<![CDATA[The principal's management pattern in instilling religious character in students at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah is as an effort to grow the character of each student to become a noble human being. To find out the problem and get accurate data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. And using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. From this research, it can be said that the principal's management pattern in instilling religious character in students at SMK IT Khoiru Ummah is a form of implementation or hard work effort to provide intakes to students about religious education through various kinds of programs that are created and arranged. The hope is that in the future students in the IT Khoiru Ummah Vocational School will become students with religious character in accordance with the Qur'an and Sunnah. The activities that are programmed and implemented are: (a) Duha prayer, (b) Reading the Qur'an and Al-Matsurat, (c) Tahsin and Tahfizh activities for students. With all these programs, it is a starting point and indicator of the success of the management pattern process carried out to instill religious character in students.]]>

<![CDATA[All elements of life in the unitary state will not be separated from the national legal system, in the theory of legislation it is known as the statutory hierarchy, this contains the content that all the rules under it are used as implementing rules for the rules above and there are no conflicting rules between the two. Recently, the public was surprised by the government's policy through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 regarding the elimination of Pancasila and Indonesian language education as compulsory curriculum content. Whereas government regulations are used as derivatives of the law on the national education system and the law on higher education. The research method used is the use of normative juridical critical analysis methods and viewed from various points of view in giving disapproval of government policies through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 precisely in Article 40 Paragraphs 2 and 3. The results of this study are to present 3 basic reasons why it is necessary to include Pancasila in the Government Regulation, namely First, the need to consider the previous regulations, second, the need for the formulation of this policy through an open political process, third, the need to review it from the point of view of Education Reformulation, both philosophically and ideologically. Thus, it is very necessary to review this legal product so that it is relevant to the law as the parent law.]]>

<![CDATA[Since the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak was announced as a pandemic by the WHO, it has certainly affected the face of education in Indonesia because of the implementation of social distancing so that learning is applied online. Schools are required to be able to implement online learning, including online learning management. This research is aimed at analyzing the implementation of online learning management based on the POSDCORB stages, and the implementation of online learning. This research uses a field research approach, and the subjects of this research are educators at the SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong who carry out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic and uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods.This research shows that the teachers in SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong in implementing online learning management have carried out management stages. In this research, researchers examine the implementation of online learning management based on the management function of POSDCORB according to Luther Gulick's theory. Then the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong are: (1) Educators have a strategy of utilizing teaching time, then teachers also provide reinforcement and enrichment by using online media. (2) The teaching method used is a hybrid, namely collaboration between face-to-face learning and online learning methods. (3) The learning media used are electronic media and the use of online-based applications. (4) Learning evaluation, is a short-term learning evaluation, namely when online learning is carried out and when student assignments are collected.]]>

<![CDATA[Academic supervision is one of the important activities for schools or madrasas in order to create quality learning continuity. So that the teacher's problems have been solved, one of which is enjoying teachers in the use of information technology to realize planned and organized supervision activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance, the effect of using technology on teacher performance and the effect of principal supervision and use of technology on teacher performance. This quantitative research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 and 2 Malang City. The population is 244 people and the sample is 150 people. The results of this study prove that there is a significant positive effect of madrasa supervision on teacher performance as evidenced by the percentage of 6.1%. On the other hand, there is a significant positive effect between the use of technology on teacher performance, as evidenced by the percentage of 10.3%. There is also the influence of principal supervision and the use of technology on teacher performance by 16.5%. Thus, good teacher performance can be used a little through the implementation of supervision by the principal and finding teachers in information technology as well as several other factors mentioned in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the needs of students for digital teaching materials based on MOOCs. The research was carried out in February 2022. The research sample was 75 postgraduate students from 4 study programs, namely Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Education Management, and Islamic Religious Education. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on the needs of IAIN Curup postgraduate students for digital teaching materials based on MOOCs. The test and data analysis technique used is the Rasch model analysis with the help of the Winstep application. The result of this research is that MOOCs-based digital teaching materials are very much needed by IAIN Curup postgraduate students. This is evidenced by the percentage value ofalpha cronbach 0.96 belongs to the special category which means that students strongly agree with the development.]]>

<![CDATA[The discipline of employees regarding working hours at the office of BPJS Health Kotabumi Branch is still relatively low. This low discipline of employees towards working hours can cause a lack of employee productivity. Problems concerning discipline in a company or government agency must be solved by making policies to overcome them. This study aimed to analyze the effect of implementing reward and punishment policies as a solution to increase employee productivity. The type of this study was field research with the quantitative method to analyze the obtained data. Samples in this study were 30 employees of BPJS Health for Kotabumi Branch, selected using the total sampling technique. Meanwhile, to analyze the obtained data, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the calculations using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis at a significance level of a=0,05, showed as follows. First, the p-value for H_0A was 0.02 (< 0.05), meaning that H_0A was rejected, concluding that the reward policy had an effect on increasing employee performance productivity. Second, the p-value for H_0B was 0.00 (< 0.05), meaning that H_0B was also rejected, concluding that the punishment policy had an effect on increasing employee performance productivity. Third, the p-value for H_0C was 0.00 (< 0.05), meaning that H_0C was rejected, concluding that the reward and punishment policy had an effect on increasing employee performance productivity. These findings contributed to increasing the productivity of employee performance. In addition, they can be used by policymakers in a company for increasing the productivity of employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the competence of students based on information technology. This research is a qualitative research case study model (case study). The study was conducted by direct observation and in-depth interviews at the IT Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School. Observations were made during information technology-based learning from marketer, multimedia, and programmer programs. Then an open interview was conducted to obtain data on the digital effectiveness of the students' competence. The results of in-depth observations and interviews in this study indicate that the use of information technology as the main learning in addition to learning religious knowledge is very effective in helping students benefit when they enter the community. Information technology-based competencies increase income when entering the entrepreneurial world or become a plus when working in the e-commerce world.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the management of decision making in improving the quality of education at MTsN Kota Solok. The quality of education can be seen from three aspects, namely: input, process and output. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the planning for decision making by the Head of MTsN Kota Solok is carried out through a meeting forum involving the entire assembly of teachers and employees by identifying the needs of the institution. Organizing decision making is done by classifying problems that require decision making based on a priority scale. The implementation of decision making is carried out according to the plan, namely through a meeting forum attended by the entire assembly of teachers and employees. In the meeting, the teachers and employees were asked for their opinions and suggestions related to the problems that were taken and then mutually agreed upon. Decision-making control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation as well as supervision and follow-up plans.]]>

<![CDATA[Biochemistry is a science that has a broad scope of material regarding the chemical-biological and chemical-physiological processes of living things. Biochemistry material that tends to be abstract with pictures and schematics makes it difficult for students to understand biochemistry. The research purpose is to analyze the students' learning difficulties in studying biochemical material and find solutions. The analysis data were obtained through a short questionnaire using the Google form. The research subjects were 40 students of Department of Science Education at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu who had taken courses related to biochemistry. The data were analyzed using the percentage technique. The results showed that the learning difficulties experienced by students regarding the subject matter of Biochemistry were about biochemical terms, molecular structures, metabolic pathways, and biochemical processes. The students learn biochemistry dominated by group discussion methods and lecturer explanations and assisted by video and image explanations. Learning sources in exploring biochemical material are through the internet (scientific articles, videos, pictures), discussions with lecturers, colleagues, and textbooks. To overcome the problem of student learning difficulties, it is necessary to use simple language, deliver sequential material, develop e-module teaching materials, and link biochemical materials in everyday life.]]>

<![CDATA[The urgency of lecturers in higher education really needs to be considered because it will affect the development of the university. This can be seen from the performance of lecturers which can be obtained from how universities are able to provide education and training and are able to foster enthusiasm or work motivation in the lecturer setting. This study aims to determine the effect of the importance of training and work motivation on the performance of lecturers either partially or simultaneously. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, with 66 sample respondents from 262 Zainul Hasan Genggong University lecturers as the population. Data processing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive effect of training and work motivation partially and simultaneously, which was evidenced by the t-count results of 6.888X1 and 2.66 X2 which were positive and there was a significant effect on lecturer performance as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 0.680 so that there is the influence of other variables of 0.320. Therefore, the higher and better the education, training and work motivation provided, the higher the performance of the lecturers shown to the college.]]>
