Abstract

Tools in the production process are needed in the production process in order to accelerate and improve the quality of production, especially in the automotive industry. In this study, a jig positioning machine design will be designed which is used when assembly on the roof panel of a car so that it can help areas that are difficult to reach when doing assembly or design on the roof panel of the car. After designing the required design for the car interior roof panel assembly, it is necessary to test the design of the machine so that when the material on the machine ready to be made is already in the safe category. Testing on the machine is carried out using a material with the type of Aluminum Alloy 6035-t5 with the addition of different force factors, namely 34.3N, 39.2N, and 44.1N. The addition of the force factor is based on the maximum load given when doing the roof panel assembly on the car. The test is carried out by performing simulations using CAD Software on the arm of the jig positioning machine which will be the support when applying the load. The simulation carried out will analyze the value of material suitability factors including the value of deformation, strain-stress, and factor of safety on the jig positioning machine. The results of the simulation show that there is a change in the value of the material suitability factor due to the difference in the applied force. The suitability factor of the material on the designed jig positioning arm can accommodate the weight of the load with a maximum force of 44.1N with a maximum displacement value of 1.062e+02 mm, a stress value of 1.087e+08N/m^2, a FOS value of 1.33e+00, and a Strain value of 1 ,19e-03. Based on the simulation results of the suitability factor of the material, the jig positioning arm is within safe limits.

Abstract

This study was made to determine the effect of price and service quality on visitor satisfaction at Syafira Swimming Pool, Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency.The independent variables in this study were price and service quality, while the dependent variable in this study was visitor satisfaction.The population in this study were all visitors who visited the Syafira swimming pool.The sample in this study is the entire population. The technique used in sampling is a random sampling technique where all individuals in the population have the opportunity to become members of the sample. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. And the analysis technique used is MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis Of Variance). The results of the study show that price has an influence on the visitor satisfaction variable, because the price variable has a positive effect because the price variable shows a sig value of 0.024< 0.05 and tcount>ttable or 2.391>2.051, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the quality of service has an effect on the visitor satisfaction variable, because the service quality variable has a positive effect because the service quality variable shows that the sig value is 0.002<0.05 and tcount>ttable or 3.489>2.051, so it can be concluded that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Oil palm plants (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) are one of the important commodities in the plantation crop industry, capable of providing economic value as a source of foreign exchange income for the country. The increase in oil palm area is also accompanied by an increase in damaged plants (TR/TTM). So it is necessary to rejuvenate the plants to get quality seeds. The aim of this research was to determine the effect and best dose of Eco Farming liquid organic fertilizer treatment with rubber wastewater treatment plant sludge compost on the growth of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) seedlings in the main nursery. This research was carried out at the Teaching and Research Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University and lasted for 3 months, starting in September-November 2022. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments, namely: k0 = 40 mL.L-1 Eco fertilizer water Farming, k1 = 30 mL.L-1 Eco Farming fertilizer water + 100 g compost from waste sludge from WWTP, k2 = 20 mL.L-1 water from Eco Farming fertilizer + 200 g compost from waste sludge from WWTP, k3 = 10 mL.L-1 Eco Farming fertilizer water + 300 g of WWTP sludge waste compost, k4 = 400 g of WWTP sludge waste compost. The variables observed included seed height (cm), increase in tuber diameter (mm), increase in number of leaves (strands), shoot dry weight (g), root dry weight (g), ratio of root shoot and root volume (ml). The results of the research showed that the application of Eco Farming liquid organic fertilizer and waste compost from rubber wastewater treatment plant sludge was able to increase growth in the variables of seed height, root dry weight and root volume. However, it has not been able to increase the increase in tuber diameter, increase in number of leaves, shoot dry weight and root shoot ratio. Treatment of 10 mL.L-1 of Eco Farming fertilizer water + 300 g of IPAL waste sludge compost gave the best average growth of 6 month old oil palm seedlings in the main nursery.

Abstract

Anemia is one of the nutritional issues that teenagers face. Anemia is a result of the predominance of nutritional intake that is subpar, which might result in a danger if nutritional issues exist. inadequate nutrient intake, which affects the body's ability to absorb nutrients or absorb them properly and contributes to hemoglobin production. Breakfast habits are another element that causes anemia. The value of breakfast in helping youngsters satisfy their daily nutritional and energy demands. The goal of this research was to examine the relationships between anemia at SMKN 12 Surabaya and breakfast practices, protein intake, and vitamin C intake. 100 young women from SMKN 12 Surabaya were the sample for the study, which employed cross sectional analysis. The study's independent factors were breakfast practices, protein intake, and vitamin C intake. The dependent variable was young women's anemia. The Chi-Square test is used in a bivariate study to examine the relationship between breakfast consumption, protein intake, and vitamin C intake, and the prevalence of anemia. 39% of respondents reported having anemia. The majority of respondents reported eating breakfast often with adequate amounts of protein (56%) and inadequate levels of vitamin C (93%). The frequency of anemia and the amount of protein adequacy are significantly correlated (p=0.005). Breakfast consumption had no discernible impact on the prevalence of anemia (p=0.522). The incidence of anemia and the amount of vitamin C adequacy did not significantly correlate (p=0.557). The prevalence of anemia in female teenagers is correlated with the amount of adequate protein in the diet.

Abstract

Achievement or job performance is the qualitative and quantitative result of work done when tasks are completed in accordance with assigned responsibilities. Performance is a measure of the success of health services and reflects the responsibilities of service organizations within the framework of good governance. Hospital Performance refers to the realization of the goals set by medical and administrative personnel. The Institute of Management Development (IMD) stated in the World Competitiveness Yearbook 2022 report that Indonesia's competitiveness has now risen from 38th in 2020 to 44th. According to the results of Nurdin Hamzah Hospital's 2022 staff performance review, it is still not the best in terms of average performance. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership and discipline on job motivation and its impact on employee performance in the direct service area of Nurdin Hamzah General Hospital, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The sample is drawn in the way of overall sampling, drawn from all direct service personnel, up to 108 people. According to the results of partial significance test (t statistical test), it is found that the leadership part has a significant impact on employee performance, the discipline part has no significant impact on employee performance, and the motivation part has a significant impact on employee performance. Based on the results of simultaneous analysis (F-test), the model in this study was proved to be correct/feasible. From this it can be concluded that leadership and discipline simultaneously affect performance through variable motivation.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child's height is shorter than a child of the same age, with a Z-score for height for age (TB/U). Based on the standard of growth reached less than -2 standard deviation (SD). Poor nutrition during the first 1000 days of life causes growth retardation in children. Affected children have permanent physical developmental disabilities that affect their ability to work. The average IQ of retarded children is 11 points lower than the average IQ of children in the general population. The research method used in this research is a systematic review of published literature from national and international publications. The object of this research is in Pasiran Village, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency. The results of this study reveal that children who experience stunting in the first 2 years of life are at risk of having an IQ of 4.57 and a nonverbal IQ of less than 89.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile cannot be realized instantly, but requires habituation. One of the efforts that can be made to realize this is by emulating historical figures who can be used as role models. As it is known that today's young generation, especially students are experiencing an exemplary crisis. One historical figure who can be used as an example by the younger generation in order to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is K.H Ahmad Dahlan. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study which aims to explore character values in the character K.H Ahmad Dahlan that are relevant to the profile of Pancasila students. The findings of this study are that in K.H Ahmad Dahlan there are six character values that are relevant to the profile of Pancasila students, namely: 1) faith, fear of God Almighty and noble character, 2) global diversity, 3) mutual cooperation, 4 ) independent, 5) critical reasoning, and 6) creative. These six values are reflected in the ideas and actions taken by K.H Ahmad Dahlan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the message of the Goal Campaign's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the form of news published by the MNC Group through the MNC Peduli website. In this study, we analyze news message categories, news message content approaches, and CSR news message values. This research was carried out using qualitative methods and content analysis. The findings from this research are that the message categories used by companies in making CSR news messages are hard news and features. The content approach used in creating MNC Peduli's CSR news messages is a social and spiritual approach. MNC Peduli's CSR news message values have fulfilled the five elements of message values. The conclusion of this study is that MNC Group, through MNC Peduli, publishes messages on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign goals in the form of published news quite optimally by using categories, content approaches, and values that are in line with stakeholder.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of efficient use and analyze the marketing strategy of economical rattan. This research was conducted in the village of Tumpung Laung I and the village of Montallat II, North Barito Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling and saturated sampling (census). Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is using SWOT and descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research, the people of Tumpung Laung I and Montallat II used the economical rattan type . The community makes economical rattan as income by harvesting and collecting rattan which is sold to collectors in the form of raw rattan and the community also uses economical rattan as a raw material for making rattan crafts. The economical rattan marketing strategy in Tumpung Laung I lies in quadrant III or in a strategic position to minimize weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities or in the WO strategy. The suitable marketing strategy in Tumpung Laung I is a turn-around strategy, while the economical rattan marketing strategy in Montallat II is located in quadrant I or in a very profitable strategic position, namely because it has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities or on SO strategy, from the analysis of the suitable marketing strategy in Montallat II is an aggressive strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the picture of work discipline, direct supervision, and work effectiveness, to find out how much influence work discipline has on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi, and to find out how much influence direct supervision has on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. The research method that researchers use is descriptive and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The result of this study is the Implementation of Work Discipline in employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is already in the very high category. Direct supervision of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is in the very high category. Work effectiveness in employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi is in the very good category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, work discipline does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. This is evidenced by t-count < t-table (0.295 < 2.04523). While direct supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of PT. Bank Sinarmas Syariah Kcs. Sukabumi. This is evidenced by t-calculate > t-table (4.606 > 2.04523).
