave involve job dissatisfaction and work-related stress in the Small Medium Entreprises (SMEs). The variables were moderated by the perceived alternative job opportunities (PAJO) as Indonesian Migrant Workers. A total of 89 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of SMEs located in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The Data were analyzed using the associative descriptive method, using PLS version 3.0 software. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that work dissatisfaction and work-related stress have a positive influence on the intention to leave the SMEs. The perceived of alternative job opportunities as Indonesian migrant workers successfully moderating the effect of employee work-related stress on the intention to leave SMEs in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Non-Oil and Gas Exports and Oil and Gas Exports on the Position of Indonesian Foreign Exchange Reserves partially in the period 1996 to 2017 which employs 22 data annually using SPSS 24. The dependent variable in this study is Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves, while the independent variables are non-oil and gas exports and oil and gas exports. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, the researcher did multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of this research, it is known that partially non-oil and gas export and oil and gas export have a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves.
