Abstract

Dermatitis is an infection that occurs on the skin which is characterized by red nodules and itching. Fishermen are one of the workers who are most likely to suffer from dermatitis. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the use of APD and the incidence of dermatitis experienced by fishermen due to work. The research method used is a literature review, which is a collection of several daily articles from 2018-2022 using the keywords "The impact of work with eczema on fishermen" and "Use of personal protective equipment by fishermen". Dermatitis is reddened skin and usually an itchy rash, which causes irritation after direct contact with sea water. Fishermen who wear head protective equipment while working are 62.4% and those who do not wear boots are 23.59%

Abstract

Customer relationship management is a tool for companies to be able to get, and create good relationships with customers so that they can be a source of profit for the sustainability of business processes. PT Bhinkea Rahsa Nusantara makes customer relationship management as one of the strategies in order to produce satisfaction for customers, so this study aims to determine the factors of customer relationship management that affect customer satisfaction. This research uses a factor analysis method with SMART-PLS software, with the results of research variables that affect customer satisfaction are identification, interaction, and problem solving together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of forensic auditor independence, forensic auditor objectivity, forensic auditor professional skepticism, investigative auditor ability and investigative auditor experience on the effectiveness of implementing audit procedures in disclosing fraud. The sample of this study was 60 auditors from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) and auditors from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) representing the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of the regression analysis showed that the professional skepticism of the forensic auditor, the ability of the investigative auditor, and the experience of the investigative auditor had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of audit procedures in disclosing fraud. Thus, the higher the professional skepticism of the forensic auditor, the higher the ability of the investigative auditor and the better the experience of the investigative auditor, the more effective the implementation of audit procedures in disclosing fraud.

Abstract

The massive increase in palm oil production in Indonesia has created problems in the large volume of palm oil processing waste that must be managed. One of the efforts made to reduce this impact is by reusing the empty fruit bunches waste of palm oil as a material for making bioplastics. This bioplastic is then used to improve soil bearing capacity by increasing the CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value in expansive clay soils. The effectiveness of the use of bioplastics was measured by comparing the test results of laboratory CBR values of soil samples mixed with bioplastics with varying levels of 0%, 4%, 10%, and 15%, respectively. The test results showed that samples that had been treated with bioplastics had a greater soaked CBR value than sample without bioplastics. The highest soaked CBR value obtained was 21.14%, namely in sample with 10% bioplastic content. Bioplastic from empty fruit bunches of palm oil has the potential to be developed as a material to improve soil bearing capacity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of organizational culture, individual characteristics, and work motivation, as well as employee performance at the Batanghari District Land Office; and to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture and individual characteristics on work motivation and employee performance; as well as to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance. To answer the research objectives, the authors need theoretical studies related to research variables, namely organizational culture theory, individual characteristics, and work motivation, as well as employee performance. In addition, the authors also look for relevant previous research in the form of previous articles/journals and theses to support this research. The population in this study were employees of the Batanghari Regency Land Office, totaling 53 employees. The sampling technique in this study used Saturated Sampling, so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 53 employees. To answer all hypotheses, the analysis technique used is through path analysis. The results of the study show that organizational culture and individual characteristics have an influence on employee motivation and performance, both directly and indirectly. Where based on the results of the t test (partial) and the F test (Simultaneous) show that organizational culture and individual characteristics have a significant and positive influence on motivation and performance, as well as motivation also has a significant and positive influence on performance. This explains that if the organizational culture and individual characteristics can be implemented properly, it will have a positive influence in increasing work motivation which has implications for improving the performance of employees of the Batanghari District Land Office. Based on the results of the study, namely organizational culture, individual characteristics, and work motivation, as well as the performance of the Batanghari Regency Land Office employees in good and quite good condition; organizational culture and individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on work motivation both directly and indirectly; organizational culture and individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on employee performance both directly and indirectly; work motivation affects employee performance; and organizational culture and individual characteristics together through motivation can have a direct and indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Batanghari District Land Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of context through Instagram social media on the buying interest of Majapahit Chocolate Consumers in Mojokerto, to determine the effect of communication through Instagram social media on the buying interest of Majapahit chocolate consumers in Mojokerto, to determine the effect of collaboration through Instagram social media on the buying interest of Majapahit chocolate consumers in Mojokerto. , to find out the effect of collaboration through Instagram social media on Mojokerto Majapahit Chocolate Consumer Buying Interest and to determine the effect of connections through Instagram social media on Majapahit Mojokerto Chocolate Consumer Buying Interest. The research hypothesis was tested using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS is a component or variant-based structural equation model (SEM). Hypothesis testing is done by testing Variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the warppls program. SEM-PLS is used for exploratory research. In other words, the PLS approach is more suitable for prediction purposes. Context variables have a real and positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Mojokerto Majapahit Chocolate. Communication variable has no significant effect on consumers' buying interest in Chocolate Majapahit Mojokerto. Collaboration variable has a significant and positive effect on consumers' buying interest in Chocolate Majapahit Mojokerto. The Connection variable has a significant and positive effect on consumer buying interest in Mojokerto Majapahit Chocolate.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student's reading skills in class. It was reading skills through the application of the Reciprocal Teaching Strategy. Creating Reciprocal Teaching teaching activities in Reading helps create more profound and meaningful learning. The students were very enthusiastic about understanding the text because they cooperated in groups to summarize and discuss the contents of the text. Each group member has an equal opportunity to read, summarize, discuss, and ask questions. They become more active and show more interest in the lesson. There was an atmosphere of fun and enthusiasm in the class. The results showed that the class was dynamic and lively, so students' learning motivation increased. In addition, student achievement also increased significantly.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that is given to babies for 6 months and without being given other additional foods such as formula milk, honey, oranges, tea and water and other solid foods. The purpose of this study was to describe the status of breastfeeding for infants in Paluh Sibaji village, Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang district. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that the description of the status of breastfeeding for toddlers in Paluh Sibaji Village, Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang, was classified as poor because of the lack of knowledge obtained by respondents in terms of breastfeeding to children whose mothers were dominated by elementary school graduates.

Abstract

Efforts to protect nature is one of the main things and is quite important in order to maintain all levels of life in this universe. Conservation of nature is the main thing that is most influential for humans to survive, but as time goes by, the existence of nature is increasingly threatened. Preserving nature can be done in situ and ex-situ. One of the efforts in preserving nature ex-situ can be done with captivity efforts so that it can overcome the level of extinction. The research was carried out using a descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach in several stages, namely the interview was conducted by giving several questions to the respondents in the form of a questionnaire and there were 25 women and 36 men as respondents who gave opinions regarding the management of deer breeding and the use of venison. in West java. The results of interviews conducted from 61 respondents produced the following data, namely 67.2% agreed about the captive breeding program, 59% of people were interested in the captive breeding program as a tourist attraction, 70.5% of people admitted that deer meat could be consumed, 80.3% claimed that they had never consumed venison, 21.3% knew the benefits of venison, 42.6% admitted that they knew the law regarding illegal deer capture and 24.6% admitted that they knew the law regarding illegal hunting. This research is expected to be a reference for captive managers in Wana Wisata to obtain information about the success of deer breeding and the potential use of deer meat.

Abstract

As one of the literary genres, poetry has also begun to experience new forms of adaptation in the world of digital literature. One of these forms is audio-visual literature. Audio-visual poetry uses media such as YouTube as its publication medium. This can be seen in the emergence of youtube accounts that consistently produce audio-visual poems. The audio-visual poems on several accounts have even been watched by millions of viewers. This study aims to determine the physical and mental structure of audio-visual poems on these accounts and to describe the appearance of audio-visual poetry on Youtube digital media. This research is included in descriptive qualitative research. This study analyzes 12 Youtube audio-visual poems that are considered the most popular. The audio-visual poems were taken from 6 different Youtube channels, namely the poems “Ajari Aku untuk Melepaskanmu” and “Rindu untuk Ayah” from Pena Safa's Youtube account. Poems “Ketika Kukira Aku Istimewa” and “Harapan yang Tumbuh, Hati Yang Patah”from the Fictionalism Youtube account. The poems “Curahan Hati Seorang Perokok” and “Rokok dan Kamu 2” from the Normantin TV Youtube account. Poems “Cinta” and “Rasa dan Perasaan” from Ega Nugraha's Youtube account. The poems “Sakitnya Aku Mencintaimu” and “Ingin Menangis Sebentar Saja” from the Youtube account Jejak Sulas. The poems "“Menangislah” and “Desember dan Lukanya”Some poems such as "When I Think I'm Special" and “Cinta” are not the work of the Youtube account owner, but are the work of other people who are read out. The poem “Ketika Kukira Aku Istimewa” is the work of Fiersa Bersari and the poem “Cinta” is a famous poem by Khalil Gibran. The aspects analyzed are the physical and mental structure as well as the audio-visual form of poetry on the digital media Youtube. Most of Youtube's audio-visual poems that have a high number of viewers do not yet have a complete physical and mental structure of poetry. Audio Visual forms on Youtube audio visual poetry are very free and depend on the creativity of the owner.
