<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of character education and the factors that influence the implementation of character education in SMA INS Kayu Tanam, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research conducted at SMA INS Kayu Tanam with the research informants being the principal, the assembly of teachers and students or students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained in the field show that: 1) The implementation of character education at SMA INS Kayu Tanam can be said to be good by means of habituation carried out by students while in school and dormitory, 2) The factors that influence the implementation of character education at SMA INS Kayu Tanam can be divided into two groups, namely: a) There are those who are said to be supporting factors which include commitment and good cooperation from all parties in the school environment, both school residents who are within the school environment and parties outside the school such as the surrounding community in the school environment, b. There are what are said to be factors that hinder the implementation of character education in schools including unsupportive links, lack of school funds, lack of intense communication between the school and parents or guardians of students, lack of awareness of students who are rooted in comfort has not been able to adapt to the new environment and the lack of supervision from the school. In this case, the author suggests that the implementation of character education through habituation at SMA INS Kayu Tanam can be further improved so that the expected goals of the school by balancing brain abilities with morals can be realized.]]>

<![CDATA[Know the accounting system and procedures clearly and accurately so that the implementation of credit disbursement is selective and on target, especially productive credit to debtors at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch, is the purpose of this research. The implementation of credit disbursement effectively and efficiently can be carried out properly in accordance with the standards and regulations that apply in general and in particular. Comparing the opinions of experts or references that are used as guidelines or technical instructions with the implementation in this research, and describe in detail the chronological details of the results of this research with qualitative descriptive methods. So that clear and detailed results are obtained from this research which shows that the systems and procedures that are run by PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch in the implementation of lending, especially productive credit, can be carried out properly in accordance with applicable principles and standards. Until the goal is to provide the best service and be able to choose the right debtors so that the provision of productive credit can be carried out effectively and efficiently, as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of member perceptions, customer trust and participatory budgets on managerial performance through moderating job satisfaction in Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) "X" Padang city. <![CDATA[This study examines the effect of budgetary participation, government internal control systems with organizational commitment as a moderating variable on managerial performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the above variables, either partial or moderation. The population of this study were all employees of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of mandatory government affairs related to basic services. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Of the five OPDs that are included in mandatory government affairs related to basic services, there are 120 employees as respondents in this study. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The software used to process data in this study is SPSS version 25. The results of this study that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, government internal control systems have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, organizational commitment is unable to strengthen the effect of budget participation on performance. Managerial, and organizational commitment is not able to strengthen the influence of the government internal control system on managerial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Discharge planning is a process that begins with the patient receiving health services followed by continuity of care both in the healing process and in maintaining the degree of health until the patient feels ready to return to his environment, and is also an important part of the implementation of nursing care. With the discharge planning can reduce the days / length of patient care, prevent recurrence, improve the patient's health condition and reduce mortality and morbidity. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and the implementation of discharge planning in the inpatient room of Dumai Hospital. The design of this study was cross sectional using the Chi square test. The sample consisted of 96 nurses. The sample technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. The results showed that most of the nurses were not good at discharge planning, namely 72.9%. Most of the nurses' knowledge was not good, namely 89.6%. The results of the analysis test showed that there was no significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of discharge planning (p = 0.199).]]>

<![CDATA[The position of judicial power is outside the executive and legislative powers. This placement can be intended so that the judge does not use his power to oppress people arbitrarily and does not make legal rules that can injure the community. Currently, judges are under judicial power which is neutral and free from the influence of other powers and has an independent attitude in hearing without intervention from the executive and legislative powers. The purpose of this research is to find out the reality of the independence of judges in giving decisions and judging people who are in dispute and see how the influence of Pancasila values on judges in giving decisions based on the values contained in Pancasila, so that they can provide justice based on the laws that live in society. . The method in this study uses a normative approach, which is the reference source of this study using the literature approach, conceptual approach and value approach. The results of the research show that currently the position of judges independently is still limited, considering that in deciding criminal dispute cases using penal means, judges do not decide based on the values contained in Pancasila. This is proven by the limitations of judges in deciding a case, where individually a judge cannot give a decision according to his / her conscience and is even constrained by the written rules of the law. This shows as if the judge's personal freedom is bound by the demands and charges given by the public prosecutor. Departing from this condition, it is necessary to rearrange the independence of the judiciary in adjudicating and deciding disputes which must be based on the Pancasila insight. This is intended so that the judiciary becomes an independent institution based on the Pancasila legal culture that is more religious, humanitarian, and justice based on the values that live in society.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia According to WHO (2017) data, there are about 35 million people affected by depression, 60 million people are affected by bipolar, 21 million are affected by schizophrenia, and 47.5 million are affected by dementia. The nursing problems that arise from the medical diagnosis of schizophrenia include hallucinations. Based on data from Mental Hospitals in Indonesia, about 70% of patients undergoing treatment in inpatient wards of mental hospitals experience hallucinations nursing problems. Data from the inpatient room of the Jambi Provincial Mental Hospital in 2018 from 12 rooms the number of patients experiencing hallucinations was 4320 patients. The management of hallucinations is through the continuous application of comprehensive nursing care, accompanied by incorrect modality therapies. one of them is Group Activity Therapy. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze auditor ethics as a moderating variable affecting competence, independence and work experience on audit quality at public accounting firms in Semarang, Solo and Yogyakarta. The variables used are competence, independence and work experience as independent variables while the dependent variable is audit quality and auditor ethics as moderating variables. In this study using a questionnaire in data collection as many as 16 Public Accounting Firms with a number of 101 respondents used as samples. The data analysis technique used a measurement scale technique, data feasibility test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, moderated regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study reveal that competence has a significant effect on audit quality, while independence and work experience have no effect on audit quality. Auditor ethics cannot moderate the effect of competence, independence and work experience on audit quality.]]>

<![CDATA[The groundwater used for irrigation must have the quality according to its designation. The objective of this study was to assess the appropriateness of groundwater quality used as a source of irrigation water. This study was conducted on agricultural land in an area close to the coast and potentially intruded by sea water. The location of this study was groundwater irrigation land in the irrigation area of production wells SDTB 063, SDTB 064, and SDTB 342 located in Jenu District, Tuban Regency, East Java Province. Groundwater quality assessment was carried out using the IQWI model. Based on the IWQI value obtained, it can be shown that the groundwater quality from SDTB 064 and SDTB 342 production wells has low water usage restrictions, while the groundwater quality from SDJB 603 production well has moderate water usage restrictions. Groundwater quality with low water usage restrictions can be used as irrigation water on soils with moderate permeability with a recommendation to wash the salt. Groundwater quality with moderate water usage restrictions can be used as irrigation water on soils with moderate to high permeability with a recommendation to wash the salt. Farmers in the study area are recommended to be able to cultivate various alternative of high economic value crops that are suitable with the groundwater quality used as a source of irrigation water as stated in this study, while still making adjustments to agricultural land conditions and climatic conditions.]]>
