Abstract

This research aims to describe the transformation of the Jambi Representative Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) strategy in increasing capital market literacy during the Covid-19 pandemic after the implementation of Work From Home (WFH), education, socialization and various activities carried out as well as challenges and Problem Solving. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques literature study, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Jambi Representative Office, Trainers, and Administrative Staff. The data analysis technique is done by inductive thinking. The results of the research show that there are strategies carried out by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Jambi Representative Office, namely socialization and education strategies and other strategies in the form of digitalization strategies. Activities from this socialization and education strategy include public outreach, capital market schools (SPM), Islamic capital market schools (SPMS), visiting several agencies, establishing Investment Galleries, collaborating with securities companies and digitalization strategies, namely social media as a medium for disseminating information capital market. Challenges and problem solving include lack of understanding of digital applications and skills, limited internet and network access, lack of understanding of digital media communication culture.

Abstract

Cilacap Regency has a fairly high production of marine fish, but it is not matched by the high level of consumption of marine fish by its people. However, based on data per village, Jetis Village in Nusawungu District is the highest village in terms of consumption of marine fish when compared to other areas. Therefore, it is interesting to study the factors that influence the demand for marine fish in Jetis Village, Nusawungu District, Cilacap Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the price of marine fish, the price of other goods, income, and the number of household members on the demand for marine fish in Jetis Village, Nusawungu District, Cilacap Regency. This study uses primary data obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires to 96 households in Jetis Village. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model. The results showed that the price of marine fish and income, did not have a significant effect on the demand for marine fish in Jetis Village. Meanwhile, the price of other goods and the number of household members have a significant influence on the demand for marine fish in Jetis Village. The implication of this research is that although the price of marine fish has no significant effect on the demand for marine fish, the stability of the price of marine fish is still important for the community so that the price of marine fish will remain affordable. Since the prices of other goods are complementary to the consumption of marine fish, it is important to pay attention to price stability for other goods, such as the price of chicken meat, the price of freshwater fish, and the price of eggs.

Abstract

The network system is a very vital network in the flow of electrical energy, therefore it is very informed in real time when there is a disturbance in electrical transmission so that electrical energy is continuous. When there is a disturbance in the electricity network, there is a notification in real time, so the officer will quickly find out if there is a disturbance. Disturbances that occur in the field cannot be predicted because of the long network and different fields, so a prototype is designed to provide notifications when a disturbance occurs in real time using a current sensor using an acs712 current sensor as a current reader and a 004t pzem voltage sensor. Utilization of the esp32 module serves to send notifications to officers via the telegram application.

Abstract

PT. Astra International, Tbk – Auto2000 Karawang is a sales service network, maintenance, repair and supplier of Toyota spare parts located at Jalan Surotokunto No. 80, East Adiarsa, East Karawang District, Karawang Regency. Auto2000 Karawang branch often carries out promotions such as holding exhibitions, discounts, and giving gifts to customers, however the prices set by the company often change suddenly so that salesmen and customers feel confused which results in delays in their purchase plans. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions of four-wheeled vehicles at PT. Auto2000 Karawang. This research uses validity and reliability test data processing, regression analysis, T test and simultaneous test which in processing the data using SPSS software. The results showed that the t value for the price variable was 1.209 < t table (2.051) and the significance value was 0.237 > 0.05, which means 15H0">  is accepted and 15H1">  is rejected so that partially the price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the promotion variable, the value of t count is 3,499 > t table (2,051). and a significance value of 0.02 <0.05, which means 15H0">  is rejected and 15H1 "> is accepted so that partially there is a significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions at Auto2000 Karawang Branch. This means that the delivery of a good promotion will improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin, benth) is one of the leading national commodities in the form of Patchouli oil. Indonesia is a tropical country, has high potential in the production of Patchouli plants. In order to obtain high- quality patchouli plants and high production, it is necessary to fertilize the planting medium, using a mixture of chicken manure and rice husk charcoal as organic fertilizer can increase the growth of patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Bent). The purpose of this study was to find out, the dose of chicken manure mixed with rice husk charcoal which could provide the best growth of patchouli plants under stands of cinnamon plants. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications so that 24 plants were obtained for each treatment. Polybag size 15 x 20 cm, with a distance between treatments of 1 meter. Parameters observed were number of leaves, plant height, total leaf area, herb production and essential oil content. The data collected was then analyzed using the DMRT advanced test. Supporting data in the form of initial soil analysis, analysis of a mixture of chicken manure and rice husk charcoal. Doses of a mixture of chicken manure and rice husk charcoal gave a significantly different effect on the growth of patchouli cuttings under cinnamon stands. The conclusion of this study is that the application of various doses of a mixture of Chicken Manure and Rice Husk Charcoal can increase patchouli plant growth, herb dry weight and essential oil content better. The best dosage recommendation is the administration of P1 treatment, namely 100 grams of Chicken Manure Fertilizer and 50 grams of Rice Husk Charcoal Focus 10.

Abstract

Bullying is one of the factors that cause emotional tendencies. One of the impacts of bullying is that various forms of emotions are formed in children, both to the bullying or the victim (victim). The research strategy is this case study which aims to obtain information about the emotional form of Bullying and Victims (Victim) in the form of student behavior. Based on the results of this study, the form of emotion caused by bullying behavior is that initially the perpetrator has the characteristics of wanting to show himself and get the attention of others, but when the perpetrator sees his friend who has more abilities than him, the form of emotion that is generated is hate. The hatred that is generated actually hurts and causes bullying behavior. Vice versa, a friend who was bullied (Victim) has a high temperament and stubborn characteristics, so that the emotions that arise are aggressive, impulsive and willing to take revenge on friends who hurt him. To follow up the emotional form of Bullying and Victim Behavior (Victim) it requires the role of Counseling Guidance Teachers in schools. Counseling teachers must make service programs about preventing bullying in schools, such as group guidance services, group counseling, classical guidance and provide individual guidance to behavior or victims involved in bullying cases. BK teachers can also use technological sophistication to run programs such as using animated videos related to bullying as well as providing the impact caused by bullying or victim behavior (Victim).

Abstract

The number of patient visits is one of indicator of the use of health services. One of the impact of pandemic Covid-19 is the decrease of accessing health services which has an impact on the decline of the number of patient visits to health services. This study aims to know about determinant of utilization health services for outpatient in Riau Province during pandemic Covid-19 in 2021. This study uses the 2021 National Socio Economic Survey (Susenas), on heads of households in Riau Province. Binary logistic regression uses to analyze the determinant of it. The result show that age, residence, employment status, income, and health insurance have a significant impact on the utilization of health services for outpatient treatment.

Abstract

The Covid-19 vaccination policy was implemented by the central government in the hope of stopping the spread of the virus related to Covid-19, as was the case with the Jambi City government, but in its implementation there were still many people who had not been vaccinated. Those who choose not to be vaccinated do so for various reasons, especially concerns about the contents and safety of the Covid-19 vaccine for their bodies. Vaccines are one of the most important solutions in warding off the Covid-19 virus, so socialization must be continuously carried out through various efforts, including the involvement of opinion leaders to approach and understand the community through the role of participatory communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of participatory communication from opinion leaders in supporting the acceleration of Covid-19 vaccination in the Lebak Bandung Village, Jambi City. This research departs from the theory of participatory communication, and the type of research used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. There were 5 informants in the study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of participatory communication Opinion leaders in supporting the co-19 vaccination policy program is carried out through several stages, namely; First, understand the target audience for communication by empathizing and appreciating the audience's attitude towards vaccines. Second, managing or compiling messages about the covid-19 vaccine in language that is easy to understand while still guided by government information or appeals. When, the stages of the communication process are carried out persuasively and interactively. Fourth, choose communication channels and media according to their function in the public.

Abstract

Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020 provides a policy on learning series in an emergency due to the spread of Covid-19, teaching and learning activities are shifted to online or online learning at their respective homes. Online learning makes use of multimedia technology, video, virtual classes, animated online text, voicemail, email, telephone conferences, and online video streaming. Online learning includes a program of organizing learning classes to reach massive and broad groups through the internet network. Online learning is a solution in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that is used to plan appropriate and efficient learning processes in order to achieve learning objectives well so that the learning experience of students is memorable and can achieve learning goals. The role of technology in education as an innovative creative opportunity for educators to realize a fun, orderly and conducive teaching and learning process by utilizing methods. The learning method is a way or technique of presenting lesson materials that will be used by educators when presenting lesson materials, either individually or in groups. There are several problems faced by students when learning online such as: difficulty in mastering the material due to the learning process, less creative in doing assignments, lack of understanding in planning, managing assignments before presentation, internet network is not optimal. The results of these observers need changes to achieve online learning. Utilize learning methods with applications. Kinemaster as an application that can be used in the online learning process. The Kinemaster application is a video editing application that has many features that make it easier to edit videos, especially creative and interesting learning videos so that students don't get bored, and can play videos of learning material from lecturers many times. The method developed using the Kinemaster application. This type of research uses R & D with the development model of Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel, namely the 4-D model. The learning method developed must be feasible and effective and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the work environment and teacher performance at SMP N 24 Jambi City and to verify the effect of the work environment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City. The population used is the total number of teachers of SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City, amounting to 44 people. the sample is part of the population that is used as the object of research. The sample in the study was all teachers of SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City, totaling 44 people. Data collection methods in this study are field research and library research, in this study using descriptive analysis methods. Descriptive analysis method provides a systematic structure in organizing the data as well as objective answers and the data is presented in the form of an average, scale range. It is known that the constant value of 0.411 means that if the work environment variable (X) is 0 then the performance variable (Y) is 0.411. Furthermore, with the simple linear regression equation above, there is a positive value for the regression coefficient of the work environment variable, which is 0.657. work (X) is positive if there is a change in the work environment variable, it will cause a unidirectional change in the teacher performance variable. In this study, it can be analyzed the magnitude of the influence of the work environment on teacher performance that is equal to 0.657. it means that if the work environment (X) on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 24 Jambi City increases by 1%, the teacher's performance will increase 65.7%
