Abstract

Motivasi adalah dorongan yang timbul dalam diri seseorang secara sadar atau tidak sadar untuk melakukan suatu tindakan dengan tujuan tertentu, usaha yang menyebabkan seseorang atau kelompok tertentu tergerak melakukan sesuatu karena ingin mencapai tujuan yang dikehendakinya, kompensasi adalah segala bentuk sesuatu baik berupa uang, maupun barang fisik maupun nonfisik oleh perusahaan diberikan kepada karyawan yang bekerja di suatu perusahaan, sedangkan kinerja karyawan adalah  merupakan  suatu tingkatan pencapaian hasil kerja  yang dicapai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan yang diberikan kepada pegawai dengan memperoleh imbalan prestasi tertentu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial ratios to predict financial distress on manufacturing company in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. In this study the financial ratios variable is proxied by liquidity, profitability (NPM), financial leverage, and growth as independent variables. While financial distress as measured by the Z-score as the dependent variable.The population in this study were all the manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Samples are taken of eighty-one manufacturing company with purposive sampling method, and observation period during three years (2009-2011).The results showed that liquidity has a negative effect but not significant to the financial distress. Profitability (NPM) has a significant and positive effect on financial distress, while financial leverage and growth have unsignificant but positive effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Pengaruh kepuasan pengunjung dalam penelitian ini adalah unsur-unsur marketing mix yang terdiri dari product, price, promotion, place, people, process dan physical evidence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix terhadap kepuasan pengunjung tempat wisata Beejay Bakau Resort (BJBR) Kota Probolinggo. pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan sampel 70 responden dari 700 populasi selama 7 hari. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji stepwise. Hasil dari pengujian dapat dilihat kepuasan pengunjung dipengaruhi oleh variabel price (X2) dan variabel process (X6). Setiap kenaikan peran price sebesar 0.446 dan kenaikan peran process sebesar 0,687 maka Kepuasan Pengunjung (Y) mengalami kenaikan satu satuan. Hasil dari Fhitung sebesar 12,030 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 0,05 maka, Marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, dan  physical evidence) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil dari uji determinasi menyatakan bahwa kepuasan pengunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh product, price, promotion, place, people, process dan physical evidence sebesar 52,8%.

Abstract

Investment is an important thing for everyone as an alternative in the storage of funds and to gain profit. Investors are faced with two things in making investments, namely risk and return. Diversification is one way to minimize risk by forming a portfolio of stocks. This study aims to determine and analyze optimal portfolio selection using single index model.The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The object of this research is using the company collected in BISNIS-27 index, with the research period from 2011 to 2015. The data collection method used is purposive sampling, where the company to be analyzed is only companies listed in BISNIS-27 stock index consistently during nine (9) periods from February 1, 2011 to July 31, 2015, and stocks are not suspended during the period February 1, 2011 to July 31, 2015. Data required in the analysis of data is historical price of stocks and IHSG (Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan). Analyzer using microsoft excel.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkaya khasanah keilmuan manajemen dalam konteks  kinerja inovasi. Hal itu karena melalui kemampuan  berinovasi tersebut, maka  entitas  usaha kecil menengah akan makin kompetitif sekaligus menjadi multiplier effect  peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan khususnya adalah  untuk menganalisis keterkaitan manajemen pengetahuan dan kecakapan organisasional dengan kinerja inovasi serta fungsi mediasi orientasi kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitiannya, seluruh pelaku UKM  yang berjumlah 6.050 unit di wilayah Kota Batu.  Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel proporsional dengan jumlah responden 100 sebagai syarat minimal dalam teknik analisis structural equation model.  Selanjutnya, data yang sudah terkumpul melalui instrumen penelitian yang sudah terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, secara bertahap akan menggunakan dua macam teknik analisis (1) factor analysis, digunakan untuk mengkonfirmasikan faktor-faktor yang paling dominan dalam satu kelompok variabel dan (2) regression weight, digunakan untuk mengkonfirmasi seberapa besar hubungan antar variabel. Berdasarkan, hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan antara manajemen pengetahuan dan kecakapan organisasional dengan kinerja inovasi yangdimediasi oleh orientasi kewirausahaan. Maknanya, kinerja inovasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen pengetahuan dan kecakapan organisasi yang dimediasi orientasi kewirausahaan.

Abstract

The productivity associated with the level of the companies progress. If the employee doesn’t get human resources development, the advancement of companies can’t develop. The hypothesis of this research was suspected education (X1) and training (X2) effect on productivity, as well as education as the dominant variables. The purpose of this study was examine the influence of education and training towards productivity. As well as researching the affecting education variables are dominant. Based on analysis using multiple linear regression test obtained results, education effect on the productivity rate was 78.5%. Training effect on the productivity rate was 36.4%. Results of determination multiple koefesien (R2) by 0,740, shows that the percentage of the influence of education and training for employee productivity amounting to 74%. While 26% are affected by other variables that are not included in this research model. From the results of this research, education have dominant effect 0.785 because it was major requirement for job promotion.

Abstract

Salt is a very important commodity in daily life, both for food and industrial needs. Therefore, increasing salt production is very necessary to meet domestic salt needs. One of the most salt producing regions is Madura Island, because almost every district, especially Pamekasan, Lembung, Kec. Galis, the majority of the population work as salt farmers. The purpose of this research is to find out about improving the quality of salt production in Lembung, Kec. Pamekasan Regency, Madura, East Java Province. using Geomembrane Technology. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sample of this research is a resident who works as a salt farmer in the village of Lembung, Galis Regency, Pamekasan Regency, East Java, this sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method, data collection is done through interview session techniques, and documentation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the increase in the quality of salt production can be done by using geomembrane technology which significantly influences the quality and quantity of production.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren  (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the oldest pedagogical institutions in Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren Assyafiiyah is one of Islamic BoardingSchools located in the area of Madura. To be a productive Islamic Boarding School (i.e.a boarding school which fits the need of pesantren), Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School needs to measure the performance of the employee. In this case, it is known as Board Performance which involves human resources, strategy, and performance. To produce a superior educational institution, the implementation of Human Resource Scorecard method that has a positive and significant effect on the institution of Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School is very necessary. It is used as an analysis of human resource performance. It is expected that this kind performance measurement system (i.e. Human Resource Scorecard) is able to provide the best solution in improving employee performance. Try Out is given and conducted on the institution to measure the performance system achievemet of its human resources. Therefore, the Key Performance Indicators which does not reach the target can be discovered. In other words, such kind of Try Out can be used to analyze the necessary refinement and improvement of the Key Performance Indicators previously mentioned. Based on the status quo, there are two major problems in this research: 1) how is the mapping of Human Resourse Scorecard?; and 2) what are the factors influencing the optimalization of Board Performance in Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School through Human Resource Scorecard?

Abstract

Career Anchor dideskripsikan sebagai sebuah elemen dalam konsep diri seseorang (berhubungan dengan karir) yang tidak akan mereka lepaskan atau korbankan, bahkan pada saat menghadapi kondisi sulit. Oleh karena itulah setiap karyawan akan berusaha untuk dapat menduduki posisi jabatan tertentu yang lebih layak dan semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu sehingga kepuasan dalam bekerja akan muncul. Uraian di atas menjadi alasan untuk dilakukan penelitian ini, dengan berupaya untuk menjawab masalah yang dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Apakah faktor Career Anchor yang terdiri dari Managerial Competence (kompetensi manajerial), Technical/ functional Competence (kompetensi teknis/ fungsional), Security/ stability (keamanan/  keseimbangan), Creativity (kreativitas) dan Autonomy (kebebasan) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Dinas Kesehatan Pemda Kabupaten Sampang? (2) Apakah variabel kompetensi teknis/ fungsional dalam Career Anchor di atas mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Dinas Kesehatan Pemda Kabupaten Sampang. Berdasarkan pada tujuan penelitian, hipotesis dan kerangka konseptual. dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Hasil perhitungan SPSS menunjukkan nilai Fhitung= 8.349. Hal ini berarti bahwa secara simultan variabel Career Anchor (X) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variable yang terdapat dalam Career Anchor berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sampang. (2) Variabel  kompetensi teknis berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sampang karena nilai t hitung variabel ini paling besar daripada variable bebas lainnya dengan nilai 2.889 yang lebih besar dari ttabel (2.889 lebih dari 1.985).
