Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of price, brand experience, delivery speed, customer reviews, and content creators on TikTok consumer loyalty in Sumenep City. The research approach is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling (SMART-PLS) path analysis method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires with Google Form techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach. The results showed that the variables consisting of; price, brand experience, delivery speed, customer review, and creator content have a significant influence on consumer loyalty. Price, brand experience, delivery speed, and customer reviews have a strong positive influence on loyalty, and creator content is also proven to make a significant contribution to consumer loyalty. The mediation analysis results show that content creators play a partial moderating role in the relationship between price and delivery speed with consumer loyalty but do not play a moderating role in the relationship between brand experience and loyalty. These findings provide new insights into the factors that shape consumer loyalty on social media platforms such as TikTok Shop, as well as the strategic role of content creators in building emotional connections. The practical implications of this research can serve as a basis for academics to design more effective marketing strategies by involving content creators and optimizing customer reviews on the TikTok Shop platform.

Abstract

This study aims to identify various errors that contribute to the failure of human resource management in making a safety assurance plan for workers in a company, which has an impact on providing a dangerous working environment for employees. In addition, this research also focuses on presenting strategies in the form of solutions that can be applied to overcome this problem in the context of human resource management.The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which presents descriptive theories that have a relationship with the problem, in its presentation is also supported by accurate, up-to-date data, and various literature reviews. The population that is the object of the study is employees who experience the harmful impact of the work environment in the company due to mismanagement in managing the company, which ultimately causes losses and triggers the absence of safety for workers at work. The results of this study will be in the form of an analysis of company management failures and effective strategies to be applied in company management planning to reduce the risk of a dangerous environment for workers or employees in a company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial planning affect the financial management of students enrolled at Cokroaminoto Palopo University's physics program. employing a quantitative methodology and information gathered from an online survey with 80 participants, with an emphasis on students as research subjects. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis in order to assess each variable's contribution to financial management. The study's findings indicate that student financial management is significantly impacted by financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial planning. These results demonstrate the significance of financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial planning in student financial management.

Abstract

Nowadays, Impulsive Buying Behavior (IBB) has become a trend among online shopping e-commerce users, where most of the users are Indonesian Gen-Zs’. Most of those behavior comes from due to many promotions, its usefulness, and its ease of using online shopping e-commerce. Its massive development of digital technology through online shopping e-commerce has changed consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z’s, who represent the largest proportion of internet users in Indonesia. This demographic is highly engaged in online shopping and demonstrates strong tendencies toward impulsive buying. To investigate this phenomenon, this study explains the relationship of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), with its promotional variables, to measure the determinants of Impulsive Buying Behavior (IBB) between Indonesian Gen Z online shopping e-commerce users. A quantitative explanatory research approach was employed, with data gathered via an online survey involving 200 participants from the Greater Jakarta region. The collected data were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that Perceived Usefulness has a significant impact on impulsive buying behavior, whereas Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Enjoyment, Sales Promotion, and Price Promotion do not exhibit a meaningful influence. This suggests that Gen Z consumers prioritize the functional value and effectiveness of e-commerce platforms over promotional deals or entertainment aspects.

Abstract

In an era characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), traditional industries such as Madura batik face tremendous challenges in maintaining their existence. Social transformation, technological advancements, and shifting market preferences demand rapid and strategic adaptation. This article discusses the importance of developing superior human resources (HR) as the key to sustaining the Madura batik industry in the face of VUCA dynamics. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study explores local potential, skill development strategies, and strengthening of work character rooted in culture. Findings indicate that the sustainability of the Madura batik industry is strongly influenced by the ability of local artisans to address VUCA challenges, such as raw material price fluctuations, market preference shifts, limited access to technology, and insufficient contextual training. Synergy among artisan communities, educational institutions, government, and creative industries is required to foster a sustainable learning ecosystem. By building competent and competitive human resources, Madura batik has the potential not only to survive but also to thrive as a global cultural identity

Abstract

The awareness that workers can still work from home during pandemi covid 19 has given rise to the idea of developing remote working methods. Remote working has become a  very interesting topic to research. Remote working method, as it can offer both benefits and challenges. Research trends that have been published on the topic of remote working ing in the 2000-2025 periods. The method used in this study was to identify the number of journals using Harzing's Publish or Perish software, as well as bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The results showed that there were 999 publications with 17888 citations and 3577 cites/year that discussed remote working. There are seven main clusters based on the results of bibliometric analysis. This article also provides information related to research topics that have not been widely carried out so that it can provide benefits for stakeholders who  may need it for further research..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital structure, sales growth, fixed asset turnover, and company size on financial performance, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 6 companies from a population of 13 companies. The F test results show that simultaneously, capital structure, sales growth, fixed asset turnover, and company size have a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance in the construction material industry on the IDX for the 2019-2024 period. The T test results show that: Capital structure has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Sales growth has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Fixed asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Company size has no significant effect on the company's financial performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.661, which means that the independent variables in this study explain 66,1% of the variation in financial performance, while 33,9% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

Nowadays, many marketing methods utilize digital media, including social media, marketplaces, and websites. The purpose of this study is to determine whether digital marketing influences the revenue of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Grand City Balikpapan Food Court and how this influence occurs. This type of research is descriptive mixed method research. The data source in this study is primary data, namely data sourced directly. Then the data is processed using SPSS with simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that digital marketing has a significant effect on revenue. This means that if digital marketing runs well and is used as efficiently as possible, it will increase the number of consumers and will certainly increase the revenue of the MSME. Digital marketing can expand the marketing reach of MSMEs so that they can add consumers to the MSME. With the increase in consumers, it can certainly increase the revenue of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Grand City Balikpapan Food Court. The interview results also confirmed that digital marketing helps increase revenue. Meanwhile, the obstacle is that not everyone has access to digital marketing.
