Abstract

Soil is an important element in plant growth and food production. Soil fertility is a key factor in determining agricultural potential. Today, AI and image processing technologies have presented new opportunities for more in-depth soil analysis. This study aims to develop a fertile soil classification system using the Convolutional Neural Networks method based on image analysis. This research began by collecting datasets in the form of images of soil samples of various types and conditions. This dataset is annotated and used as training data to train Convolutional Neural Networks models. This training process allows the model to identify visual features that differentiate fertile and infertile soils. This method is implemented in an AI system that is capable of detecting soil fertility through photographs. The results showed that the CNN model succeeded in classifying argosol (fertile) and lateritic (infertile) soils with high accuracy, reaching 99-100%. The developed system also allows the use of a webcam to detect soil fertility directly. The information displayed is accuracy information, webcam display, description of the name of the land, the percentage of trust, and the meaning of the related land.

Abstract

Proses penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) secara manual dapat memakan waktu dan membutuhkan usaha yang besar, terutama jika terdapat perubahan pada kurikulum atau kebijakan program studi. Salah satu alternatif solusi yang dapat digunakan adalah menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis SN DIKTI dan LAM INFOKOM. SN DIKTI (Sistem Nasional Perguruan Tinggi) adalah sistem yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Indonesia untuk mengelola data dan informasi perguruan tinggi secara nasional. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan metode design and creation. Design and creation dikombinasikan dengan teknik peneĆ–itian dan metode pengembangan desain sistem informasi. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari dosen Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Kemudian data tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendesain dan membangun struktur sistem aplikasi, yang nantinya akan saling berelasi sehingga mampu dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam mendesain web yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian yang dapat diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Aplikasi yang dibuat sudah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, yaitu admin dapat menginput data dosen dan data matakuliah serta presensi yang akan tersimpan di database, 2). Aplikasi yang dibuat sudah berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, yaitu dosen dapat menginput Rencana Pembelajaran Semester, mulai dari Capaian Pembelajaran, Sub Capaian Pembelajaran, Materi Perkuliahan, dan Presensi terhadap kehadiran mahasiswa. 3). Aplikasi perancangan penginputan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) ini mampu mengoptimalkan penginputan RPS di prodi, sehingga ketika data RPS dibutuhkan, maka cukup dengan mengakses sistem ini.

Abstract

The Mosque Prosperity Council's understanding of zakat jurisprudence is still considered traditional and closely tied to habits that have been in place for years, while their understanding of the legal rules regarding zakat management is still not comprehensive and tends not to be applied in real terms in the zakat management carried out. The zakat collection pattern that is carried out is only passive, namely waiting for the muzaki who pays zakat to DKM, while the distribution pattern is carried out only in traditional consumptive activities in the form of giving rice and a certain nominal amount of money or in the form of other staple foods. By understanding the condition and understanding of the Muslim community in general in Indonesia, which is still not uniform in understanding zakat law, which causes absorption and distribution to be not optimal. Abstract

Achievement is the value of students' learning activity achievements given by the lecturer in the relevant course based on previously determined assessment criteria. This research aims to develop a forecasting information system for low achieving students which can help identify which students have low achievement. The algorithm used is Support Vector Machine (SVM) to model the relationship between variables related to low student achievement. The dataset used comes from alumni from the 2015-2017 class, while the sample for forecasting student achievement uses the 2020 and 2021 classes. The research results show that in creating a forecasting information system for low achieving students, factors such as 1st semester GPA, 2nd semester GPA, 2nd semester GPA 3, 2nd semester credits, 3rd semester credits, semester 1-3 absences, as well as student participation in competitions and organizations have a significant influence on low student achievement. Accuracy shows that the Keras library has an average accuracy of around 83%, while scikit-learn has an average accuracy of around 82%. With these accuracy values, it can be concluded that this system has good performance in predicting low achieving students.

Abstract

Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Makassar memiliki tanggung jawab utama dalam mengelola sektor industri dan perdagangan, sekaligus mendukung otonomi daerah melalui partisipasi Kelompok Wirausaha Bersama (KWB). Dalam upayanya memberikan dukungan kepada KWB, Dinas ini menyediakan bantuan melalui pengadaan barang, fasilitas usaha, dan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang dijalankan oleh kelompok tersebut. Meskipun demikian, penentuan penerima bantuan sering kali terpengaruh oleh subjektivitas, potensi diskriminasi, dan kurangnya transparansi. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). MAUT berfungsi sebagai alat yang mengukur preferensi penerima bantuan berdasarkan atribut yang relevan dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan. Dengan penerapan MAUT, proses penilaian penerima bantuan menjadi lebih transparan, efisien, dan akurat. Hal ini memungkinkan pertimbangan yang lebih objektif dari semua pihak yang terlibat, sehingga keputusan yang diambil dapat menjadi lebih baik dan efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan KWB secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bidan Care Clinic is a health service that provides homecare services in the field of midwifery health. The problem that exists at the Bidan Care Clinic today is the process of ordering homecare services that still use whatsapp, so it is considered still inefficient, because the process of ordering homecare services through the whatsapp application requires communication or feedback between midwives and prospective patients to get information about ordering homecare services. This study aims to design and build a midwifery health service booking information system based on progressive web Application (PWA) at the Bidan Care Clinic. The system built was developed based on PWA because it has several advantages such as a responsive display, automatic update process, can be added to the home screen page without an installation process, the push notification feature and can be accessed again even in offline internet conditions. The system development method used is using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and system testing using the Blackbox and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. Based on the results of SUS testing that has been done, it shows a result of 80.32 or gets an adjective rating of "Excellent", this shows that the level of usability of this system is feasible and can be applied well to users. Abstract

ABSTRACT - Every business has its own ideal criteria regarding location, capital, and interests. The middle to lower-class economic status can also result from a lack of knowledge about how to start a business. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to guide the community on how to initiate their own ventures in the location they inhabit. In this study, the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is employed to objectively evaluate critical aspects. For this thesis, the critical aspects needed are the community or consumer needs, required capital, business location, and business competitors. The desired outcome of this thesis is a website that displays the sequence of calculations, which will serve as a benchmark in determining the community's decision regarding the type of business to be established. Abstract

The large number of mosques in Indonesia and the very varied demographic conditions of society have made it a challenge for the government to set standards for mosque management. In order to actualize the role and function of mosques, it must begin with empowering mosques by carrying out organizational arrangements for the Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) by empowering all existing potential and making continuous improvements. However, not all DKM have sufficient organizational background. This research aims to develop an information technology system model for assisting DKM with a web-based information technology platform for internal coordination and control of DKM activities themselves. To realize this, the research was carried out using a qualitative field approach using the design and creation method. The results of this research are in the form of an application model that functions as a companion in carrying out DKM tasks. The application is designed to be easy to use even if the user is not completely familiar with technology applications. Abstract

Various cryptographic techniques have been used as a solution to maintain data security, one of which is the transposition technique which is included in the classic type of cryptography. This research aims to conduct a comparative study of two classic transposition techniques, namely Route Transposition and Rail Fence Transposition. Apart from that, this research aims to find out whether various classical transposition techniques are still relevant in the process of securing data in the current cyber era. In this research, comparative analysis was carried out based on the Avalanche Effect (AE) value. The research results show that the route transposition technique has the highest value compared to the rail fence transposition technique. However, based on the minimum standard AE value, it shows that the two techniques are still in a position below the minimum AE value, namely below 50%.

Abstract

Traditional inventory information systems often face difficulties monitoring, real-time data maintenance, and data accuracy. This research aims to implement IoT into the inventory information system process and determine the benefits. In this research, a method called prototyping is used to create a web-based inventory information system that is integrated with IoT. The amount of product stock is measured using an ultrasonic sensor installed on the ESP8266. Sensor data is analyzed and sent to a web-based information system. allows real-time stock monitoring. The results of this IoT implementation achieve several benefits, including increased operational efficiency which can be seen from the DFD changes. The system test results show that the system can detect goods in storage with 100% accuracy
