Abstract

For centuries, fashion has been a visual marker of our gender, and nowadays the term androgynous fashion has arisen. Being outside the binary, individuals in Indonesia dressing in this style often face discrimination due to its strong patriarchal culture. Consequently, Instagram has become a prominent platform for people to express themselves in a more intimate way. Utilizing the case study research method, Jovi Adhiguna Hunter, an androgynous fashion influencer, was chosen as the research object. His self-disclosure through fashion is analyzed using social penetration theory, with an emphasis on his Instagram posts @joviadhiguna from 2019 to June 2023. Previous studies have primarily examined the presence of androgynous individuals on social media and their personal branding. Therefore, this study aims to delve deeper into how Jovi Adhiguna discloses his identity through androgynous fashion. Employing qualitative research and a case study approach within the constructivism paradigm, the study finds that Jovi Adhiguna's Instagram self-disclosure has reached a stable stage.His consistent disclosures are accompanied by captions expressing Jovi Adhiguna Hunter's views on genderless design and are reflected in his choice of outfits, accessories, photo expression, and poses that embrace a feminine aesthetic, which has happened since 2021.

Abstract

This study eexamines the effect of the cash ratio, and profit growth on company value and see whether company size can moderate the cash ratio and profit growth on company value. This research takes as its object the companies that are members of the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021 which have made consecutive profits. Based on the research results, the cash ratio does not affect company value, as well as profit growth does not affect company value. Apart from that, company size does not strengthen the relationship between the cash ratio, and profit growth on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the evaluation of shell and tube type heat exchanger performance efficiency based on flow rate parameters and fouling factors. In the evaluation of Heat Exchanger (HE-105) performance, two types of data collection were carried out, namely primary data collection used for basic analysis of Heat Exchanger (HE-105) performance evaluation at refinery facilities at PT X and secondary data collection was carried out as a calculation step in the evaluation of Heat Exchanger (HE-105) performance. The results showed that the actual average Rd (fouling factor) value of 0.0012 kcal/m2 hr C is which greater than the design Rd, this is due to the accumulated fouling. The average value of efficiency in the design is 98.41%, and the actual efficiency is 86.29%. The actual average efficiency value is smaller than the design average efficiency value, this is due to the influence of the high flow rate which causes the contact time between temperatures to decrease. However, the average efficiency value is still relatively high, indicating that the Heat Exchanger (HE-105) is still very feasible to use.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development and organizational communication on employee performance at PT Incasi Raya Group. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using primary data obtained through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Incasi Raya Group. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that career development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as does organizational communication. Apart from that, these two variables simultaneously also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The MT Haryono highway in Malang City is a type 4/2 UD collector road which connects various places in both the economic and educational sectors in Malang City. The large number of activities that occur on this road result in a buildup of vehicles and high side obstacles, causing traffic jams during rush hours. To overcome this problem, an analytical study using the MKJI 1997 method is needed. The results of the analysis are the value of the degree of saturation for current road conditions >0.80, namely 0.94 at the service level (E) of unstable flow. Therefore, 2 (two) alternatives are given to reduce the DS value, the second alternative is recommended, namely changing the road type to a one-way road so that a DS value of 0.67 is obtained at a stable flow service level (C). Analysis of the performance of the MT Haryono Road section after alternative improvements for the next 5 years is still at a stable service level, with a DS value in 2028 of 0.76 at service level (D).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school climate and commitment on teacher performance through job satisfaction. School climate and commitment are considered important for improving teacher performance. The quality of teacher performance influences the quality of educational outcomes. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach technique. The sample was 60 teachers, the sampling technique used was total sampling, and the entire group of teachers was used as the population. Descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests are data analysis techniques used in this research. The results of this research show that school climate and commitment can improve teacher performance, so this research focuses on how teachers can improve their performance through school climate and commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction as a mediator variable has no influence on the commitment variable on teacher performance.

Abstract

Financial reports are reports produced from various processes of recording financial transactions within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of auditor independence, managerial ownership, audit quality, and leverage on the integrity of financial statements. This research was conducted on property & real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports and annual reports of property & real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2022. The final sample size was 164 samples during 2018-2022 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative methods and multiple linear regression models with SPSS version 25. The results show that managerial ownership, audit quality, and leverage have a negative and significant effect on the integrity of financial statements. Meanwhile, auditor independence has no influence on the integrity of financial reports.

Abstract

Muara Bulian District is a sub-district in Batang Hari Regency which has the largest population, namely 71.589 people. Based on data from the Batang Hari Regency Environmental Service, waste production in 2022 in Batang Hari Regency will reach an average of 132 tons per day, of which 63,25% of the waste produced will come from household waste. Socioeconomics is thought to be a factor that influences household waste management behavior. The research location was carried out in Muara Bulian sub-district. Primary data was obtained using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS with logistic regression testing. Based on the results of research and data processing using logistic regression, it was found that the gender and knowledge variables had a significant influence on household waste management behavior. Meanwhile, the variables age, education, employment and income do not have a significant influence on household waste management behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of operations staff performance on consumer satisfaction at the Pacto Bali Travel Agent. The quality of operations staff performance is an important factor that can influence consumer satisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research has a sample population, namely guests who have used Pacto services using a sample of 98 respondents. This research technique uses data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results of this research state that the quality of operations staff performance has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, which means that increasing the quality of operations staff performance can increase consumer satisfaction with Pacto Bali Travel Agents.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and financial intelligence on the understanding of accounting students at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. the theory of planned behavior is used to test the relationship between each variable, namely the independent and dependent variables. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The number of respondents used in this study were 155 respondents who were taken using the purposive sampling technique for accounting students at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The test used in the study is the validity test, the reliability test is used for the feasibility questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and financial intelligence have a positive and significant effect on understanding accounting. This research contributes to providing a reference for increasing students' understanding of accounting through the levels of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and financial intelligence.
