Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Kemampuan siswa dalam berpendapat didalam pembelajaran dikelas menggunakan model time token (2) Kemampuan pemahaman tentang materi IPA setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran model pembelajaran time token berbantu audio visual lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran konvensional yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the model Talking Stick on the results of learning mathematics fourth grade students SD Negeri Karangsumber 01 Pati regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. This type of research is pre experimental with one group pretest-posttest design design .. The data obtained is analyzed by using descriptive analytic technique of kunatitatif. The results showed that there was a significant difference of students' learning achievement after using Talking Stick model before using Talking Stick model (t_hitung = 6,208> t_tabel = 2,074). The average score of student learning outcomes after using the Talking Stick model (71.7) was higher than the average learning outcome before using the Talking Stick model (58.8). It can be concluded that the Talking Stick model is effective on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Karangsumber 01 Kabupaten Pati.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Project Challenges dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) di Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda tahun akademik 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar di Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda sebagai subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 1 tahun dalam 2 semester yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2016 sampai bulan Juni 2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles and Huberman. Langkah-langkah analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Challenges dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar di Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda.

Abstract

Classroom Management is the way the teacher handles the classroom by means of arrangements that include ventilation, lighting, comfort and placement of learners in the classroom. This research is a classroom action research, the purpose of this research is to improve the motivation of learning and student learning outcomes of grade IV-B which amounted to 30 people at SDN 002 Pelita Sungai Pinang Samarinda. This study was conducted in four cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Each meeting of the researcher conducted a direct observation and recorded it.At the end of each cycle, there will be a written test. Preliminary data is taken from Pre Cycles performed before cycle I begins. While the final data obtained at the end of each cycle after the test. The collected data was analyzed quantitatively using the frequency table and mean score and determined the level of learning result category. which became the benchmark of the success of this study if 75% of students obtained a KKM score of 65, from the test results. Abstract

The objective of this research was to identificate the  Educational management and Academic quality and to doctrine the religious values to the basic  Ma’arif Nahdlatul UlamaInstitute in Samarinda city East Kalimantan. This research also designed to get the object datas from the three Islamic Elementry schools which organized by Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Samarinda city through many kinds ways they are : (1)Interviews The Chief of LP. Ma’arif NU, interview to three Elementry head master and other sources who bonafide informan,(2) take pictures,(3) take  school’s datas or documents. The information from data collected people knewn that the Moslem Elementry School  Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama conditions in the some ares in Samarinda city  has weakness and and lackness their Institution manajement and academic manajement, because the school there hasn’t any long term program, middle term program and short term program showed to researcher as their documents. The result of datas analysis these indicate three of Moslem Elementry School  Ma’arif NU those located in Samarinda city, they are MI 01 in Palaran, MI.02 Sindang Sari, MI 03  Jln. Rukun Samarinda Seberang, they were still runing slowly. The researcher’s summary in this research that, from the three of Ma’arif NU Samarinda, they’re still need high skills to construct these institutions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Civic Education in using mind mapping in grade IV SDN 012 North Malinau Academic Year 2016/2017. In this study, researchers concluded that the problem in this study is whether the use of mind mapping method can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Civic Education in fourth grade SDN 012 North Malinau. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in SDN 012 North Malinau precisely the class IV SDN 012 totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, documentation and a written test. The experiment was conducted with two cycles and each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Based on observational data obtained at each cycle can be seen more and more day by using mind mapping can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the recapitulation of observations improving student learning outcomes by using mind mapping in cycle 1 reached 50% with an average value of 67.26 and the second cycle increased 96.66% with an average value of 77.76 according to the indicators of success. The conclusion of this study is through the use of mind mapping methods to improve learning outcomes of Civic Education in grade IV SDN 012 North Malinau Academic Year 2016/2017

Abstract

The purposes this study to find the implications of distributed leadership on the role of principal qualitative research approach with the type of phenomenology used in this study. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Key informant is the principal. Research respondents were deputy principals, homeroom teachers, and administrative staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques using Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models. Data validity is done through credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability. The results of the study found that the distributed leadership implications of the role of the principal are: delegators, democrats, participators, facilitators, team leaders, do not show the greatest, not as heroes, collaborators, coordinators, communicators, evaluators, priority scales, empowerers and counselors

Abstract

This research aims to find out the description of conflict management of teachers and principals at primary schools in Kutai Kartanegara and to find out whether conflict management affects the effectiveness of school management. The research method used is quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistics. From result of hypothesis test that there is a significant and positive influence between managerial ability to school management effectiveness with Fcount test result 78,794> 3,875 Ftabel with sig = 0,000 <5% this means linear regression model can be used to predict influence of conflict management to effectiveness of school management. Result of determinant test 0,220 can be interpreted that equal to 22,0% effectiveness variable can be influenced by conflict management variable and the rest influenced other variable not examined in this research. Based on the result of instrument score of variables of conflict management, the distribution is in the medium category and based on inferential test can be concluded that conflict management has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of school management.
