Abstract

Pendaftar yang belum terkomputerisasi sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas bahkan hilang yang mengakibatkan pembuatan kartu pengenal, absensi dan jadwal kelas menjadi lambat. Begitupun pengelolaan data alumni yang masih menggunakan Microsoft office sehingga pengelolaan tidak dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, file-file yang tersimpan belum tertata dengan baik dan data yang tersedia kurang up-to-date sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mengelola data tersebut dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah merancang dan membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan data peserta pada LKP Aksara Tekno Edukasi Makassar yang dapat mempermuda pengelolaan data peserta secara efektif dan efisien.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitan kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian deskriftif. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall melalui tahapan-tahapan seperti analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program dan penerapan program. Adapun teknik metode pengujian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi mengerjakan seluruh loop yang sesuai dengan batasannya dan validasi data yang akan dimasukkan sesuai yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tujuan penelitian sudah tercapai

Abstract

Abstrak -Anak merupakan anugerah terindah yang Allah swt berikan kepada hamba-Nya. Anak sebagai amanah dari Allah swt yang harus dirawat, dijaga, dan dididik. Banyaknya orang tua yang sibuk bekerja, sehingga mereka tidak dapat merawat, menjaga, dan mendidik anaknya dengan baik. Taman penitipan Anak merupakan salah satu bentuk pendidikan anak usia dini, dimana di tempat tersebut akan dirawat, dijaga, dan dididik. Namun kurangnya informasi terkait adanya Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA), banyak orang tua yang membawa anaknya ketempat kerja mereka. Taman penitipan anak ini diperuntukkan untuk orang tua yang sibuk bekerja dan kesulitan dalam merawat anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi android yang mampu membantu para orang tua dalam mengetahui informasi adanya taman penitipan anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dan kelompok kontrol. Metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu metode prototype. Sistem ini berbasis android dan diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu orang tua dan taman penitipan anak, serta sistem ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Kata Kunci: Anak, Android, Orang Tua.

Abstract

PT Julia Multimedia Nusantara is one of the companies engaged in information and telecommunications which is located at Jalan Mapala Raya, Makassar, South Sulawesi. The services provided by PT JMN are ISP (Internet Service Provider) network infrastructure services, cable television services, CCTV installation services and smart home systems. Then over time PT JMN was able to expand its business by building a separate ISP (Internet Service Provider) network, which was named Julia-Net. Julia-Net has several services, one of which is the FTTH (Fiber to the home) service which is the latest service in the company. FTTH is a fiber optic network where the conversion point is at the customer's house. The problems faced by PT JMN are whether to register new customers and find the coordinates of the ODP (Optical Distribution Point) location. Employees are still doing manual processes starting from recording customers and finding ODP (Optical Distribution Point) location points with direct surveys to the field. Abstract

Palapa Sablon is a micro business engaged in convection, especially in serving the manufacture and printing of t-shirts according to customer orders with the number of units or parties. In managing the marketing and sales of products, Palapa Sablon still uses a conventional system where the recording of sales results is done manually or by bookkeeping and does not yet have an official sales website that is used as an information service center to customers or prospective customers which can result in a lack of marketing and product sales management. Based on these problems, researchers use Opencart as a website e-commerce Palapa Sablon. Development and testing methods using Waterfall and System Usability Scale with a sample of 80 respondents.-based Palapa Sablon marketing and sales system web using Opencart resulted in an average SUS score of 74.9. Respondents' assessment of the website is categorized B with a percentile above the average, good (adjective) and acceptable (acceptable), but in terms of NPS it is passive (passive).

Abstract

This research is motivated by HR training and development consulting services. The problem faced by CV Boengkar Nusantara Jaya is the ineffectiveness in disseminating information because it is still in the form of brochures to distribute to agencies and companies so that this institution takes quite a long time to process activities because it has to hold meetings repeatedly. The next problem is that it is difficult for customers to know the location of activities and frequent schedule collisions with other customers due to lack of information on activity locations and lack of information on activity schedules. The type of research carried out is qualitative research and the methods used to obtain data are observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires The waterfall method is the application design methodology used in this study. The black box testing approach is used in system testing.

Abstract

During the pandemic, all activities require people to work from home and reduce interactions outside in home. This situation lasted a year. The filed of education, Indonesia does not carry out lectures offline or face to face. Many students feel bored in online lectures. It is not uncommon for students complain about the many assignments from the lecture. Pandemic period is recovering. Not many universities in Indonesia hold lecture offline. There are many consideration for students and even parents to support offline lecture. The sense of anxiety that exists in the minds of students to carry out offline lectures. Based on the results of the ranking 50 respondents who werw carried out randomly, was obtained from the highest vectoe value which became altenative choice of conclusions. The results show that A5 has the highest ranking vector to others. Totally 1.71 students don’t agree to do online lecture after pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract – One of the important aspects in determining student performance in the lecture process is the timeliness in completing their studies. The study period of each student can be caused by various factors. By using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, it is possible to predict student performance in the Information Systems Study Program, UIN alauddin Makassar. The attributes used are gender, 1st semester GPA, 2nd semester GPA, entry path, high school major, school type, economic status, working status, marital status and organization. The student sample, namely alumni data from the 2011 to 2017 batches was used as training and testing data totaling 275 data, while student data from the 2019 and 2021 batches as target data were 153 data. The testing process will be carried out using 10 Fold Cross Validation method, and Confusion Matrix method. The results of the test show that the average performance of the Naïve Bayes model has an accuracy of 70%, precision of 69%, recall of 70% and f1-score of 67%. In this research, the system design uses Agile Method which is optimized with Laravel Framework. The Laravel framework is a framework that has a concise and efficient MVC (Model, View, Controller) concept used in developing a web application and has many helpers that can facilitate and assist in the application creation process. Abstract

In early 2020 the world was hit by an outbreak of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This has led to the implementation of PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) in Indonesia, so that people are faced with conditions where more activities are carried out around the house. For people who do urban farming by taking advantage of narrow land conditions around residential areas or Urban Farming is an option to fill activities at home. However, along with the easing of the PPKM rules, the community also returned to their normal activities so that the plants that used to grow well were no longer due to the people being treated returning to work or activities in the office, so a technological solution was created that could help the community to monitor and control their plants even though remotely, namely by utilizing a tool designed, namely the Smart Garden based on the Internet of Things. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of data transmission on a device designed with several QoS (Quality of Services) parameters. The results of the tests carried out by the designed tool succeeded in sending data from the sensor to the Adafruit.IO webserver by utilizing the MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol so that an analysis of QoS can be carried out with the throughput results having an average value of 892,725 kbps in the medium category so that the value the index is 2, the average packet loss value is 0.01% with the satisfactory category so the index value is 4, the average delay value is 232.4923 m/s with a good category so the index value is 3, and the average jitter value is 226.9191 m /s so the category is bad so the index value is 1.

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students can be an important factor in awarding scholarships at the university level. However, in some cases, the process of selecting outstanding students and awarding scholarships is considered to be less objective, resulting in scholarships being awarded to students who may not necessarily be the most deserving. To address this issue, a system for selecting outstanding students was developed at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar to help all stakeholders in the institution make a more objective selection. The system is web-based and can be accessed in real-time by all stakeholders. The prototype method was used to help stakeholders and software engineers describe the software's requirements and specifications. The implementation of the system showed that it can assist in the evaluation process objectively based on the criteria set by all stakeholders, and that all system specifications are relevant to the user requirements. In conclusion, the development of this system has the potential to improve the selection process for outstanding students and ensure that scholarships are awarded to the most deserving students. By providing a more objective and transparent process, this system can help ensure that awards and scholarships are awarded on target.

Abstract

This paper describes the process of cluster analysis on the DBSCAN density-based clustering algorithm and the OPTICS augmentation algorithm implemented in R.. Compared to other implementations, DBSCAN offers an implementation that can leverage advanced data such as k-d trees to speed up calculations. An important advantage of this implementation is the ability of both algorithms to handle data, especially granular data with various forms, which conventional distance-based separation algorithms often cannot handle because of the difficulty of identifying the center of a data cluster. A simple comparison is shown to give insight into the advantages of this density-based method. Experiments with the implementation of DBSCAN and OPTICS compared to other popular algorithms show that DBSCAN implemented in R provides a fast, strong, and efficient solution.
