<![CDATA[The vulnerability of Bali's economy, which only depends on the tourism sector during the Covid-19 pandemic, has given rise to the idea of economic transformation to develop other sectors. In this effort, human development is a key factor as a major economic actor. Human Development Index (HDI) as an indicator of human resource quality is thought to have a positive influence on the economy as seen from Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices. Original Local Government Revenue (OLGR) as financial capital is considered capable of strengthening empowerment programs and policies that directly touch the community and downstream can strengthen the economy. The data used is secondary data for the 2013-2022 period obtained from Regencies and Cities in Bali Province (panel data). This research was tested using Econometric Views (Eviews) software (panel data regression). The analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics, panel data model analysis, classical assumption tests, interaction tests or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and hypothesis testing with analysis of the coefficient of determination and t test. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of HDI on GRDP and to find out whether OLGR is able to moderate the influence of HDI on GRDP. The results show that HDI has a significant positive effect on GRDP. This means that increasing HDI will have a positive impact on increasing GDP. OLGR strengthens the positive influence of HDI on GRDP. This means that OLGR is able to strengthen and have an impact on human resource development and ultimately increase GDP growth which is an indicator of regional economic growth. Suggestions that can be given from the results of human resource investment research can be a priority so that regional communities can become the driving force of the regional economy. It is hoped that the use of OLGR for empowerment programs and policies that touch the community can be implemented more optimally so that it can improve the quality of human resources and have an impact on positive economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[By employing descriptive analysis and questionnaires distributed to all Batanghari University students, this study seeks to ascertain the entrepreneurial potential analysis of the student body. As part of the entrepreneurship education plan in higher education, the Entrepreneurial Student Program (PMW) was created to promote an entrepreneurial spirit and encourage entrepreneurial activity so that college graduates become more job creators. On the other hand, it is uncommon to discover a graduate who wishes to launch his business as soon as he graduates from college. The failure of this endeavor is said to have resulted from a lack of seriousness in attempting and appreciating pupils' potential. Six criteria can be used to evaluate a student's entrepreneurial potential: personality, self-control, creativity, drive or desire, risk-taking daring, and self-assurance. Recognizing a student's potential might, in some ways, give insight into how much they believe they still need to study in order to become even better. Gaining awareness of your entire being, including your advantages and shortcomings, is what it means to know oneself. These insights might prove invaluable in your entrepreneurial endeavors.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the trend of scientific publications on the topic of mental hospital service quality over the last three decades, including the description of the network structure of previous researchers and their institutions. The approach method used in this research is the bibliometric analysis method. Bibliometric analysis methods are used to provide an overview of the progress and development of knowledge in studying certain research topics. In carrying out bibliometric analysis, this research uses data from journals or articles indexed by Scopus and visualizes it using the VOSviewer application version 1.6.20. Data collection in this study used keywords by entering the query: ((TITLE-ABS-KEY("psychiatric hospital") AND TITLE-ABS-KEY("service") AND TITLE-ABS-KEY(quality))). A search yielded 681 documents discussing the topic of mental hospital service quality from 1973 to 2023. The most dominant subject area was the theme "medicine" with 555 articles. As a result of the research, the most publications on the topic of mental hospital service quality in 2020 were 38 articles. The country that has published the most on this topic is the United States with 155 articles, while the researcher with the greatest productivity is Dr Hermann Spießl Bezirksklinikum Regensburg, a researcher from Germany who has published 9 scientific articles. The development of publications was analyzed based on keywords (co-words). The results were that there were 8 clusters formed from the network visualization results.]]>

<![CDATA[In the Tangerang Regency area, the task of fostering and supervising the Land Deed Official is carried out by the Tangerang Regency Land Office with the hope that the implementation of the Land Deed Official's professional duties can be achieved optimally and minimize violations of the law in carrying out their duties. For this reason, it is necessary to know the extent to which the implementation of the guidance and supervision function of the Land Deed Officials in Tangerang Regency is carried out. This research was using normative juridical research, library law research supported by interviews, with the nature of analytical descriptive research which is expected to obtain a systematic and detailed description of the problems to be studied, then it can be concluded in this study that the guidance and supervision of Land Deed Officials in Tangerang Regency has not been implemented properly and optimally. This is due to the factor that the area in Tangerang Regency is very large and has more than 400 Land Deed Officials which is not comparable to the guidance and supervision resources owned by the Tangerang Regency Land Office personnel. Another factor that becomes an obstacle is the rules that tend to be weak, do not provide strict sanctions, such as the existence of a Land Deed Official who does not submit reports on the making of his deed on a regular basis. Suggestions and recommendations for this research are in the form of perfecting rules and provisions for stricter sanctions as well as scheduling systematic guidance and supervision by the Tangerang District Land Office.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of competency, workload and motivation variables on employee performance through incentives for financial managers at SDN Tanjung Pinang. Data analysis using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The results of this study found that competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive but not significant effect on wages, workload has a positive and significant effect on incentives, motivation has a positive and significant effect on incentives, incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance with incentives as an intervening variable, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance with incentives as an intervening variable, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance with incentives as an intervening variable.]]>

<![CDATA[According to the World Health Organization, the gold standard for child nutrition is exclusive breastfeeding. WHO states that babies, mothers and families greatly benefit from exclusive breastfeeding. Even though breastfeeding has many benefits, only twenty percent of mothers in Indonesia exclusively breastfeed. The performance of the hormone prolactin, which produces breast milk, and the hormone oxytocin, which produces breast milk, can influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is the first step for successful exclusive breastfeeding. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between IMD and exclusive breastfeeding in the Mojo Community Health Center Area. This research is observational analytic using a cross sectional research design. The research sample was mothers with babies aged 6 - 12 months who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data collection through interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis using the Chi Square test and Fisher's Exact Test with α = 0.05. The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between IMD and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.094), which means that respondents with IMD and without IMD predominantly give exclusive breastfeeding.]]>

<![CDATA[Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease that transmits the lungs caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosa which has a rod-like shape and is acid-resistant, so it is known as BTA (acid-resistant rods) which is the main factor in Pulmonary Tuberculosis. The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies with data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination. The research subjects were two pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficit problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. The nursing implementation approach used includes identification of nutritional status: management of oral hygiene and providing diet education. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days where 1 day was implemented 3 times, namely nutrition management, oral hygiene and diet education and was carried out in the morning. The study showed that after three days of implementation the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by weight patients increased by 1 kg, oral hygiene improved, and knowledge increased.]]>

<![CDATA[Anxiety is a response given by an individual to a threat. The situation of a person who is waiting for an operation schedule shows an event that is full of uncertainty, it can cause fear and anxiety, it is necessary for nurses to apply caring behavior which is the focus of nursing practice. This study aims to determine the description of nurses' caring behavior for pre-operative patients in the surgical inpatient room at a hospital in Palembang. The research design used in this research is descriptive. The data collection technique was purposive sampling with a total of 79 respondents. From the research results, it was found that more nurses had positive caring behavior, namely 70 respondents stated that nurses' caring behavior was positive with a percentage of 88.6% and 9 respondents stated that nurses' caring behavior was negative with a percentage of 11.4%. The conclusion is that more nurses have positive caring behavior for preoperative patients in the Palembang Hospital Surgical Inpatient Room.]]>

<![CDATA[Angkringan has become a cultural symbol, urban feature and social space for the people of Yogyakarta and its surroundings. However, deculturalization and modernity have been considered to be the main challenges for the existence of traditional angkringan (TA) in the city of Yogyakarta. This research aims to explain the potential problems faced by traditional angkringan in the midst of the urban modernity process that is occurring and its relationship with institutional attitudes towards modernity. This research was conducted around the university area of Gadjah Mada University and Yogyakarta State University. Data collection methods were carried out through field observations, informal interviews, and literature review data. The results of this research show that development with the concept of modernity which is interpreted in a limited way, the shift from informal spaces to formal spaces, business competition, technological developments and social changes have more or less influenced the existence of traditional angkringan. Apart from that, modernity can be said to have shifted the role, function and physicality of traditional angkringan from public spaces]]>

<![CDATA[Sexual violence is a serious threat that often makes children victims, especially young children. Children are included in a vulnerable group, so children must receive special protection for their physical and mental needs. One of them is protection from the threat of sexual violence. Based on the data obtained, the number of incidents of sexual violence against children in Indonesia continues to increase, even though various efforts have been made by the government. One effort that can be made by parents and educators is by providing sex education. The aim of the research is to analyze and examine journals related to the influence of sex education on sexual violence in early childhood. This research is a quantitative research with a literature review method using the Google Scholar and PubMed databases, study year 2018-2022 using JBI critical appraisal with a Quasi- experimental study based on PRISMA and the number of articles accepted was (n=8). The results of the research show that various sexual education methods such as modified engklek games, picture stories, audio visuals, picture books, songs, snakes and ladders media, busy books, and role play methods can influence and increase children's knowledge of preventing sexual violence.]]>
